I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent—conveniently close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet. Isabel was very responsive and helpful, making the check-in process and overall communication smooth. The property was clean and looked exactly like the pictures, which was reassuring. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time here! Our host was helpful and responsive. The location was fun and right in the middle of the action. We were worried about noise, but it seems the new windows helped with that. There were also white noise machines in the rooms. It was well thought out and a great place to stay!

The Sunny Oaks Studio Apartment was exactly what we needed! A delightful studio apartment in a beautiful setting! Hosts were responsive to our texts and took care of our needs immediately! My husband particularly enjoyed chatting with our host's spouse! Hopefully, we will be able to return to the area someday soon and will definitely want to stay in the Sunny Oaks Apartment!

Plenty of room and everything was provided for a great weekend stay. The location was perfect!

Pros: clean (except for nasty looking carpet) Kitchen well appointed with all our needs. Big to accommodate large group. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub (except me as I got sick soon after we arrived. That sucked. ) Cons: knew there were stairs, but had no concept of how many. Inside and out was pretty inaccessible for me. I’m not handicapped or disabled, but too old for that many. Couldn’t even get to a bathroom without climbing stairs. And that’s a problem when you’re sick! Driveway so steep even my 40 year old daughter had issues with it. Overall, it’s a nice place, just didn’t meet my needs. Hostess was kind in giving us extra time to get out as I was really sick and husband had to do everything to get us out without any help. Thank you, Donna.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute little green house! The location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and the main street area, which made exploring super easy. The home itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay during our friend’s wedding weekend. While there’s not much of a backyard, there is a designated spot for pups to go potty, and the host even provided pick-up bags, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a fantastic stay in a charming home—we’d definitely book again!

We couldn’t have felt more at home if we were in our own home! The accommodations were wonderful… So comfortable to be there while we were visiting with my son’s young baby for our visitation. We will be back many more times throughout the year and we plan to use this Airbnb! As I said, it could be our home away from home. We loved every second of our stay.

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay for my birthday. It was a nice place to get away from the kids before the holidays. We will definitely book if we are in the area again. It was worth every penny. We didn’t require much but the communication was open if we needed anything.

Crystal saved the day with one of the most reasonably priced places during a late-in-the-game eclipse visit. It turned out to be a perfect place, easy walking distance to a local park! The house was exactly as expected and everything was great. Comfy beds in a quiet neighborhood, exactly what my friend and I were looking for! Crystal was very responsive and friendly and left easy instructions. I also didn't expect to love Little Rock, but I did! And if I'm ever back, I'd happily stay here again!

We enjoyed our weekend stay here. The view of the lake is amazing. We loved sitting out on the patio and watching the sunset. Everything was as described and very clean. It is far enough away from the city noise but close enough to get to everything you need. We would definitely come back again.

We booked Steve’s place for a weekend in Hot Springs, so we could go see the lights at Garvin Gardens and not have to drive home afterwards. It is a cute studio cottage on the lake with a great balcony and a beautiful picture window that offers spectacular views of the lake! It was very clean and had nice furnishings and extra touches like a nice Bluetooth speaker(we forgot ours). We liked the place so much we have already booked it for a summer trip.

The place was exactly like it showed! Clean, comfortable and the view of the lake was amazing! We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to family and friends!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The whole back of house is windows and glass door for a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton. Nice back patio but we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the cold weather and rain. The king bed was very comfortable. Full kitchen, nice dining area, comfortable couch and chairs. We would definitely stay here again if we are coming to this area.

Beautiful condo, right opposite to the lake! Perfect place for a couple. A home outside the home! There is lot of care that have been taken in remodeling it, loved the decor. (The stairs to get to the apartment can be little tricky if you have any disabilities)

Hollie's condo was as described...I believe, it is, the best view on the lake...wow! We had everything we needed and then some. The condo was clean and exactly as presented. The bed was comfortable. The proximity to restaurants was great, just a short drive. Hollie was a great communicator, and we had no issues during our stay. Thanks Hollie we will be back!

Man I’m not the best at leaving reviews but this place was just like the pictures, it was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Relaxing environment and very affordable, Dustin and his wife are great hosts, they talked me through everything step by step and I’ll surely be staying there again!!!
