Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Mandé

We had a lovely stay at the house with my family. The photos are true to life, the rooms are spacious and you feel good there, especially the living room which is very family-friendly. There are plenty of toys available for children. Julie was responsive by message throughout our stay and her instructions were clear. Finally, the location is great if you want to go to the Disney amusement park which is 20 minutes away. Noisy-le-grand station is nearby as well. Recommended for large families.

We had an amazing experience staying at Oliver’s place! Oliver was an exceptional host who made sure to respond to any concerns or questions right away, ensuring that we felt taken care of throughout our stay. The space itself was perfect for our large family group of 15 people. It was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Our stay in this charming house in Paris was very pleasant! Located in a strategic area, the house has immediate access to the services of Châtillon, where we found everything we needed: from supermarkets and artisanal bakeries to cafes with that Parisian touch that falls in love. Proximity to metro stations and bus stops made us move around the city a children's game; in a few minutes we were in the heart of Paris, exploring its iconic monuments. The house itself is a dream: comfortable, elegantly decorated, and with an atmosphere that combines classic Parisian charm with modern comforts. Every corner is taken care of with detail, from the cozy furniture to the natural light that floods the space, making it even more beautiful. A highlight, especially for those of us who travel around Europe, was the washing machine in the house. What an advantage to be able to wash our clothes during the trip!

Pierre was a thoughtful, responsive, and all in all amazing host! The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus an aunt and a dog :) Super comfortable and complete. The location is great for parking the car and having a good resting point in a cozy suburb (groceries, bakery in walking distance) The only thing to keep in mind is that the new public transport system in Paris segregates tickets for bus VS metro/rail - which makes the home location a bit far to walk to the nearest train station (~1.5km). We still thought it was worth it! Would stay there again if/when we come back to Paris :)

Spacious 4th floor flat very convenient for Gare du Nord. Comfortable with all you need for a base to explore Paris. Local restaurants in walkable distance, as well as shops and Boulangerie. Our children loved the toys in the flat.

This apartment feels like an oasis on a quiet street. It's in a great location with easy metro access and walkability. Thibaut was gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay!

We stayed at Mathilde's place on two separate occasions in Dec 24 and Jan 25. Communication before arrival was prompt and clear. When we arrived we were met by Mathilde's assistant, Kathleen, who gave us the key and made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us new coffee capsules later that day. The apartment was quite large (for Paris). We found it clean and well furnished (we were specifically looking for an apartment with a crib and a high chair for our son). There is a large living area that gets tons of sunlight from the many windows. Not too much happening in the immediate surrounding area, but Montmarte is just a short walk up the hill. Getting to more central parts of Paris usually took us about 20-30 minutes by metro or taxi. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly recommend this rental!

This apartment is absolutely perfect. This is my second time staying in it. The location is perfect, a metro stop down the block, plenty of restaurants close by, everything one could need. Dealing with Patricia was easy and pleasant. She is available to answer any questions. I would definitely go back on my next visit to Paris. I highly recommend it.

Just wow! My wife, 3 kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect and close to restaurants, transport (train & bus) and neighboring attractions - yet secluded enough, away from any noise. Most importantly, it was safe! Halimeina is friendly in her communication and very responsive. We would definitely return to her property in the future! All-in-all, the stay allowed us to enjoy a magnificent experience across Paris!

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is very well decorated. It is ideally located next to the RER A. For 2 people it's fine. For 3 or 4 people it's a little fair since you have to unfold the sofa in the living room and there is a window without a shutter so the day enters the room.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

The joy of seeing the Eiffel Tower every day! Above all, the location was the best! There was a delicious bakery in front of the house, and I was able to go to the market and buy cheese and fruit. It was a great place to stay to visit all the sights of Paris ~ ^ ^
