We had a very pleasant vacation with my family, the experience in the apartment was key. Communication with Luis was quick and effective, as well as friendly and uncomplicated. The apt was very clean and all the appliances were running smoothly. The location is very good as it is at an intermediate point between the airport, beaches and tourist attractions. We didn't have time to go to the pool but once we asked it was closed. The security and accessibility are noteworthy. Keep in mind that being on the top floor can be very hot. The experience price ratio seems appropriate, some details can be improved, such as providing enough towels, curtains for showers or coffee maker. All in one, recommended.

Mrs. Ana's apartment is beautiful in the photos but it is more beautiful in person. I met all our expectations. The kitchen and apartment in general is full equipped. The neighborhood has a family atmosphere. Mrs. Ana is an excellent host, I helped us at all times with our doubts and was a very flexible and generous person. Everything was excellent and well-maintained. Elena fixes issues quickly and practically. I fell and hit me when I mop the apartment and sent me a housekeeper at no extra cost to support me. Great price and I loved not having to use a key if not code on the door.

This property was large, clean and conveniently located for Carnivale activities. 5 adults had plenty of space. The apartment was spotless although amenities/toiletries were the bare minimum. We appreciated use of the washer/dryer but had to supply our own detergent. No toiletries or spare towels were provided, so we washed our towels as needed and had brought our own toiletries. The hot water in one of the bathrooms is tricky to use and we did not have hot water for showers until we figured it out. The beds were comfortable, linens were clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was easily reachable and responsive to concerns. Overall, we had a great stay!

Good location for weekend nightlife and very nice apartment

Great place the location is spectacular near shopping malls restaurants area where everything is nearby very safe loved it if I go back to Barranquilla I would not hesitate to come back. To stay there

We have been in the apartment for two months during our vacation in Colombia. Quiet place in residential neighborhood where you can rest. You will need a car or a motorcycle to transport you to Barranquilla. The area is well connected with Bus in Indriver

Very nice and safe area. you can walk to anything that you need really. The building was quiet for the most part, with friendly guards. Pedro was always quick to answer, and it's truly important to him that you enjoy your stay in Barranquilla
