We cannot speak more highly of our 3 month stay at Jean’s house! A Prime location between the Château des Ducs de Bretagne and the Nantes Cathedral made it incredibly convenient to explore Nantes. A little castle next to the castle! We found it easy to access major attractions, with many within walking distance. Public transport options were also readily available. Inside, the house is spacious and well-appointed, comfortably accommodating our family. The furnishings are of high quality, blending comfort with historical charm. We particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy living areas, which made our extended stay feel like home. The host was exceptionally attentive and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a unique and charming house in the heart of Nantes!!! Its combination of historical allure, modern amenities, and location makes it an ideal choice for both short and extended stays.

Very nice apartment with an indoor patio that you don't leave. The shared garden is great, trampoline, table tennis and the other children are very nice. The tram is a 10 minute walk and it takes us to the center of Nantes, it's very fast. The two downsides are the very small children's rooms and the planes you hear a lot. We had a lovely week

We settled at 3 in Antonin's home for Christmas week. The house is very nice with recent services and nothing is missing in equipment Very clean, comfortable beds, nice volumes. The street is very quiet and parking is easy in front of the house. Bus to the center a few minutes walk away.

Nice little house, really only 50 meters to the beach (to the water at low tide a little further). Pascale welcomed us very nicely in person, explained everything. Even had boards for the motorcycles on hand. Someone thought of that. Also in the house. Great recommendation for the evening, the beach bar La Cabane is only 400m away. Great stay. I will gladly come back.

Very nice warm house, carefully decorated by Thierry and Bénédicte, artists, metal and wood art. We were able to observe their creations which are very pretty. Very functional house. The cider and cupcakes offered as a welcome is a very pleasant attention. We recommend for a quiet and peaceful stay, with all the necessary amenities in the area.
