I stayed here for a week and it was the perfect space for me and my partner. It was nice to stay outside of busy areas and still have everything close by! We loved how convenient it was to bike everywhere- we will surely be coming again!

Great place in a great neighborhood. Off street parking, quiet, felt right at home. Already booked the place for next week, I'm up for work and will book it every time I come up if available. Great host who checked in to see how things were and if I needed anything. Definitely highly recommend

What a fantastic stay! The apartment was incredibly spacious and bright, with an absolutely gorgeous bathroom that felt like a personal spa. Modern fixtures, gleaming tiles, and a luxurious rainfall showerhead made every moment relaxing. The living space was beautifully designed, with smart layout and plenty of room to move around. The host’s attention to detail was impressive, creating a truly comfortable and stylish urban retreat. Highly recommended!

Great spot! Close to everything and love the corner spot in the building. Spacious and clean, great for four people (each couple had their own bathroom. Nice living area to hang out in and large closets! Would definitely stay again!!!

Really nice place in a great location. Host was very communicative and place was nice and clean, but the shared bathroom could use some TLC (shower head was falling apart and grout missing from a lot of the tile), but the living room and kitchen were nice. Beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable but for a short stay it was fine. All supplies and amenities were provided and well stocked. The neighborhood was great, very walkable even in the winter, and parking for us wasn't too difficult near the apartment - it is paid street parking that needs to be paid by meter every 2 hours during the day, not ideal but doable. There's a lot of restaurants and bars nearby and even more restaurants 10 minutes of walking. Downtown Montreal is about 10 or so minute drive. Overall, we'd probably stay here again, but would recommend updates to the beds and middle bathroom.

I just wanted to express my satisfaction with the apartment. Everything was as promised, and I really appreciated the quick communication and kind attention of Mr. Homayoun Mani and his wife. The laundry services were excellent, and the kitchen amenities were very helpful. The heating during the cool weather was perfect too! I felt really comfortable being with my family in the spacious living room with the large TV and the excellent dining room. The matrices were also confortable and I really felt I am home. I also want to thank them for your kindness and the warm generosity in offering chocolates as a welcome gift; it really made my stay special. I wich to be hosted for a second time at Mr.Homayoun place. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful place, everything was easy from start to finish. The beds are comfortable (but not the pillows!). Several items on site: oil, salt/pepper/sugar, coffee, soap... to make the stay even easier/more enjoyable. Only small catch: the dishwasher that really doesn't wash well. We were 5 families, we recommend ++

A great spot. If you like water views and a sunny, warm modern and very well appointed apartment this is the place for you. The heated floors were a very pleasant surprise. Kitchen was pristine bathroom was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again

Check in was easy. The apartment was walkable to almost everything we wanted to do. The WiFi was a little unreliable the further away you were from the router but we made it work. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. We were a party of 10 and spent a lot of time in the kitchen. Living room would have been tight for us but we were all in and out so it worked out. Overall, we were really happy with the place. Would love to know the history of this very old house!

Everything was great, from check-in to check-out. The place is perfectly equipped for long stays and has all the necessary amenities. I am very grateful for the temporary roof for the car as it helps a lot in winter (no more having to remove the snow before leaving). Nora is always attentive to any need. I felt at home and with comfort and tranquility. I was there for 2 weeks on a business trip and the place is very well located.

This spot was great, had the right amount of beds for our group which was a large party of 9. Sam was always responsive and helpful! Will definitely be checking this place out again if I happen to be back in Montreal one-day.

We had a brief overnight stay at Michael’s place on our way out east. Good location (off the highway), near lots of gas stations, full kitchen with a fridge/freezer, clean apartment, and lots of parking space! Check-in was very easy and Michael prepared us well for our stay. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Lupita's. The space had everything we needed. Although we mostly just slept there, it was nice to have the kitchen stocked with staples and the living room area was comfortable for hanging out. We had a little trouble getting in because of an incorrect code for the door but the hosts responded immediately.

Great place to stay at an affordable price. Highly recommend. Thank you Sarah for being an amazing host! Super supportive and very responsive.
