Waterfront holiday rentals in Sainte-Anne

Very nice apartment and very well-equipped apartment. The terrace is very nice with a great view of the bay of Fort-de-France. The beach is at the foot of the apartment. Thanks to Frédéric and Carole, we will be back with great pleasure.

Great stay at Philippe's in a very well-equipped accommodation located in a perfect setting. Philippe was very good advice and put us in touch with his knowledge for great diving experiences (thomas de bubble dive) and boat (Olivier on his good bagay). A place that matched my expectations: spacious, tastefully decorated, a nice sea view, without the noise from the pool and musical evenings, with a well ventilated balcony.

We had a great stay at Julia's apartment. It was clean, well-equipped, spacious and extremely well located on the seafront of the charming village of Anses d 'Arlet. Julia was very responsive to our messages and was able to help us organize our departure with Gilbert's help. We recommend!!

Marie-Laure was so welcoming and kind, greeting us with the most delicious home-made mango juice upon our arrival. She was flexible with check-in and check-out times, and helped us when we needed recommendations. The view is spectacular, and the pool is lovely. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who comes to Martinique.

We had a lovely stay in the studio which has a great view of Tartane Bay. It is well located, close to the beach and restaurants. Florian is a very responsive host.

Regis is a very welcoming host. His advice and recommendations helped us a lot during our stay but nevertheless remains very discreet. The accommodation is well located in the middle of the island, you are about 1 hour away whether at the most north or at the most south of the island. A little more the views are stunning.

We just spent 5 nights in Christophe's villa after a 10-day cruise in the Grenadines. Everything is perfect, villa with space and very well arranged for 4 couples. We really appreciated Christophe's kindness and availability ( thank you to him for driving us to the car rental agency) We will be sure to come back or recommend this place for a future vacation in Martinique.

Elise was able to make herself available before and during our stay. A very comfortable little house, as described, we immediately felt at home. Beautiful location, in a superb setting, waterfall hike, black sand beach. The bonus was there to meet fishermen from the village, from whom we were able to buy fish live that was just coming out of the water. Great authentic stay,we recommend 200% . We had a lovely stay at the villa. Walking access to shops and water activities is a real advantage. Access to the rest of the island and its sites of interest is also quite easy. The host is very helpful and friendly. The house a real little haven of peace! Thanks!!!

Thanks to Orelie and Mimi for their welcome. Orelie is very responsive and always responds to our calls. Very considerate mimi lent us a waterproof backpack that made our farms easier. The clean and quiet accommodation offers a beautiful view of the bay and the beds equipped with screens guarantee peaceful nights.

Great spot in the middle of nature with views of a corner of the sea between the trees that grow at sight, Mount Pelee and sunsets! Small cove at the bottom of the house at the end of the path to get in the water with the board... Ideal! House very easy to run, a few amenities are a little faded but nothing serious. Rodolphe answers all questions in less than a minute and always with a lot of kindness. Anyway, nickel. Great vacation, we'll be back for sure!

We spent a week at the lower part of the house. The views are exceptional and truly more impressive than the photos even do justice to. We were lucky that there was no one renting the top of the house during our week, which gave us a very private and quiet setting. We adored the pool overlooking the ocean and mountainside. It’s very idyllic. Overall the space is exactly as described, with the majority of the living quarters being outside and the bedrooms and bathrooms being indoors. The kitchen is basic but has all of the necessities for a vacation. The bedrooms benefit from very strong A/C. Fred was always responsive and accommodating. A great host. We would definitely recommend this villa!

We stayed at Stéphanie's villa for 5 days. Everything was perfect. 👍 The location is ideal with a great view. We also enjoyed the calm, the cleanliness of the villa, the swimming pool, the top equipment, the proximity to shops, the sympathy of the owners. The villa is modern and tastefully decorated. Go there without a second thought!

I recommend this place, ideal location to go to the village and the shuttle on foot, the communication with the manager of the accommodation was fluid and available for any questions, we had a pleasant weekend

5 week stay that was superb! The apartment is perfect for a couple/long stay. What about the terrace, large, comfortable and a breathtaking view! The apartment is on the 3rd and top floor, which gives an amazing view. It's very quiet. The kitchen is functional and we were able to make it easy to cook there. The bed is extremely comfortable. There is enough storage in the room. The garage is perfect for keeping the car cool. There is a very steep slope to get to the apartment. For us it was perfect, we used it to do our exercise. But be notified, on foot, it climbs! A car is required to visit the surrounding area. However, a decent beach, restaurants, an excellent bakery and a small grocery store are very close (10 min walk) and exercise guaranteed on the return😉! Best beach 10 min drive, Grande Anse d 'Arlet. Alexandra = attentive/helpful/responsive host. A few great suggestions!

The place was perfect for our family with 2 kids. It is clean, the amenities are perfect, the terrace is very good for eating out. 10min walk to the city center by the sea.

A real favorite for this adorable place ideally located in the heart of the Marin. Everything is designed to make you feel good. I highly recommend it!

We were very well hosted by Julie who gave us information about the residence and activities nearby. The accommodation was clean and very well appointed! We had a small issue with the wifi that was later resolved. Not really a view of the marina because very large trees are in front, and the children do not have access to the lookea club but can participate in the activities at the pool (my daughter did not find herself there and preferred the other pool with waterfall). Meals at the residence's restaurant are expensive but the Pointe du bout restaurants are numerous and diverse, and a few meters walk away. We enjoyed the tranquility of the place and surroundings. In short, a lovely stay.

Very nice apartment and perfectly equipped. The view is beautiful and the environment is quiet and secure. The air-conditioned rooms are very nice. Dominique is a very friendly host, she prepared the apartment for us with lots of care. The instructions for finding the apartment are very clear. I highly recommend.

A very nice place for 2 people with a bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and a beautiful terrace and hummingbird show. 2 km from supermarkets, a beautiful beach (the other side) without tourists 500 m away and a strategic location that allows maximum 1 hour drive to discover the north, south or west of Martinique. A very warm welcome from Nicole and these accras offered as a check-in gift. Basic products in the fridge and on the racks. Loved it:-)

Property located in the heart of Sainte-Anne, so provide possible quiescent balls for city noise, however, many restaurants and small shops are next to the accommodation which remains very convenient. Another positive point: a washing machine is available! Very good stay
