This was our second time staying at this place and as before we enjoyed the calm, amenities, proximity to the city while being in the countryside and the warmth of hospitality. Everything was perfect for our family meetup.

Accommodation ideally located in a very quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Missing can be an oven in the kitchen. Too bad the cleaning can't be done by visitors (Cleaning fee quite expensive)

Perfect location, comfy for our party of 4! We spent a wonderful few days at Delphine's place and found it cozy, charming, comfortable, and close to everything. We'd never been to Nantes before and really enjoyed the town. Delphine's place was in a prime location, very walkable and easy to get to public transportation (train and bus lines). Several folks in our party enjoyed hanging out with the kitty that comes with the apartment! Delphine was very responsive and flexible and we appreciated her hospitality.

We were delighted with our stay at Eric and Nathalie's. We were hosted by their daughter very well. The place was impeccably clean and very well-equipped, with everything we needed to feel at home. The location is ideal, in a very quiet area close to some tourist sites. We were able to discover the city on foot or by public transport very easily. For an upcoming stay in Nantes we will come back without hesitation to Eric and Nathalie's.

Clean and very well equipped accommodation, with a warm atmosphere. Welcoming host and clear information. Maybe the only downside for a family with a toddler sleeping apart is the absence of the door between the living room and the entrance and kitchen and entrance. But there is the room door at least😇

The cottage is great , great park with swans and ducks , very quiet , very clean , each room has a shower it's great , and Brigitte welcomed us super well, I highly recommend

Marie-Dominique's apartment is large, bright, functional and very pleasant to stay in!! You still have to climb 5 floors on foot to get there… That's the only drawback!! Everything was perfect, I would recommend!!

Second weekend spent in the accommodation it was a second time very good. And the creperie nearby is very good!

Communication with Claire and Teddy was simple. Claire was waiting for us at their place and therefore no lockbox. We were with small children and as Claire and Teddy's apartment is their usual residence, our little girls were able to enjoy the toys of Claire and Teddy's young children. We felt at home. All our visits and shopping in Nantes could be done on foot given the proximity to the train station, the castle and the island. Thanks to both of them and congratulations on their trust.

Beautiful comfortable apartment, well appointed and equipped, and in addition, with nice sea view. Exposure on the East side very pleasant. Gregoire is friendly and very responsive. Pierre is welcoming, good advice and very friendly. We would highly recommend this apartment. We'll be happy to go back.

Very pleasant stay in Serge's place. Very quiet environment. Proximity to the sea on foot is a plus. Possibility to also go to the center of Pornichet and to La Baule on foot, for the regulars of the Merche. Comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen. Serge is a pleasant and very accommodating host. Thanks to him. We recommend it.

We had a great time at the apartment. The sea view was breathtaking, and St Gilles Croix de Vie is a very pretty and peaceful city. We'll be happy to go back!!

Remarkable welcome with small touches left in the apartment like we had never encountered in rbnb (breakfast, yogurt, brioches, jams , fruit ...) and bicycles at our disposal very useful because the accommodation is located in a secluded area, access to the city center is not quickly accessible on foot. Total change of scenery providing an end of the world feel and magnificent panoramas offered by the customs path at the foot of the building. thank you Annick for your welcome .

We had four nights staying here and it was blissful, especially after our days exploring the area to be able to spend evenings on the terrace enjoying the calm, beautiful surroundings. From the very beginning communication with Nathalie made us feel very confident. Her responses were both speedy and efficient. Having both safe and secure outdoor parking space and a lift made it a really easy check in and check out to the stay. Nathalie has furnished the apartment with comfort, style and efficiency in mind. There is strong and secure WiFi, which is very important to us. The public transport options are great too, having a regular local train service just minutes from the apartment and bus stops nearby too. Just a short walk down the hill to a local Carrefour supermarket and boulangerie for most of your needs/treats. The beach is just a few steps further on and there is a large beautiful park adjacent to the apartment as well. We recommend Nathalie and her place to you 100%!

The accommodation is very functional, clean and very close to the sea. The instructions are very clear, for access as well as in the apartment: we did not need to communicate with Mireille for our entire stay. The bedding is comfortable, the shutters allow total darkness for the night, and the area is quiet (you can hear the neighbors slightly but nothing bothersome). Everything is provided, except towels.
