Great stay at this studio. Clean, good bedding and functional. Ideally located and quiet. Possibility to do everything on foot (shopping, going to the harbor, views of the beaches,...). Free parking spaces 100m away. Close to beautiful beaches, pretty villages to visit and the GR34, customs trail. Very clear check-in instruction. Good communication, quick and cordial response from Julien. I would recommend it

We spent 3 nights at Kermael's with our two kids. The apartment is impeccable, very well arranged, functional and very clean. Kermael was very responsive and was able to advise us on what to do in the area. We'll be happy to come back if we have a chance!

a home with sea views in every room, peace and quiet, a beautiful and clean pool, very welcoming and charming hosts! All in a Sublime region,the island of Bréhat is 30min away, beaches and cliffs all around! A good stay to recharge!

We had a great time! There were 4 of us including 2 children and they did not miss anything: outdoor games, games (board games, lego...). Thanks again for the little touches, especially for my son birthday! The garden is shared with the hosts but respects privacy throughout the stay. House very close to shops. A nice little house that we recommend without a second thought! The gite is more than provided and you will not miss ANYTHING. Thank you and maybe see you soon! ☺️

Joëlle was extremely responsive and very accommodating. The house is extremely pleasant to live in, free of clutter and with a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. It is also extremely well located in Perros-Guirec, minutes from everything, the best bakery, restaurants, markets, beach, port and downtown. Finally, the peaceful garden is very nice for a relaxing end of day. We highly recommend it for a family stay and we'll probably come back ourselves.

Very nice stay, the house is large and well-equipped. Just missing wifi and heating on the veranda for winter stays. Other than that, no complaints! :)

Charming warm house facing a beautiful garden. The decoration is very nice, it feels very good there. It's a quiet and peaceful place. You are about 200 meters from the village where you will find bakeries, fishmonger, butcher, deli, supermarket, restaurants... There is also a market on Wednesday morning. You have everything you need nearby. And of course, you are close to beautiful places to discover: Tregastel, Perros-Guirec, Bréhat Island, Ploumanac'h, Plougrescant, St Malo... you won't get bored. Christophe, the owner is very friendly, discreet, and attentive to the well-being of his tenants. You can go there without so much as a second thought!

Very beautiful house with a large garden and a beautiful very pleasant terrace when the sun is there. We stayed there with 5 adults and 4 children and it was perfect place level. Antoine is friendly and very responsive. Thanks again for the welcome gift! I recommend it without hesitating!!

Very good stay with Véronique and Bruno, very pleasant and bright house located on the heights of Perros Guirec in a peaceful area but close to the port and 2 supermarkets. We enjoyed the beautiful flower garden and barbecue. What a lovely and cute place to stay in Perros-Guirec! The house is clean, recently renovated and well equipped. Parking was free and easy to find on the street. The neighborhood is quiet at night. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, with one large bedroom in the main floor, with ensuite, and two smaller rooms up the circular staircase. These rooms share a full bathroom. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. The hosts, Sabrina and Sylvain, are delightful. They warmly welcomed us and provided an orientation to their home. Highly recommended. The apartment is really spacious, bright, and very well-equipped. We enjoyed the calm, the excellent bedding. Everything is there for a very nice stay, easy to park, 5 min to the sea by car and possibility to go there on foot, and close to many sites and hiking trails. Thanks for a great break.

Beautiful stay spent in this beautiful apartment ideally located, feet in the water with quality restaurant on the ground floor. A great view. Hervé is a very accommodating host and good tips for visiting the area. Finally our kids loved it, we'll be back!

The accommodation is very well located for exploring the various tours and hikes. This one is spacious, clean and with all the useful amenities for a stay. Claire was present on arrival and departure which allows for live exchange. We have very good memories of this stay thanks to our host, his accommodation and this beautiful area.

Maryse's apartment was a really wonderful place to stay: a very comfortable, clean, spacious modern apartment with everything we needed on hand. Beds were much larger than a standard double, which was great, and the sofa was easily big enough for the four of us. Maryse and her husband met us when we arrived and showed us around, and they left local cider, coffee, tea and biscuits for us to enjoy. The place was really easy to find, and only a few minutes walk from the waterfront. One unexpected highlight was the lockable garage that comes with the apartment - it was great to have the use of that for the duration of our stay. Also worth saying that it's a good size: our VW Passat fitted easily with plenty of room to get in and out. Overall this was one of the nicest AirBnB places we've ever stayed, and we'd love to come back again some time.
