We cannot speak more highly of our 3 month stay at Jean’s house! A Prime location between the Château des Ducs de Bretagne and the Nantes Cathedral made it incredibly convenient to explore Nantes. A little castle next to the castle! We found it easy to access major attractions, with many within walking distance. Public transport options were also readily available. Inside, the house is spacious and well-appointed, comfortably accommodating our family. The furnishings are of high quality, blending comfort with historical charm. We particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy living areas, which made our extended stay feel like home. The host was exceptionally attentive and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a unique and charming house in the heart of Nantes!!! Its combination of historical allure, modern amenities, and location makes it an ideal choice for both short and extended stays.

Beautiful Week End Nantais thanks to the accommodation and the quality of the welcome. Gilles is a passionate and empathetic host. We enjoyed the intimate aperitifs in the cocooning garden. Accommodation is nice, quiet, and functional. We would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time at Dominique's wonderful home. The house is full of fantastic decorations and amenities, and the kids loved the big garden and the ping pong table. The tram stop to Nantes centre (free at weekends) is only about 100m away, as is a great value Netto supermarket. We also loved Yoni the cat who came with the apartment. Dominique was a great host who was very responsive to our questions. We would love to stay again one day next time we are in Nantes (a fantastic city to explore).

Lovely place to stay and Guy was great. Only 4 minutes from the tram system and 3 big bedrooms we would definitely recommend Guy’s place.

The house is superb, as described and ideal for a stay of 8. We had a great stay: the living room and its beautiful glass window, the cozy dining room, the spacious bedrooms and the very well-equipped kitchen. A flawless one! Communication was very fluid, for a peaceful check-in and checkout.

Françoise and Luc's listing is exactly as described. It is ideally located. We had a warm welcome with kind attention. We had a great time with our grandchildren and would recommend this place.

Communication/instructions/amenities, sober Scandinavian decoration, very good bedding, everything was in place, very clean. We did not meet our host but the exchanges were very cordial. We only stayed one night for an event in Rezé and were unable to experience the interest of the location for those who would like to visit Nantes.

Excellent stay! The apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped, perfectly in line with our expectations. The place was easy to find and very quiet. Santiago was very responsive, helpful and flexible.

Lionel was very responsive to the request for accommodation in the particular context that was ours. Traveling to Clisson for the death of our family, he made everything available to make us the accommodation available the same evening. He took a beautiful thorn from our feet. The accommodation is very well located, it is very clean and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathrooms are clean. It's really good where you feel good. Thanks again to Lionel for his help with us.

Lovely host, good place to stay

Very nice, comfortable and welcoming family home. Public transport to the city center is easily accessible from the house which allows you to leave the car, and local shops are also within walking distance. We had a pleasant week in an idyllic setting to discover Nantes. Thanks to Anaïs and Adrien ;)

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The city is walkable (for those who like walking, its around 30 mins), neighbourhood is peaceful and the house is very cosy with 2 lovely dogs and a cat. Both Clara and Flora are very accommodating which made for a lovely stay! Would highly recommend!

Great stay, I spent a month and a half there, the area is quiet and there are shops and the tram line is a few minutes walk away. Very nice interactions, I really enjoyed my stay at this place, it was great! Everything is clean and tidy, and Corinne is very welcoming and accessible if needed Highly recommend 😁
