Everything was perfect. The cottage is very comfortable, spacious and nicely appointed but, above all, its location is great. The sea is literally out of the street. I was with my dog and we were able to take very long and beautiful walks by the sea. Thank you Isabelle for your welcome, I hope to be able to come back in 2025.

It was only two days but a great experience! It feels good in the house right away. Well laid out for our family of 5. A great view with access to the awesome beach. Excellent! Very comfortable bedding, very clean house. Easy communication with Isabelle. And nice hosting with Eliane. To be repeated with pleasure.

We had a great Christmas with the family in Aude's beautiful home. Very well located, we were able to enjoy Noirmoutier on foot. Well equipped, excellent bedding , the brass is perfect for family life! Very good exchanges and availability , I recommend it and we'll be back!

It's a very pleasant place to stay, close to restaurants and shops. From Pornic you can explore the coast very well. Pornic is an enchanting seaside resort where there is something new to discover right away. It is not spectacular there but very relaxing in a well-kept and quiet way. The car can be safely parked on the property, and you are well on foot or by bike. The house has a very good equipment. In the kitchen there is everything you need. If you can speak French, then you can enjoy the great comics collection. What bothered us a bit was the drain in the bathroom. It smelled a little pleasant sometimes. But otherwise: great! We would like to recommend the place and would also book there again if we go to Pornic again.

The house is as advertised and even better. Clean and very well-equipped (especially very nice to have the basic amenities provided or even more). It felt good there. The garden is very nice too (fenced). The neighborhood is very quiet and easy parking. Almost close to the beach. The location allows you to shine throughout the area without any worries. Everything is there for a great stay. Maryline is indeed a super host: available, ultra-reactive, flexible, accommodating and extremely friendly. We'll be happy to go back! We recommend 200%.

Great stay in Emmanuelle and Régis's house. The house is very well equipped, spacious, the bedding is impeccable. Numerous board games and books for the children. The terrace is lovely. Nearby: coastal paths and small beaches. You can do anything on foot. Emmanuelle and Régis are welcoming and available. Thank you for the refreshing and relaxing trip.

Beautiful well equipped house and located near the center. Nice quiet garden. We were able to rent bikes nearby and get around the island easily. Our girls went every day in a few minutes to the nautical center. The modern decor was pleasant and the plenty of storage available was convenient. We stayed in this house for two weeks and were able to make the most of it. Géraldine and Pierre were responsive. The handbook they had written was full of good tips for restaurants and tours. Noirmoutier is a destination to live in summer and by bike. In short, a beautiful stay in a home that we highly recommend.

Super pleasant accommodation: bright, spacious, functional, well isolated, quiet, in a great environment. And Joëlle is a great host who makes sure her tenants are well settled: basic products provided for a simple check-in (garbage bags, shower gel, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc.); accommodating in terms of schedules. The accommodation is ideally located with its shops nearby and great walks on the beaches within walking distance. I recommend this accommodation and this host, and we'll be back with pleasure, thank you Joëlle 🙂

Highly responsive and accommodating hostess. The house is ideally located, 500 m from the beach and very quiet. Shops nearby as well . The small garden allows you to take in the sun. We appreciated the garage to store our bikes. I recommend this house without hesitation.

I believe this is the best place for a group I've booked since using Airbnb. The space was very large and with all the amenities and much more. There was plenty to take care of for the rainy days and great walks nearby for sunny days! Anyway, this is an address that I'll keep for sure!

Thanks to Hugues and his wife for their welcome, very nice house, operational, peaceful, it feels good. we had a beautiful week, I recommend the beach of the oncologist very clean and less seaweed, the big bill restaurant, and visit Guérande and cruise in the yellow boat at the rock-bernard. I highly recommend this property managed by Hugues and his wife, I think we will surely come back.
