Holiday houses in Saint-Germain-d'Aunay

A beautiful house, in the middle of a large, quiet and well-enclosed garden (perfect for children). A very spacious annex with many games for children and adults! Billiards, darts and pinball. The large common areas allowed us to spend 2 great days with friends. The 5 bedrooms are great, and there are enough bathrooms and toilets to live well together! The annex to spend the evening between adults is at a good distance so as not to wake the children by putting on the music (great speaker on site by the way) but while remaining within reach of the baby monitor! Great on all levels.

What to say? We arrived and the environment nikel. Clean in front and in the back of the house. Clean house, environment of the house as we like. Small lot in the back of the house with different areas for each tenant. The owner responds quickly. We had an empty gas bottle 10 min after it was changed. We spent a night for an ATV competition, redoing. Thanks

Very nice and spacious house allowing you to stay with extended family (there were 11 of us) without any problems. Samuel was extremely flexible on check-in and checkout times. Samuel had some nice touches for Christmas, which particularly touched us. To be repeated during the summer season to enjoy the beautiful outdoor facilities!

We already knew Trouville well and after this weekend we can say that it's the best airbnb of all we've done, the location is perfect (right in front of the beach and children's games: the DREAM), the apartment is even nicer than in the photos, bright, high ceiling, very clean, with everything we need, we were thrilled. Also the host is very flexible because we arrived late because of a train problem and we had clear instructions to find the apartment easily. We are delighted and hope to come back soon!
