This was our second time staying at this place and as before we enjoyed the calm, amenities, proximity to the city while being in the countryside and the warmth of hospitality. Everything was perfect for our family meetup.

We really enjoyed this family home that allowed us to spend Christmas with the family . It's a paradise for the little ones who have found something to take care of. The garden must be very nice on sunny days. The neighborhood is very discreet and the amenities very close. It's easy to park in the cul-de-sac. Thanks to Amandine and her husband for hosting

Excellent weekend spent at Gaëlle's, very nice house. Everything is clean, there is a pool table, it's nice. Thanks for the gift in the fridge when you arrive, that's very kind of you. Lumo the little cat is very cute, he makes his life. I highly recommend this beautiful and very warm home.

Delphines's apartment is in an excellent location to explore Nantes. there areany many restaurants and bars nearby but the apartment is very quiet and comfortable. Caline the beautiful and very very sweet cat was easily a highlight of our stay and my children will miss her terribly.

Eric and Nathalie were very caring and accommodating hosts. The apartment is beautiful and I hope I have lived up to the attention they put in maintaining this beautiful haven of tranquility . I will come back

Christine is a charming and extremely kind person. It received me in the apartment warmly and affably. The apartment is of elegance, sophistication and simplicity that there is no equal. Super clean and with everything you need for your stay. The district is super calm, quiet and quite close to the center a few minutes walking distance away. Very nice stay. Beautiful views of the ocean, St Jean de Monts and its beach about 3 km away, on the island of Yeu on a clear day. In the middle of the dunes and really a short walk to Les Becs beach. You can spend hours contemplating this landscape, on the high stools installed for this purpose on the balcony. Very quiet. Everything was as described. Good bedding. Really delighted with my stay.

Communication with Claire and Teddy was simple. Claire was waiting for us at their place and therefore no lockbox. We were with small children and as Claire and Teddy's apartment is their usual residence, our little girls were able to enjoy the toys of Claire and Teddy's young children. We felt at home. All our visits and shopping in Nantes could be done on foot given the proximity to the train station, the castle and the island. Thanks to both of them and congratulations on their trust.

Great location, close to restaurants, stores, l'île Penotte and a 5 minute-walk to the Halles market. 8 minute-walk from the train station. Laurent and Alice were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The views are incredible and well worth climbing 4 floors without an elevator. The kitchen is very functional. The bedding is excellent. Very pleasant stay, though it would have been nice to have basic staples like oil/vinagre and towels. I would definitely come back.

Apartment in a very good location. Great view in the living room. Clean, well equipped. The garage a few hundred yards away is very convenient. Restaurants, shops, everything is within walking distance. Bike rental stop just down the apartment. Very convenient. Very warm welcome from the owners. We recommend.

Very pleasant stay in Serge's place. Very quiet environment. Proximity to the sea on foot is a plus. Possibility to also go to the center of Pornichet and to La Baule on foot, for the regulars of the Merche. Comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen. Wonderful stay with my son in this lovely apartment with a simply sublime ocean view. We feel that the hosts have arranged the apartment to make it convenient and welcoming for guests. In addition, they are very responsive if you have any questions. Finally, the apartment is very well located, a nice walk awaits you at the foot of the building with very nice restaurants, the port market is 10 minutes walk, allow 5 minutes more for the city center.
