We loved this place so much we booked again before we left. We had three lovely weeks, it was peaceful, pretty, and cooler than than the beach areas. Clyde and his wife Gardenia were excellent hosts, friendly and accommodating. A bonus if you like dogs, Clyde has two and they were lovely. Enjoyed sitting outside watching the monkeys and humming birds. This place was exactly as described. We go to St Kitts every year and this was our first try at AirBnb. We were not disappointed.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa. The surrounding area is peaceful and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer and resolve any questions we had. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay very comfortable. What impressed me the most was the host’s thoughtfulness. My son accidentally left one of his toys in the villa, and after contacting the host, they went out of their way to deliver it to our next hotel. It was such a kind and generous gesture that truly made this experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great stay. Thank you for everything!

Kevin was a great Host, he came by and insured that I got settled in and knew where everything was. He was very representative before and during my stay. His apartment was clean, and located at a perfect location on Frigate Bay. For breakfast you can go to Coconut Grove about 2 minutes walk and get some delicious breakfast. Right outside the apartment there is a small convenient store. A few more step away there are great restaurants including Chinese and Pizza. There are many more restaurants on the other side of the golf courses called the strip that has delicious local food. Even though I visited the island for a sad occasion, Kevin’s place gave me an environment where I could relax. I would definitely book Kevin’s place again.

Fabulous! Mimi, our host, was so friendly and accommodating - when we met her for the first time, she felt like family welcoming us home with hugs! The space is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Clean, spacious and honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. So much more space than we thought we'd have. The kitchen was spotless with all the necessities required to cook / snack or prepare foods. The view from the back deck off of the main living area is stunning but more breathtaking is the master bedroom deck view. Cannot explain the feeling of getting to wake up to the sunrise every morning. The roads are exceptionally steep, so walking the neighborhood is a bit of a challenge but not impossible as my kids and I did an early morning loop, daily. Plenty of towels and staples to start your stay. My all time favorite was around 3 -4 o'clock when the back deck wound have the best breeze come off the water making it perfect for napping. A++. Carol's place was just what we needed. Clean, quiet in a nice residential area. Location was a short drive to everything and far enough from the city noise. It was a great balance for us who were attending the music festival, a little peace of haven after all the festivities. We would definitely come back and recommend this Airbnb for persons looking for a nice affordable place to stay while visiting St Kitts.

Place is exactly as described and pictured. Clean and also had everything needed. Very quiet area, loved this. Host is very responsive and always available if needed. Will definitely stay here again

The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything needed for an amazing stay. The area was quiet, offering relaxing views of the Atlantic. The host was attentive and incredibly helpful. I’ll definitely stay again and highly recommend.
