Lovely stay at Laura’s house, comfortable and good facilities. A small problem was sorted quickly for us. Would recommend this place for any type of stay.

Tomoaki's house was perfect for our girls weekend. It was walkable from the station along the seafront, close to Turner Contemporary, and close to a number of good restaurants and cafes - the cafe right next door was fantastic for brunch and coffee. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou

This house is wonderful. It is the perfect beach getaway. The rooms are all massive, the kitchen had loads of space. Took 2 mins to get to the beach. The best stay I’ve had.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place- there was a large group of us and we all said it was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed at. It has a lovely fully equipped gym, a roomy and warm hot tub, spacious kitchen which was wonderful to cook a huge Christmas lunch, and a cosy living room to chill and watch movies. Lisa was a fantastic host who was always really responsive, helpful & very kind, and she even left us some Christmas treats and decorated with a Christmas tree 🎄 We couldn’t haven’t asked for a warmer host or house for our Christmas so we are so thankful & happy we chose to stay here! Thank you Lisa! We definitely would love to stay again!

We totally loved Sam’s place. It was ideal for our extended family 6 adults and 6 children! to enjoy a really happy festive Christmas. The property had everything we needed. Two fridges( one that was huge and could store all our Christmas food) a freezer and a fantastic oven range to cook on which was easy to use. The best supplied kitchen I have ever stayed in re: kitchen equipment and utensils. We would totally recommend spending time at this house. It felt warm and cosy from the moment we walked in. Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

What a beautiful house - even better than the pictures. Everything was perfect for our girls weekend away. We had a bedroom each which was a luxury. Tracy met us at the property to let us in but left us to our own devices. She’d been very responsive so know that we would have been able to contact her if we’d needed to, but everything was as described so we had no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the fires in both the lounge and dining room which had been set up by Mark and Tracy in advance. Comfy beds, lovely neutral uncluttered spaces. All in all just a fab place. 15 min walk into the heart of St Leonard’s which has some great shops and restaurants.

Harbour View is a lovely place to stay in Folkestone, central location for shops, pubs and restaurants. Good seafront walks. Tanya was a great host thank you x

We had a lovely few days stay in Richard’s flat. Perfect quiet beach location with a nice 15 min walk along the promenade into Margate. Really well equipped especially for families with kids- cot, highchair provided and games a plenty for the older children. We can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you!

What a wonderful winter stay. The apartment is situated right on the beachfront with wonderful views over the beach and pier. The apartment is large, beautifully decorated and furnished. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Deal - everything you need is on your doorstep. Deborah was also a very good host accommodating our needs. We look forward to staying here again hopefully this summer.

Great location and really peaceful. Lovely Seaview and a minutes walk to the beach. Lots to do within a 5 minute walk, restaurants and pubs yet so quiet when you are in the apartment. We walked to Ramsgate which was a nice walk and everywhere dog friendly. We would stay again.

As soon as you open the front door of the apartment you arrive in a cozy & warm furnished place with classroom. Small regional touches on the plan of the super equipped kitchen. Layout of the top bathroom also as well as the rest of the apartment. Flexibility as to the very appreciable arrival and departure time (out of season), well organized key take/hand over the keys. Communication with Pascale is easy and fluid, she is very responsive. Leaving for a "disconnection" weekend and out of season, the calm and charm of the small village was refreshing. We will most certainly go back, either out of season to still enjoy the calm, or in season to discover the activities and the village a little more lively

We loved our stay at Caroline’s place, perfect for our girls trip! The flat was beautifully appointed and very comfortable, we felt right at home. It was easy to get there by train. It was a charming character place, nicely renovated, and being an older place noise does tend to travel a bit from the above flat (I think we had a particularly noisy group staying at the same time as us as didn’t see any other mention of this with previous guests). We appreciated Caroline being really responsive about this to resolve things! Particular highlights - cooking in the well supplied kitchen, waking up to the view of the sea, lovely linen on the beds, great water pressure in the shower! Would love to return in summer.

A brilliant place to stay for a weekend. The place was clean and Chris the host was extremely proactive and kind. Close to the sea and it’s a lovely walk along the front. Lovely local places to eat. The bagel place was amazing and this fantastic cafe next door with mega friendly staff and delicious food. Had the avocado, radish and onion sandwich, highly recommend!

Melody was so helpful and accommodating. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need. Melody prepared for our arrival and provided milk and coffee and the apartment was very cosy when we arrived on a foggy cold day. 10 mins walk to the town so situated very well. I would not hesitate to stay again and plan a trip in the summer as the apartment is close to the beach.

A lovely apartment which exceeded our expectations - great location with walking distance to all amenities. Patricia was always quick to respond - a wonderful time had by all.

Really lovely clean space right on the water front. It could do with a bit of a refresh paint wise but it really didn't affect the overall great feel of the place. Accessing the building was extremely easy with the codes etc and we found everything we needed in the place, there is also a convenience shop right next door for all your basics like bread and milk etc. We stayed in Winter, I expect it would be even more amazing in the summer season. Would 100% stay again.

Really enjoyed our time at Kirsty's place. Check-in was a breeze and the apartment is very modern. The view was amazing and the balcony was very nice to sit out on. It's in a great location right beside the entrance to Ramsgate tunnels. Very much recommend and hope to return one day!

Spent the loveliest weekend Bexy’s place. Perfect location. Such a fun decorated apartment while feeling very homey and comfortable too. Would 100% recommend!
