We had a lovely stay at Elodie's place, who is a very nice and accommodating host. The accommodation is well placed, very functional and ideal for a large group. We particularly thank Élodie for her attention: creating a homemade Christmas tree for us. And feel free to take advantage of your stay to order oysters from them-they are delicious.

I'm delighted with my stay at Regine's place. A big thank you to Régine and Thérèse for their warm welcome. The house is so nice, perfectly equipped. I felt good there, she contributed to the well-being of my cure. I will come back without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay in Thomas' house and on the island of Oléron. Very good location, quiet, not far from the beaches (with surf spots) and next to the center of the village for local shops. The house is nicely renovated, very well equipped, also with lots of books, games and dvd available to take care of and have fun with the family. The island of Oléron (and its surroundings) is a beautiful destination, for lovers of cycling, nature and history. Lots of entertainment on the island in summer. It's hard to be bored. All villages are easily accessible by bike via bike paths or by car (very quickly). Thomas was very responsive to every question/message I sent him. Great host, very good accommodation and very nice holiday destination!

Great stay at Olivier's house. Good location with a nice local market in the street opposite on Thursdays and Sundays. Very quiet at night. Lots of toys for kids to play with and a big garden for them to enjoy. Recommended.

Really good value for money, and an idyllic setting. We swam in the river and used the communal garden for barbecues most nights. The house was well equipped and spacious. Only downside was the noise from the road early mornings and as it was a sunny warm holiday weekend when we stayed the local youth were a little noisy playing music and leaving litter around but no trouble and nothing our hosts could do about that. There’s an amazing boulangerie just yards away. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Very pleasant stay with beautiful views from the accommodation and the spa. Very welcoming host. The Bikki beach within walking distance is a restaurant bar with feet in the sand on Les Nonnes beach it was great.

The house is perfectly suitable for a living room with small children, the outside is secure, the sleeping area is well separated from the living rooms and there is nearby a large park and a beautiful playground . The interior equipment is great, there is everything you need for large meals whether inside or outside ( large table, plancha, umbrella ). The house was nice on arrival, and Marie Claude responds very quickly to emails with very clear information. The market and bakery are within walking distance, a supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. I recommend

Too bad we can't give it 6 stars:) A charming house, very well-located, impeccable cleanliness, welcoming and responsive hosts, everything was perfect! it makes you want to come back at the same time as sunny days!

The accommodation is impeccable, very clean, nicely furnished and decorated. It is well located, quite central in relation to the city center, and street parking is easy (and free:)) I would just have some small suggestions to make. Nothing is planned to take meals outside. No table, no chairs, just a garden furniture (still very nice for aperitivo and relaxing moments!). It was a bit missing. Similarly, in the bathroom, a small blackout curtain at the window would be welcome for privacy. But overall great place, great stay in Saintes and surroundings. I recommend it.

Gite located in a very quiet area close to the beaches of Saint George and Royan. The accommodation is bright and the pool is pleasant. We had a lovely stay.

Very pleasant stay in Valou and Tof's accommodation. This place, the restoration work of the owners, is very pleasant to live in, arranged in an original and warm way, it is perfect for a couple. The location in the center of the village but on a quiet street is very appreciated, all shops are a 5-minute walk away. The many trails and bike tours are really perfect for discovering this pretty area between the sea and the marshes. Val and Tof are very welcoming, responsive, warm people, and with whom it is very nice to communicate. This little week of November in a lovely sunshine delighted us.

karl's welcome is very friendly and knowledgeable. the explanations are clear and the contact with him is super easy. Thank you. for the accommodation: three well-defined living spaces and a very well-organized common area provided with dishes and accessories. pleasure to feel at home with friends. we are left with unsuspecting supplies. thanks for that too. super pleasant stay to be repeated without hesitation.

We were returning to Saint Savinien and found this place. Its location was perfect and had great off street parking which make unpacking and packing very easy. The place was very cosy and comfortable for our stay. We know the area well so did not need the offered support or literature on local amenities but it was clear that Joel had made a lot of effort to provide that for guests who would benefit. The cave area would have been wonderful in the summer but the weather was a little cold and wet during our stay to enjoy those facilities. We would definitely consider staying here agin for our next visit.

A pretty affluent house, typically Charentaise, pleasantly located near shops, the cure and a walking tour along the Seudre. We were greeted with warmth and comfort by our hosts. Thanks to them… A perfect stay

Very nice accommodation, well equipped, quiet, it feels good. There is a maintained garden, a very nice patio, o palace to put your belongings, some basic ingredients in the cabinets. the bed in the small bedroom is more comfortable than the one in the main room. Cleaning if you take it to the host is expensive (€75).

Very nice welcome from Adrien. We had a great time with several couples in this lovely home. Very nice location and very quiet. We would recommend it.

We had a warm Christmas Eve in Kristell and Maxime's house, which is well located, well-equipped and very clean, in addition to being tastefully furnished. I recommend it without restriction.

Lovely property. The house is comfortable. It’s pet friendly with tiled floors and a nice garden. Local amenities are a two minute walk. We are a family of five and stayed in December to surf locally. The house was always warm on our return and there is a pellet stove for extra heat giving the living area a homely feel. The property has all the utensils you would need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our weekend holiday in the property and the host is helpful and responsive.
