We had a great stay in the pretty house of Penelope, very well located between Rochefort and Royan, and near the island of Oléron for visits (hiking, cycling). We would recommend this listing.

Fantastic place with a wonderful and cozy atmosphere. The short walk to the beach is easy and goes right by a nice bakery and lots of hospitality businesses

A great stay with Mélanie and Benoît who are very welcoming. The place is really very comfortable and bright. It is well located to discover Royan because the city center is very close on foot. We'll be happy to go back.

We only spent a few days and we were fine there. The accommodation is perfect for a family of 4, all the comforts are there, impeccable bedding, the sofa too. The shower area is nice. Damien was very welcoming and told us the best places to go on the island. The big plus in summer is the parking space that is at the foot of the accommodation.

It was only the time of an evening / night for New Year's Eve but we are holding the address! The accommodation is impeccable, functional. Carefully decorated, with a very nice fireplace: it feels good. The country location is very nice, it's quiet. Tara was very nice and available. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time with the family at Elsa's house and particularly enjoyed the quiet location and the great terrace. We also enjoyed the beach of Gran Village, which we reached via a beautiful bike path. We found the house clean as shown in the photos. Only the bathrooms/ showers now showed signs of wear and tear. The washing machine and dryer were very convenient. Elsa was very kind and accommodating in communication. We definitely recommend the property for a relaxing beach holiday on the Ile d 'Oleron!

We had a lovely stay with friends to celebrate the new year. We enjoyed the large kitchen and fireplace and the view from the main gite. Hot tub and sauna was a plus!

We had a great stay despite the weather. The mobile home is perfectly equipped. We didn't miss anything. David has always been available to answer any questions we may have. This is a small campsite that I enjoyed quiet. I recommend 😊

The landlord couple is very friendly and enthusiastic. The house is surrounded by vineyards, very quiet and beautiful place. In different seasons, there may be different unique scenery here.

Great house, perfect for cycling (10 min) to the sea. Quietly located. Very pleasant contact with many good tips. We didn't need a car for the whole holiday as we borrowed bikes. We would definitely come back.
