Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Saint Andrew Bay

First I want to start out by saying before I even booked this condo for 6 days Kyle messaged me back almost immediately explaining how far certain things were from the condo. Upon walking into the condo it was clean, refreshing and homey. The condo had every single thing we needed and more. We never had to take a trip for anymore supplies. It has a washer and dryer which was a first for us and it was absolutely useful. Gorgeous home and a friendly host in a breathtaking location!

We had a great stay! Dave was a great host, we’ve stayed on 30A many times and this was by far our favorite spot. The location was perfect and tucked away from the busy Main Street. And the beach access was amazing! The only complaint we had was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine in the end.

Excellent location and hosts! Very responsive and a great neighborhood! Easy to access beach and other attractions. Spent most of our time in the backyard and the game room!

The house is spacious, kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The rooms were set up nicely and everything was comfortable. The beach view and walking across the street to access it- amazing! We paid to have the pool heated and used it some each day! We also heavily used the hot tub! It was a great and inviting house to spend time in. The swing and view from the upstairs patio were also fantastic!!!

We really enjoyed our time here! Kids loved riding on the golf cart. Easy access to beach. Everything we needed was provided from the kitchen, to linens, and beach chairs/toys! Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great for me and my family. Although we seen three full different beds when booking and got there there was a slide bed that came out. So I was a little disappointed in that. Overall we enjoyed each other and the space at the house was very much needed! I will recommend for this to a small family to vacation.

Great place to stay... bright clean modern home with heated pool. Location is between NW and SE commercial areas, which makes getting to either a short bike ride or quick 7-12 min trip in a car (or golf cart) — so you can really explore all up and down the coast and you'll still be close to something you like. Pool was amazing and showers were spotless with great water pressure! Meredith was a pleasure to communicate with!

We loved our stay here. We went here for our honeymoon and found ourselves repeatedly saying about how we felt like we were in a movie. 110% worth it, we can not recommend going to 30A enough. The house was in the cutest area, full of the most beautiful houses. We would recommend this area as more of an adult area since it's more upper-class and fun for all adults. but it would be a great stay for anyone who would like to explore the town and still have that access to the beach close by. You could walk to the beach or the pool, but we strongly recommend renting bikes and having fun biking to different areas. Again, we loved our stay and are already excited to return someday. The hosts were great with answers and quick to respond to us and we can't thank them enough.

This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in! Everything was close my boys and mom loved the pool, I was able to cook for my family with no problem. The entire house was clean and I definitely loved all 3 small bags with all of our needs (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lip palm ect)

Host was very responsive and helpful. We were indecisive on how long we were staying and she helped accommodate us on short notice. Initially had issues with lock but she resolved this within minutes. Plenty of space for us and so close to the beach. Would love to stay here again!

Kc's place was located in a lovely Golf and Beach community with a fabulous restaurant on site, with Beach views. Her apartment was tastefully decorated with every amenity one could want. It is close to shopping, bars and restaurants. A gem of a place, worth every penny.

My family and I have made it a tradition to go to the Emerald Coast for Thanksgiving. I am happy to say that this was another great year in the books. Joseph's place was perfectly located with beautiful views of the beach. Every morning, we were able to sit out on the porch and watch the dolphins and sting rays swim by. The designated beach area was quiet, clean, and easy to get to. The condo itself was perfect for the five of us. It was clean and well decorated. The location was also fairly quiet, since there is no one above. If we end up back in Panama City Beach, I would love to stay in Joseph's place again! Thanks!

This was the perfect place to unwind over the Christmas holidays! Our family of 6 had plenty of space, all the beds were comfy, the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and the patio was the perfect spot to kick back! Gary was a great host and we appreciated his help & suggestions! We will definitely be back!

Kevin was a wonderful host. He ALWAYS responded very promptly and was friendly also. We loved the location and the condo was very cozy. My husband loved the recliner in front of the large flat screen television on the wall. Thanks for a great little get away.

The condo and view was BEAUTIFUL! We absolutely enjoyed the entire experience from booking to check out! It really exceeded our expectations and will be returning soon! Highly recommend staying in this condo!!!

Very beautiful condo, very clean also.The view to the beach is breath taking!!Plenty of swimming pools to choose from, very kid friendly. I would definitely recommend to staying here, i had no problems whatsoever.

Had a great stay at John’s place. Very comfortable. We loved the pool table and the gorgeous sunsets. The beach was so close. We greatly appreciated being able to check in a bit earlier.
