Townhouse holiday rentals in Saint-Jean-de-Monts

Clean, cozy and perfect accommodation for a weekend with friends, close to the village of Vendée Globe as well as the city center of Les Sables. Eric and Florence are friendly and responsive hosts. I would recommend it in a second.

Host can't be more welcoming even before we arrive! Very understanding of our last minute vacation organization with small children. Jacques came to greet us in person at the train station and take us to the accommodation! What more could you ask for! Very responsive to each request. Effective on the delicate issue of car parking (paid and limited in time). Very nice accommodation, except for the seagull concerto in the morning (when we are not used to it) but totally adapted to our needs. Terrace very popular with children! 2 minutes walk from the Grande Plage, 5 to 10 minutes from Le Remblai, shops, restaurants. Very well located accommodation, close to all amenities (crossroads market, phamarcie, bakery, banks, market...). But a bedroom overlooks the street (busy), not very pleasant when you open the windows to sleep in hot weather. Not a lot of negatives. Rare find!

First of all, I would like to thank Michel warmly for his smiling and very kind welcome. This home is a real gem, a haven of peace. Located in a very quiet area, you can easily reach the city center and the large beach on foot (30 minutes max). There is nothing missing in this place, everything is well thought out and very functional. Really nice and the bedding is very good. I will come back without hesitation. Thanks again Michel. The stay at Émilie's went very well. The space was sparkling clean and as described. Beautifully decorated and very functional. We traveled with a young child & a baby and the accommodation is perfectly suited , including the provision of childcare equipment ( bed, highchair, bathtub!) going up to child dishes. A few minutes walk away you will find a large shopping mall on one side and the city center on the other. I would highly recommend this for a stay in Challans.

A very nice stay in Julie's house with the necessary comfort. We particularly appreciated the calm and the terrace. A few amenities nearby and the city center is a short drive away. Thank you Julie for your responsiveness and flexibility.

The house and garden are very nice, quiet and well-equipped. Easy parking on the street or nearby for free. A little far from the beach on foot(15-20 min) but perfect distance by bike (easy rental to the sands). Very good stay.

Very happy with our stay. We would recommend this listing. The house is very beautiful and the decoration superb. Location. We stayed with young children and a dog. We were just surprised that everything was upstairs and that there was no door at the top of the stairs compared to the children . I rented Claudine's home for the weekend of the Vendée Globe departure. The place is really suitable for this type of weekend. Claudine really welcomes people as it should be in all Airbnb and is very attentive! Special mention for breakfast buns and the delivery of the spread!

Have a great weekend at Adeline's place. Beautiful sea view, esplanade at the foot of the accommodation. Very well equipped accommodation. I would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay with friends. The house is pleasant and spacious.

Very beautiful and comfortable accommodation, very clean. At the limit, there are 2 or 3 minor things missing, such as a chair to put your belongings in the bathroom upstairs or put the lockbox lower!! It's hard to bend down at a certain age. But nothing essential. And thank you to Rodolphe for hosting us. We'll definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay with the family. The rental is as described. Great house, near the port, restaurants, the beach, and the city center so no need to take the cars. We keep this address in memory for a possible other stay.

Aline's house was exactly how she said it would be. A lovely clean bright well decorated house which was plenty big enough for our family of 6 adults. As a host, Aline was very friendly, helpful and always promptly responsive to any queries we had. The superb location of the house allowed us to be able to walk everywhere. We had a wonderful holiday in Les Sables-d'Lonne and would love to return someday again , and would especially love to stay in Aline's house if it was free. Kevin, Paula and family Ireland.

The fisherman's house is very well located and impeccable both by the decoration and by the cleanliness. All within walking distance, the daily market as well as the large beach. No surprises or disappointments. We had a pleasant stay.
