Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well equipped (better than described), the magnificent view, and the sauna and jakuzi great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

The place is fantastic! Stèphane was super friendly and keen on helping and advising. The chalet located is a very quite and safe area, surrounded by a huge plot of land. Easy access to the ski resort, shops and restaurants. The property is brand new and has got a cozy living room with a fireplace, beautiful view and a fantastic open air jacuzzi. We highly recommended the chalet and we'll definitely stay there again in the foreseeable future!

We had a great week! The cottage is splendid, perfect for everything. The kitchen is very well appointed, everything is there! Great sun exposure to enjoy the front of the cottage. The village center is a short walk away. Thanks to Jean-Philippe for his recommendation regarding the bus, located 3-5 minutes away, which makes it possible to reach the ski resort (only 15 minutes walk too). This allowed us not to use the car once a week! Wifi would be the only thing to improve.

The place was exactly what I expected: the yearly stay was excellent, relaxing and exotic. The lake and surrounding mountains are splendid. I'll be back in the summer..

Amazing chalet and great host. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Can’t wait to stay again. Very short and drive to all that Morzine has to offer but to be honest we couldn’t wait to get back to the chalet because it had everything you needed to unwind after a day on the slopes. The fire place was the star of the show and we made full use of the sauna and hot tub for those achy muscles. We wanted a home from home with loads of room to enjoy with a few friends surrounded by beautiful walks to enjoy with our dog and Chalet Gilbert and the cute village of Essert Romans certainly delivered. Thanks a million Gib we can’t wait to stay again

Roberta is a very warm person who welcomed us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the accommodation. The accommodation is close to Annecy and especially at the foot of the lake and its small beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and restaurants are located nearby. The veranda and garden are very nice even if the weather did not allow us to fully enjoy it. Thanks again to Roberta for hosting us 😊

Amies place is great. Definitely perfect for a couple or a solo traveller. I found the loft bed really comfortable and the kitchen had enough in for some basic cooking. The balcony provided lovely views of the Pleney, and the bus stop (mas matout) was perfect for the D bus into town. I didn’t use the ski storage but it is great that was provided. The flat was quiet too and the shutter kept all the light out. I would definitely return.

a very cozy cottage, well decorated, lots of charm with all the essential amenities a breathtaking quiet view and a perfect location in the large bornand with transport shuttles nearby for skiing and hiking, but also to enjoy the city center Fabienne is a good welcoming person, smiling and accommodating impeccable cleanliness in short, all perfect. 👍 i would definitely be back ❤️ i highly recommend it

Mathias is a very welcoming, responsive host and always ready to help and advise his tenants! The accommodation is clean, functional and spacious, the rooms are very nice and the accommodation has its own outdoor space to give privacy to the occupants. We had a great time. I would highly recommend this for a ski stay or hiking enthusiasts!

Great stay at this place... The stove is a real plus during this cold time! The kitty really enjoyed it too! The accommodation is cozy, warm.. We slept very well in this place and the shops are quite close.. The perfect place to visit the area!

Lovely spacious apartment with a beautiful view into woodland from the main living area. The accomodation was very clean and Denee along with her team were very helpful and attentive hosts.

Very nice rental with stunning views of the waterfall. Everything was impeccable. Numerous activities and hikes close by. Very peaceful environment conducive to healing. The pool is a real plus after a day of hiking!

A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

Very pleasant chalet, ideally located for us, very close to Annecy and quiet...We recommend it.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Julie’s chalet! The chalet was amazing, very well-equipped, and the location was simply perfect. We had a fantastic and memorable time. Christele quickly accepted our request for emergency accommodation. Everything was perfect, very responsive. We were a little cold but it's probably due to our surprise arrival.
