Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saint Ann's Bay

Denzil is a great host and this was a great home to stay in during our time in Ocho Rios. Home is spacious, clean and comfortable. And the outdoor patio areas are amazing with beautiful views. Denzil was a thoughtful host and made sure we were okay during our stay. The water shut off briefly, Then but was fixed within an hour or two. Other than that, excellent stay, would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ocho Rios.

Ms. Pat’s place is the absolute best we’ve stayed in. It’s set up in such a way to make your family feel safe and at home. Ms. Marie welcomed us in the best way possible! We were greeted with a starter pack(some great Jamaican snacks that I’ve missed so much and fruits). The entire experience was great and that house is equipped with every single thing you will need, nothing was left off the table. Thank you very much!

OMG!!! if you're reading this review to get a feel for this Oasis, please stop and go book immediately. Then comeback and read the reviews to know what a beautiful experience you are about to embark on. From owner to manager and on-site staff this was a top shelf vacation. Speciall S/O to Annemarie you out did yourself. My family and friends appreciate the job you did. Andrew big up yourself your help crucial, suggesting places to eat, sightseeing. Manager and Owners we super dialed in with us, checking on us not intrusive at all. 50th bday celebration was memorable beyond belief. Thank you Thank you! I'll definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Paradise Villas. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was clean and beautiful. Milton helped us out with anything we needed. A great space for a family and we hope to visit again.

I fell in love with the look of the villa and I was even more overwhelmed with it when I arrived. Jeffrey was great from my initial enquiry answering all my questions all the way through to arriving. Very helpful and fast to respond.Everything was to hand. the villa is extremely clean and well maintained. With up to date netflicks etc in all three bedrooms and front room. I was more than happy with my stay here. The air conditioning in the bedrooms were very welcome as we were there when it was hot hot hot!!! The housekeeper Alicia made me my partner and son feel more than welcome. She came in most days. For a small additional cost she cooked. We were able to choose some beautiful local food to which she cooked for us. We enjoyed it that much we did it again. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for that home from home feel. The local taxi service is well recommended too with great reasonable rates and extremely friendly and informative staff. We had Nathaniel drive us when necessary and occasionally would wait for us for a small additional fee.

The people here make you feel like home.. aunty P is amazing very nice and helpful woman. The host was easy to talk too and check in to make sure your stay meet or above expectations

We had a wonderful time at Michelle’s house! Perfect for families, you could walk until one of the best beaches in jamaica! The compound is super cozy and has a big swimming pool and amazing jacuzzi! Michelle is a super host, always responsive and the house is provided with Ms Frida that helps you with everything, prepared very nice meals and is so sweet with the children! We will come back soon for sure! Highly recommend

We had a nice, restful night at Owens place. It was clean, convenient, secure and had great views on the back balcony.

This was a stay close to my heart. I stayed in this exact villa when I was a child and this time brought my family with me to stay. It was better than what I remember. The villa, the private beach, the food!! It was great, private, safe and just a beautiful part of Jamaica to come to. I will be back annually, perfect place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of London!! Couldn’t recommend morning glory villas enough. If you do go be sure to have Orville or Rohan as your taxi men. They are reliable, punctual and will look out for you for the duration of your stay!!

Thanks for the stay and warm welcome. beautiful and private air b&b with ocean view from front balcony in a quiet neighborhood. host was very responsive to any questions we had and quick to resolve anything that needed to be adjusted. very cozy home with all amenities (wifi,hot water,tvs,washing machine,towels). This is my second time staying at David's place and I was very pleased. The apartment was very clean and safe, and is walking distance to restaurants and other attractions. David is very responsive host and check in was a breeze.. I will definitely be staying at David's place on my next trip to Ocho Rios.

I enjoyed my stay at Ordia’s place. It was as described, the check in was easy and the pool was an added advantage to the space. It is close to several shops so if anything was needed it was easy to find.

ZYANI was recommended by dear friends. Our group of 7 rented the entire villa for 3 nights, and we'd all go back in a heartbeat. The focal point is the patio, directly on the ocean—it's stunning. The soothing sound of the ocean is a constant. The saltwater pool is perfect. Each bedroom is spacious, all with their own bathroom and nice little touches. If the ocean breeze isn’t enough, the ceiling and floor fans are good. We opted to hire a chef for our stay, and the meals they cooked for us were all fantastic. Stephanie and her team are friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. The place is full of love and tranquility. I recommend you either drive or use Uber, as there's not much within walking distance. Stephanie recommended a small secluded beach nearby, and is less than a 10-minute drive. Other area attractions are 30 to 60 minutes away; Stephanie guided us on what to do (and, equally important, what to skip). Much love to Stephanie for creating a peaceful oasis in Ocho Rios! ♥️

Wow this place was worth every penny from booking to arrival and checkout. The place is well kept and clean, comfortable, homely. My family and I celebrated my 50th birthday together and it was perfect. The pool and grounds nice and clean linens are fresh. it's a great spot. Cameil wow perfect person she was always there to answer questions or help us when we needed it. Didnt speak with the guy on grounds but it's obvious he does a great job. Thanks Gary and I give it a 5 star rating and all of us agreed.

Marc's villa is located in a gorgeous spot. It has a one-in-a-million view that calming and good for the soul. Days after checking out I found myself still dreaming of the view. Marc and Trish were very organized, detailed, and responsive hosts. My party which included adults and children had such a fantastic time at their villa. Ms. Pauline is fantastic! So friendly and kind and such a delicious chef. We look forward to being back!

What an amazing and beautiful place. Everything was picture perfect, as described, just breathtaking. Love the fact that it’s 24/7 security, the host was so responsive and it’s off the main road which is perfect!! I would definitely stay here again. No ac in the living room but that’s ok as we left the bedroom door open so it cools the living room down somewhat. Everything you needed was there even beach towels and complimentary water and coffee. Don’t hesitate to stay here! It’s everything and more!

Where to begin?Excellent location as it is located in close proximity, where you can walk or drive. This place was perfect for our family. Clean space with each bedroom has their own bathroom and that was a plus for me. I must say a big thank you to Charmaine and Rick for a great stay and communication. we felt so much at home. we had a fun stay and will definitely be back! Loraine the housekeeper is a gem. she was right there if needed and make sure we were comfortable. Relaxation is the key and Cool Vibes is the place to be .
