Holiday rentals with a sauna in Sagogn

Good communication, good on-site instruction for parking (not self-explanatory), nicely renovated apartment, very clean, not very quiet (right on the main road) - overall recommended 👍🏻

This place is amazing! We spent a week here for work and enjoying nature, and it is perfect for both. Manfred is a lovely host - very welcoming, hospitable and fun and not least very helpful with everything. We especially loved the sauna. Very clean and tidy, and the house had everything we needed. Will definitely come back. Thank you so much!

We had a really good time in the studio. It’s not very big but the layout works well, the views are gorgeous, and it has all the amenities you want. The kitchen is quite small, but you can make it work well if you don’t cook too elaborately! Overall, would definitely recommend.

We felt right at home in the apartment. It is equipped with everything you need. We especially liked the huge private swimming pool, which we used several times. The lake with the beginner ski lift is within walking distance, as our older (3 years) was able to leave its first traces in the snow. This children's lift is free, as is the bus to the cable car stations. Bus stop, supermarket, bakery and a very tasty restaurant with huge games room (Buna Luna) can also be reached very quickly on foot. All in all, a beautiful experience, thoughtful and made with love. The accommodation is very spacious and clean. It's well-equipped with quality materials. The absolute hit is clearly the built-in sauna. You have to be aware that the apartment is located under a bakery, which makes certain work sounds in the morning. However, we did not find this to be disruptive. However, the bakery is also a plus, as a fresher breakfast is probably not possible. :)

I stayed in the apartment with my family (a 4-year-old and a 5-month-old). It was like being at home! The spaces are spacious and equipped with all the comforts with quality finishes. The apartment has been renovated in a very nice and functional way, there is plenty of space to move around and you are never tight! From the residence where it is located, albeit a little higher than the village of San Bernardino, in 5/10 minutes walk you can reach the village center (even with the carriage). In short, I really hope to be back soon!

What a wonderful stay we had in the spacious, neat and in a beautiful location apartment! The very complete kitchen, spacious balcony with beautiful views and ideal location have contributed to a very nice holiday week in Flims. If we would visit this area again, we absolutely choose this apartment again!

The apartment has everything you need. It is small but nice and very well located (close to Laax valley station and almost right next to a bus stop). A free parking space for a car is also included. We found the apartment very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The morning coffee can be freshly prepared in a small bialetti. The coffee powder can be picked up at the very nearby gas station. All in all we had a great stay and thank Daniela for the hospitality.

The apartment is a real gem - small but nice and extremely tastefully furnished! You never have the feeling of being in a actually small apartment. Great idea with the closet bed, which is also very comfortable. The hosts are very, very friendly and nice and always responded very promptly. Highly recommended and happy to come back! 10/10 👌

Staying in the apartment was great. Incredible view and ski lifts nearby - everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. We were with a small child - the apartment had everything we needed, we were very comfortable. Also, all the little things (bed,towels,toy) were prepared for the child, as well as for us (tea,coffee,and hospitality on arrival).

This was a great stay for the ski season, easily walkable to the cable car.

Ladina's apartment was great. Super nicely located right on the river with mountain views and sun balcony. Ladina is super friendly and welcomed us warmly. She even had toys ready for my little daughter. We will be happy to come back!

We spent 1 week in Sonja's apartment. We enjoyed everything very much. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean and very quiet. The bed is comfortable and the sofa bed is sufficient for 2 teenagers. Great was the large shower, good for relaxing after a day of skiing. The ski resort is very easy to reach by bus, shopping in the immediate vicinity. The communication with Sonja was very easy and friendly. Thank you for everything!

Myriam was a great host. The place has everything it takes for a relaxing time. The sauna was wonderful and the views breathtaking. Great products are also offered in the integrated farm shop. Happy to come back =).

We, a family of five, had an amazing time at Goffredo’s place. His place is perfect, well-maintained, offers everything for a family and Goffredo even shared vegetables from his one garden with us. Perfect location, perfect host, highly recommended.

Angela’s home is everything the listing says it is. It is very beautiful, has lots of amenities and space. It’s located in a private area that is very quiet and peaceful. It really allows you to enjoy your surroundings. Angela is very responsive and helpful. She even offered to assist us with our vehicle, if the snow was too much to get through. She is very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again for vacation.

This Air BnB exceed expectations of all 14 of us (2 60 year olds, 8 30-40 year olds and 4 children.) The multiple bedrooms on 3 levels allowed the kids to go to bed on time without being disturbed as well as the “early risers” to not bother others. I loved the split level large deck and bedroom balconies for enjoying the spectacular views. I felt the house was well-maintained and updated. This really was a great find for us. Mario had a great cancellation/change policy, check-in/check-out extremely easy and his team was very responsive. The kids really enjoyed how we had access to the community pool/play area. The walking access to the river trails and panarama Banh was wonderful.

We spent a relaxing time in Michael's accommodation as a family with 4 children from 1-8 years and 8 adults. The property offers a magnificent view of the mountains and the valley and it has everything it needs for a cozy time. A small, beautiful and family-friendly ski resort with toboggan run is less than 10 minutes away by car. You just have to go out the door for hiking and mountain climbing. The sauna with space for two adults and the storage oven in the living/dining room offer relaxation and tranquility after an eventful day in nature. The property was sparkling clean and very well appointed. With our number of people, the accommodation was almost maximally occupied. It should be noted that in the attic a room is a passage room, but as a family no problem at all. There is enough privacy. There would be so much more to say... we just want to recommend the place from the heart! Thank you for the wonderful time!

Such a beautiful house, quiet, cozy, top amenities, nothing is missing. Fantastic furnishings, everything fits.

Great place, good location, plenty of room for eight of us. As Uwe points out, the stairs are a bit tricky in the wintertime when they have a layer of ice on them, but other than that the place was great, plenty of amenities in the kitchen.
