Fabien is very responsive, friendly and respectful. We had a great stay, location not far from Paris, bakery and grocery store right in front of the house, the aquatic center is a stone's throw away, ideal on rainy days. The house is like the description, 4 bedrooms convenient when you want privacy for each couple or family. The living room as well as the bedrooms are spacious. We'll definitely be back.

Manu and Sylvie are charming, welcoming and caring hosts with a nice dose of humanity. The contact was very nice, and their explanations were clear and accurate. The house is in a great location and was perfectly suited for the surprise birthday we had organized. The spaces are vast, and the accommodation, both friendly and warm, invites you to relax. The smoking room was very convenient. We have absolutely no criticism: everything was perfect! We leave delighted with our short stay and will treasure this address. Of course, we would recommend this listing and its hosts without hesitation.

The place is very nice, super easy to access and the host was super responsive. The bed is comfortable (even electric since you can climb the top and bottom!), towels, gloves and the little extra: an umbrella bed. Everything is thinking so that we have a good stay. The accommodation is next to a road but there is almost no car (less than one per hour). the outside is very pleasant which allowed my son to stretch his legs well before leaving. the entrance is self-contained and all the instructions are given in a booklet. I recommend this very pleasant place (which in addition smells of lavender in the garden!). Thanks to the host for hosting us in this very pleasant cottage!

We had a great Christmas with the family, in a warm house, where you feel at home very quickly. We arrived late, and found a warm house, with Christmas trees, a decorated house, very clear explanations everywhere, small welcome gifts that everyone happily enjoyed! Christmas preparation was made easier thanks to quick , very detailed communication and the kindness of Dominique and Anne Sophie. I highly recommend it, we'll be happy to come back, and will enjoy the exteriors if it's spring.

The accommodation is easy to access, well equipped with many details that make the difference, and we enjoyed the fenced garden overlooking the village with its small garden furniture. Do not miss the brunch and meals prepared by Myriam which adapts to special diets. Myriam is a gem, caring for her hosts, both available and respectful of our privacy. We recommend the visit of Montargis, La petite Venise du Gâtinais, and if you have the opportunity to go up to Nemours, Canoe KAWAK offers a great canoe downhill on the Loing, a little sporty during the vintage period but it's worth it!
