Great place to spend your holidays in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Angeles, who went up with us and showed us the apartment. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust in the entire house. Two large rooms with comfortable beds and spacious closets. Two super-clean bathrooms, a living/dining room with a large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The best part, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both a cool breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from Poniente Beach, 10 minutes from the port and 15 minutes from San Lorenzo Beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first experience in an Airb&b apartment and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Thank you very much Jessica and Angeles (the beach towels were a nice touch)

Excellent apartment with a spectacular terrace. The apartment was new and had everything needed and with a garage space to be able to leave the car without a problem. Close bus stops to get downtown and with all the amenities needed

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

We were amazed by this beautiful place. We had some issues finding it but Marta helped us. She showed us around this gorgeous house, full of history and amazing views from every corner. There are charming details showing that this house has been standing there for a long time, enduring the force of the elements that it has been facing on the edge of two worlds: ocean and land. Due to the lot of care by Marta, it fits perfectly for the requirements of a modern, stylish home. It was tranquil even during a storm. Thanks to the well-equipped kitchen, we could enjoy homecooked food from local vegetables. At the end of the street, you can see the bay if you look down the cliff. It's magnificent. The lighthouse, nearby farms and shores are worth a visit. The area is full of life: flowers, cattle animals and hunting birds. There is one downside: you will miss the view, and wish you could see it every day when you wake up in the morning to the crystal waves of the ocean.

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

Carlos's apartments are everything I needed for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surroundings are so quiet that I can’t even remember the last time I woke up to the sound of birds singing and the ocean in the background. The location is very convenient, close to everything you might need, while the apartment itself is fully equipped with all the essentials. I felt truly welcomed, and Carlos made sure everything was taken care of, responding promptly to all my questions. Definitely a place worth stopping by if you're in the area!

The house has everything: equipment, comfort, views, light, tranquility... and what Rocío does not contribute with his proactive advice, his generosity and his kindness. We have been 3 couples spending the weekend and the house is very good; comfortable and in a very nice environment. Both Ricardo and Pablo have been attentive and close, promptly answering questions or some request we have made to them.

Very quiet area and very nice views to watch the sunset and stars. Close to the beach. The house is very bright and clean, we were delighted with the house and the easy communication with the host. Thank you very much.

We had a great stay here. The view from the house and surroundings are very beautiful and it is in a really good position to visit the coast and mountains. This was our first visit to Asturias and we found it to be a wonderful place and we hope to come back one day!

Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

Our stay in luanco has been great. The apartment is comfortable, it has everything you need. The location is perfect, it is very close to the beach, which by the way is great and is equipped with all services, close to bars and restaurants and just below there is a park for the little ones, quite large. Patricia, her treatment, lovely, very attentive to help us in everything. As an observation, just check the temperature regulation of the faucets and I would consider replacing the mattress. In general the apartment is very good and is definitely totally recommended, along with Luanco

Beachfront accommodation, a little old but well maintained and with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The hosts left us milk, a typical Asturian sweet, some Cokes, detergent, gel,...even 4 newly purchased beach towels. Small details that make the arrival more relaxed and you don't have to rush to the supermarket. The location is great, right on the beach and away from traffic and noise. Ideal for a quiet family stay. Highly recommended.

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths.
