Bordeaux Wine Getaway

We sought by renovating this building to marry the old and the modern and to give this cottage a spirit year 1900 date when it was built. All the electrical appliances are new. The accommodation is oily with stone construction, cool in summer and several shady spaces in the park allow you to rest. You have access to the entire cottage and park. (The entire cottage and park is private), there is only the pool which is available only occasionally depending on the period and the occupation of it. (contact us as soon as you book to ensure the available slots of the pool). We are close to the cottage, so we can inform you during the entire stay. Give you some good tips or learn about places to visit in the area. Located just 35 minutes from Bordeaux, between Saint-Émilion and Blaye, the cottage enjoys a quiet and wooded environment, conducive to relaxation. Several hiking trails pass within a few hundred meters. You are 1 km from Gauriaguet train station which serves the city of Bordeaux (30 minutes) and St André de Cubzac (10 minutes). Depending on the booking dates of your stay, you can enjoy our heated swimming pool or the activities offered there. (Aquagym, Aquabike).

Our house is a former artist's studio completely renovted, typical neighborhood of Chartrons, in Bordeaux. The historic center is at three tram stations. You will appreciate our house for its atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but in a lively neighborhood. Our house is perfect for families (with children) and the pets are of course welcome! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with a single bed. It is possible to install a second single bed on request.
