House holiday rentals in Saint Ives

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

wow .... what a stunning place . pool is nice little chilly but ones you are in and swimming it was fine. amazing comfortable beds fully stocked kitchen and games room was just what we needed. thank you and we will be booking up again soon

We so enjoyed our time at this wonderful property. The grounds and surrounding areas are beautiful. My kids enjoyed playing with the nearby cat and dog which I think was the highlight of their whole trip. The house was warm and inviting and we so appreciated checking in and some snacks and drinks on arrival. Ely is so close and the cathedral is a must-see. We would definitely stay here again and the kids are asking to return already!

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. We had a wonderful stay, and the kids loved running around the gardens, exploring, swimming in the pool and especially saying hello to the horses! The cottage is beautiful, it had everything we needed, and Lara and her family are super helpful. Thank you!

A really lovely lodge in a beautiful, peaceful setting. It was so well equipped; had everything you could possibly need and more - the welcome basket and additional extras were very thoughtful and made such a difference. The owner was incredibly helpful with excellent communication and everything was exactly as described. We hope to return next time we visit family in the area and would highly recommend.

I came here for my 23rd birthday with my friends as we wanted a chill Christmas atmosphere and we got exactly that! The owners were very kind a friendly and went over and above for us! The only negative is that there is nothing around and if you want to walk to a pub, restaurants or shops it’s either a 1hour+ or a deep dive walk in a forest or field… this was difficult as we had 6 people and one car. But I everything was amazing we will be coming back again!

Fantastic place to stay and perfect for our family. Place is a lot bigger than I was expecting and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Off road parking with EV charger was a godsend. Didn’t enjoy the garden but would have been lovely to sit out in the sunshine.

Our team stayed for an event nearby. The location is good, but not charming. The co-op nearby is a great convenience. The main benefit to this property is Ken who is a hugely communicative host and responded to all our needs. It’s excellent value for work or a group attending a conference or event.

The cottage was more than we expected, all of it!! We felt at home as soon as we walked in - thank you so much Cate & for the very generous treats - flowers, chocolates plus bread, butter & milk - how lovely is that?! Our dog Winnie LOVED the garden & as the weather was so gorgeous we even managed a G&T on the patio - at the beginning of March!! Cate also kindly held onto one of our forgotten bags until we returned to get it a few hours later 🙈🙈

Comfortable, well-equipped house 20mins walk from Saffron Walden town centre. Great value relative to some of the other places we have stayed in town. All rooms are a good size and there are lots of kitchen and bathroom supplies available for use in case you need some cooking oil or shampoo.

The house was exactly as described, great value for money. Having a dog with us, the large garden was great. Good basic accommodation for a good price. Definitely recommend

The house was amazing in person. The photos don’t do it justice. Luke was very welcoming and accommodating as well. Extremely clean and spacious house to spend time with family, celebrate, or just relax. There was beautiful weather so the views were top notch! We would definitely book again in the future. We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house in Peterborough. The property was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect alternative to staying at a hotel—offering much more space and a homey atmosphere. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Peterborough. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in a nice location. (Nice quiet neighbourhood which was pleasant and quiet to have a stroll about). Handy to have a nice Harvester within walking distance. House was clean, tidy and ticked all the boxes.

A last minute booking for best friends to meet and this was our chosen half-way point. A clean and comfortable home from home with easy peasy check in and out. The house is lovely, with everything you’d need for any length of stay. Super quiet area, within 10 min walking distance to the centre of Saffron Walden, perfect for exploring and enjoying the gorgeous market, shops, cafes and restaurants. We lucked out with the weather and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Thanks for having us!

It was such a good stay! Victoria was very accessible and easy to speak to and also decorated the place because of the celebration so it was much appreciated - definitely recommend here for a quick getaway and would definitely come back for another stay
