Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint James

Mona and Andrew are wonderful hosts! The apartment is comfortable and has all you need for an enjoyable stay. A car is a must to explore the island and enjoy the many lovely beaches and restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always quick to answer any questions and ensure everything was perfect. Their hospitality truly made the experience seamless and enjoyable. The place itself was lovely, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home. From the comfortable furnishings to the charming details, everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

Our visit to this condo was our first experience in Barbados and it set the bar high. Although not large, it was adequate with everything we needed for self catering. It has been newly renovated with a clean and sparkling bathroom, spotless appliances and great Wifi for remote working. All the linens were of the best quality and there were plenty of extras if we needed them. The king sized bed was comfortable and the air conditioning throughout the condo made it very comfortable for sleeping. Wayne was there to meet us when we arrived and walked us through the details that we needed to know. He had purchased some basic snacks and drinks for us to enjoy while we got settled. The private pool club for the community was absolutely beautiful. Right on the water and a 5 minute walk from the condo. There isn't a thing that needs to change - this condo was perfect. We stayed for 5 days.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Great location, completely walkable to everything in Holetown. Tyler was a great host and super responsive to our needs.

Nice condo in a very nice gated community. Grounds, pool, club-house were all well maintained and made us feel quite comfortable during our stay. Location is a short cab-ride from some of the best restaurants on the island and a supermarket. Would not hesitate to make this a repeat destination. Thanks to Lynne for hosting; well done.

We loved Daniels place. Really close to everything, lived the private pool and outdoor space. Kitchen well appointed, apartment really comfortable. Thank you ! Would recommend x

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was lovely and clean, not to far from the beach. Rosemary, the host, was really nice, accessible and made our stay even better and easier.

They were both tremendous hosts and were generous with the fruits from their garden. It was great to be right across from the beach. Sadly couldn’t borrow the kayak as there was a rip and the waves were too high during our time in Barbados (very unusual) The house is gorgeous and cooking was easy, particularly being a few doors from Jordan’s and us having caught fish. Back garden is peaceful to sit and eat out. Air con in the bedrooms very good. Nice breezes too Loved Jack the Jack Russell. I’d stay again and again

Fabulous place to stay, good location and excellent host. Sally met us on the day we arrive and organised the pick up transfer from the airport. Honestly can’t fault the place and was perfect for our first time in Barbados. We had washed all out towels not realising we had a cleaner too, who was lovely too. Would recommend if you are looking for a location close the the beach and close to places to eat. Recommend CiCi’s by the petrol garage and Seashed!

We were a family of 6, (3 generations) and the property is set up for privacy. With 3 bathrooms it made for an easy time to all get ready. The pool was lovely and the walk to the sea was an easy walk. It was very entertaining watching the monkey's eat from the mango trees in the mornings. Nice to have clothslines to hang wet towels and swimsuits on. I felt like we were guests in a Barbadian home, very authentic. It was conveniently located. The information sheet we received from the host Charlie before we arrived was very informative. We couldn't find a key to a gate and she responded within minutes. We hated to leave.

Fantastic stay at Roseann's place. They looked after us very well without intruding. The location is superb for accessing any bit of the island. The property is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Highly recommended and we hope to return in the future.

What can i say?! 10 of us have just come back from a 10 day stay and have unanimously agreed that it was the best vacation we have ever had. From prompt responses from Vicky on questions we had pre arrival, a warm welcome from Sam (including a trip to the supermarket for essentials) and the lovely cleaner Sophia on arrival we knew we were in for a perfect vacation. The house is amazing - so relaxing and has everything you need in terms of facilities. They even provided a fun couples inflatable for us for the the pool, so many beach towels - nothing was too much trouble. In terms of location, i don't think it can be beat. We decided not to hire a car. The supermarket was a 5m walk and local bus stop just outside the property. These buses are SO much fun - everyone smiling, music pumping and you can't help but laugh dance. We also did an island tour with Sam and wouldn't recommend anyone else. 200/10 for this place - we will be back!!!

this is a beautiful home . my partner and I love this place & it was very peaceful for our Christmas trip. the house was clean upon arrival. the host was reachable & answered any questions that i had. I did not have any concerns that's how lovely this house is. we will book again

We loved this place! My wife and I stayed here for 10 days with her 87 year old father. We had two large air conditioned bedrooms and a large living room, dining room and kitchen with everything that you could ever need in it. It had a big private back patio off the kitchen with a bar & beer fridge, comfy chairs and patio table. Half of it was covered for much needed shade & rain protection at times when those 5-10 minute showers passed by. It had an outdoor shower that I used everyday after a leasurely 5 minute walk back from the beautiful Mullins beach! It had 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella & a couple small coolers that we used everyday! We had some nice restaurants & bars within a 5-7 minute walk which we frequented regularly. We went to many beautiful restaurants on the water for dinner in Speighstown & Holetown. They were a 10 minute island bus ride for $2 us dollars or you could get a taxi ride for $15 us dollars. We will be back & highly recommend this slop to everyone!!!!

Great location and pretty quiet. Windows in the building are the louvered glass variety which never shut completely, great for airflow not so great for keeping out sound. Pool is nice and staff is friendly.

Four of us just spent 6 nights at this condo and found it to be perfect for us. Clean and quiet in a good location. Our host was excellent. Very prompt in answering our many questions. We highly recommend this location and will definitely consider staying here again.

We had a fabulous 1 month stay at Sylvain’s condo. The place was exactly as advertised. Well stocked kitchen, very clean, very comfortable bed, great internet and well located. The pool was lovely and constantly maintained. The washer in the apartment was nice to have and the clothes hung on a drying rack on the back balcony dried so quickly. We bussed up and down the island the first 2 weeks then had a car rental the last 2 weeks to really explore the island. The property manager Alain was so attentive and helpful and made us feel really welcome. One small issue with the AC remote was quickly resolved and we knew if there would have been any issue, Alain would have instantly resolved it. We would not hesitate to return to this condo and highly recommend this condo to other travellers. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

Really clean, well equipped apartment. Great outside area, direct on to pool! 6 minutes walk to beach with bar & food. Set in a lovely area, amongst the mansions of millionaires etc. Towels provided for beach too. It really is a home from home, will certainly be back. Thanks again! Mark, Sharon & Luke

This was our second stay in Lantana 38 and hopefully won’t be our last.Location is great two lovely beaches within walking distance which are also two of the best in St James (in our opinion).The Bus stop right outside the apartments makes getting around very easy,Holetown is about a 10 minute bus journey .Vanessa is a great host,very helpful and communicates well.Overall a fantastic place to stay

The apartment is modern with many features such as washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, oven, hob, wine cooler, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, to name a few. Everything was spotless and the apartment has air-conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge. The star of it all was Jacqui, who's very proactive and a mine of information about the immediate area and the island in general. The apartment is located on H1 which has many buses all day long up and down the west coast. Across the road is the beach and the Bikini Beach Bar where you can hire sunbeds and parasols.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s place. Great communication from Sarah and any questions answered. Sarah provided the details of the property manager Collis who was my main contact during my stay. He was great. He met me at the property. Explained the entry codes/ gave me the keys and showed me around the property. Any issues whilst I was there, he responded. The apartment was a large space with 3 en-suites. Milk, butter, oj and bread provided but unfortunately no eggs as they had run out at the supermarket, not an issue for us though. Coffee/sugar/tea bags provided too. I timed the walk from the apartment to the main road and it was 8 minutes. Turn left, the bus stop is there to go to Holetown/Bridgetown/Oistins. Across the road the bus/van will take you to Speightstown. Turn right, the walk to Gibbes beach is about 5 mins. We only went twice as we enjoyed being on the patio where there are 4 sun loungers and a table and chairs. The complex has a lift and a small pool too.
