We had a great time at this place! The apartment is in a good location, quiet and really comfortable. It is perfectly equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. Aurélie was available and had good tips for our activities. The cleanliness was impeccable and the decor was really nice. We highly recommend this listing and will be happy to return on our next visit

A wonderful stay and a superb discovery, both for the hosts and for the accommodation and the little touches. The accommodation is just exceptional, the decor at the top, cleanliness at the top, excellent location and welcome as we like smiling and friendly ☺️ We already plan to return to the casa on sunny days, the time has passed much too quickly! Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

Very nice real estate property with a large intra muros garden in the city of ST MARTIN Host are very kind and communication is ideal Located in an enclosure so away from traffic which is very pleasant for a quiet stay and very close to all activities St MARTIN is the ideal epicenter for all bike rides as well as being the city with the FLEET that is the liveliest out of season in summary: perfect stay, time has stopped Thanks to KARINA and YANNICK

We had a great time at Martine and Eric's house. They are very welcoming and caring, with good walking tips. Martine's little touches are at the top. The accommodation is great and equipped with all the comforts you need. The spa is a real plus, especially after a busy day. We highly recommend it.

We were 8 and we all agree that we had a wonderful stay Lo accommodation offered by Arnaud was up to our expectations (spa\pool\pond) and a spotless house and a peaceful place to recharge Arnaud listened and asked us several times how our stay went Would recommend 100% We'll go back volontier.

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊

We had a lovely week at Patricia and Joël's place. The cottage is superb with its garden and pool. Patricia and Joël are charming and very welcoming. An address to keep precious.

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

We had a lovely stay at Brigitte’s place. The apartment was great - very clean and well-equipped. The bikes and pool were an added bonus. La Flotte is a lovely village and the beautiful port area is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

very nice stay. Very nice typical Rethaise house, tastefully decorated. The house is anything but cold and impersonal; it feels like home. This is a house that has a soul and is perfectly equipped. Hélène has always been very responsive and accommodating with the check-in and check-out time. Allison who welcomed us, was perfectly attentive throughout the stay. I would recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

We had a fantastic holiday here in Toby's house in October. The location is fantastic and we were at the beach every day. The shops and market in the village are also close and have everything you need. The house was great for our group, it is just like the photos and a cozy beachside house four our autumn holiday. The house was spotless, the beds really comfortable and the living areas great for relaxing after our time in the water. Thanks so much for hosting us, we'll be back for sure!

Pictures don't do this fabulous apartment justice. Very well laid out with plenty of room to relax. The pool was immaculate and Patrice was always on hand to remove the pool cover & ask if everything was going well with our stay. Boulangerie a 2 min walk and also a fabulous patisserie less than a 5 min walk. Very friendly & welcoming hosts who were there if we needed them but gave us all the privacy we needed. Restful & peaceful location. Bed so very comfy. Thank you.

Débora welcomed us extremely well in her small studio. It is a pied à terre ideally located on the seafront, close to shops and the beach. It's small but it has everything you need for a night, and what about the view! We'll be happy to go back!
