Ann was a great host and was very responsive when we had questions. The space was a perfect gathering spot for a group of friends looking for a quiet location during the winter. The cottages were just a short drive to Bayfield and fun outdoor recreation spots. We would definitely stay here again when traveling in the area!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Fox+Fern Cottage! You can tell that this home is most definitely a labor of love for Amy and her family. The home included so many thoughtful amenities, games, art supplies/activities, and more. The hosts were also wonderful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommended to anyone visiting the area ❤️

What an incredible weekend!! Bill was so very welcoming and his is place was amazing!! We enjoyed many libations and were even able to fancy a pontoon ride on beautiful lake. A picturesque setting in the woods with spectacular views and one of the best hosts we have ever experienced!! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!

This was a fantastic cabin!! Very comfortable sleeping options and a great living room and kitchen to hang out in and play lots of games. One thing to mention is that the cabin in right on a busy road so trying to get complete quiet outside was kind of hard but the views of Lake Superior are still amazing! I would recommend staying here! We’d definitely book this cabin again.

We had a very relaxing long weekend at Kevin's place in Bayfield. Very close to town while being quiet and private! Great kitchen for cooking and hanging out. We loved the porch for views of the island and stargazing!

Cozy and comfortable! The beds were pretty firm, with plenty of pillows. Clean and well stocked with what you need to cook for people. The open kitchen is a perfect size for making food for the group, so you don't always have to eat out. We forgot to bring our crockpot (whoops) and were thankful the hosts had one at the listing! Either drip or Keurig coffee options! Thumbs up for that. Excellent storage space for coolers and luggage. I love the separate rooms for privacy—a great view of Lake Superior harbor with a deck—and many seating options in the main room for people to hang out and socialize. It's private, quiet, and just a charming place. We stayed for a weekend with our teenage son and his friends so they could hike the North Shore to celebrate his birthday, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The boys LOVED the outdoor hot tub in the COLD weather! We discovered a cool cocktail bar in Two Harbors, too. We will be back here again if we have another group and would recommend 100%.

Was a great stay for one night! There were also plenty of fun activity recommendations. Amanda was super responsive and understanding as a host. Would definitely recommend her cozy place for a north shore stay and for its location near several parks and scenic spots.

GREAT place to stay. When we arrived, there was a problem with the water supply but the host communication was very clear and they were able to restore running water by the next day. The place is beautiful, clean, and the outdoor sauna had a perfect view of Lake Superior. Highly recommend this place!

We’d stay again in a heartbeat! Check in was easy….in fact, we arrived a little earlier than expected and they let us check in an hour early. The apartment was spotless. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfy. It was the perfect respite after spending all day in the cold air!

Had an amazing time staying in this beautiful cabin on Lake Superior. It was -12 degrees while we were there, so we spent most of the time in the sauna and by the fire overlooking the lake.

Paul was great. Super friendly. Our kids enjoyed the wooded area, roasting marshmallows on the fire, playing Uno on the deck while listening to music. No TV and WiFi was perfect to disconnect and enjoy hiking and the sandy beaches! Thanks for the great experience.

This house was a nice place for a family of 6. We each had our own space when we needed it and also enough space to hang out together and watch TV and play games in the evenings. The location is great for all the outdoor activities we enjoy when we visit the North Shore.
