Holiday rentals with beach access in Salmon River

We were n town for a family funeral, but wanted to enjoy the company of extended family while in town. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Beautiful area—so conducive to reflection and yet perfectly set up for communing with family. We would definitely stay here again!

If your ever staying in syllabus beach I would say these folks are a Luxury host to have. They go above and beyond to accommodate which I really appreciated they respond much faster than there avg response time says so don’t believe it ! They keep there space spotless well accommodating with multiple little thing to make you stay very comfortable if ever I am in sylvan beach again this will be my go to 😍🎊💕

Excellent rental and great communications with Stephanie. We loved the back yard, docks, kayaks and fantastic views. Easy walk to some of the restaurants and beach area. Would certainly rent again and hope to return to Sylvan Beach during the summer months when more is open. Thank you :)

My girls and I stay in Sylvan Beach every year and this year was great! Ricky's house is exactly as described and I couldn't have asked for a more gracious and responsive host. The amount of amenities were amazing and I would not hesitate to book again.

Our stay at Lauren's beautiful home was fantastic! The property was exactly as described, complete with all the amenities we could possibly need. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and eager to answer any questions, going above and beyond by accommodating a late checkout for us. The only minor issue was some leftover confetti (likely from a previous guest) found under the couches, which was probably just an oversight. Aside from that, everything was perfect. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely be returning to stay here!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this property ! Beautifully decorated, and exactly describes as in the listing. House has breathtaking view, calm and relax. Host was friendly and respond to any questions.

We had a wonderful time a the sunrise cottage. The cottage was exactly as described and it matched all the pictures. It was so well equipped for the two of us with plenty of room for our adult children and their spouses to visit us while we were there. Had a lovely family dinner in the heated garage which worked out perfectly. We went to dinner one night at the Lake House which we always have a good meal when we go there. Martha, was so very responsive and helpful. It was a great visit for our whole family. We look forward to staying at the sunrise cottage again real soon. Kathy Berman

We had a beautiful wintery stay at Darren's lakeside house. Darren was very responsive to messages through Air BnB - almost instantly- and super friendly. The area was getting inundated with snow while we were there but Darren had the drive and walk snow-blowed ahead of time which was very thoughtful. The house is a lovely mix of homey and very modern. Windows onto the lake make for a beautiful experience even when the lake is covered with snow! We will definitely look forward to finding another reason to book with Darren.

We keep returning to this rental because it is so beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you can imagine to cook a large meal or a BBQ. The bedrooms have so much room for large groups. The best part is the gorgeous lake view from the back patio and master bedroom balcony. Thanks for a terrific, relaxing vacation!

Great location. I was in town to attend my granddaughter’s Christening. Took in the casino as well. Enjoyable stay.

The condo is beautiful and perfect location! We liked having the beach right in the backyard and seeing the beautiful sunsets! Quick walk to everything in town. Plenty of bath and beach towels provided. My kids had a blast with the arcade game! Host is quick to respond. We would def book again at this house!

I didn't realize that you had to bring your own linen. Sara was nice enough to include it with our stay. Very nice thing to do

We had a great stay at Troy ’s Airbnd . It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. I would book again. Troy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. I will definitely book again .Highly recommended!

We did a last minute Christmas stay at this property and it was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed, and the owners were extremely responsive when we had questions. Beautiful location and wonderful service!
