Very Quiet Neighborhood. Friendly welcome. Easy to maintain house. Terrace and garden access very easy if you have a dog. Not overlooked. Good bedding. Small supermarket 5 minutes by car and accommodation close to La Rochelle.

We rented this place for our weekend of the globes. The accommodation is very well located, we were able to walk. A top welcome by the host.

Perfect, nice cottage for a little winter. However, be careful with the pellet stove that played us a trick! But everything went well, the electrics took over. We had a short but pleasant stay. Perfect Bedding in the Bedroom

We had a great time. Cozy spacious house with a large bathroom and spacious garden with convenient garden furniture. Close to large supermarket and close to Sauveterre beach with guarded area. By car or bicycle, you can be in the center from where you can walk to the boulevard or go shopping.

We really enjoyed this family home that allowed us to spend Christmas with the family . It's a paradise for the little ones who have found something to take care of. The garden must be very nice on sunny days. The neighborhood is very discreet and the amenities very close. It's easy to park in the cul-de-sac. Thanks to Amandine and her husband for hosting

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

We had a lovely stay with the pool and hot tub just for us!! The instructions were very clear, we lacked nothing, the sofa bed is rather comfortable and the kitchen functional. Thank you very much, we will not hesitate to come back if we have the opportunity. ☺️

We only spent one night at this home but everything was perfect. The listing completely matched the photos and description. The pool is lovely. We are very excited about this weekend!

Great stay in Marine. The house is awesome and the cleanliness is exceptional. Marine is a very welcoming and accommodating host with a house that includes everything you need for a great stay. Marine will do everything to make you have a great time. We recommend 100% and will come back on sunny days to enjoy the beautiful terrace and pool☺️. The accommodation is located in a quiet location just a few minutes from La Rochelle ☺️

pleasant stay at Jérôme. Rental that met our expectations very well. The countryside , close to the sea and the oyster area for oyster tasting. Very close to La Rochelle and the bridge for Ile de Ré. Small typical village where all the locals met say hello. Business nearby, we'll walk there. Pleasant stay.

At Béatrice's, nothing is missing, everything is calculated to have a great stay in this small quiet and welcoming village. The apartment is really spotless, the bedding is of good quality. The garden is pleasantly flowered and equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Thank you also for accepting the dogs, our Tokyo enjoyed itself. I would recommend this little Bremontoise without a second thought!

We had a lovely stay at Corinne's house which is very well arranged and thought for a large family. All shops are located nearby, a beautiful wild beach is within walking distance. Central place to discover the island without going for miles back and forth. Our two weeks went by way too fast...

We, two adults, two children and a dog had a great holiday at Sylvie's cottage. We were very nicely received by a neighbor and we were shown everything exactly. The offer to rent bicycles is also great. For dog owners just great as the garden is large and entirely fenced-in. On the terrace, you have long sun in the evening and can barbecue after a long day at the beach, as there is also a barbecue. A few small things could be improved, such as a new patio table, new pillows and duvets, as these are simply no longer nice over time. But all in all, a place that is highly recommended. Practically furnished. You can hear the music from the campsite in the evening. However, it didn't bother us. You are quickly on the beach and quickly in the city and still have your peace and quiet. We love La Tranche anyway and this neighborhood and vacation home were also worth a vacation.
