Holiday rentals with a patio in Sabah

The house is large and very clean, the three bedrooms and two bathrooms just met our needs, the host was very friendly, the host was very friendly, there was a timely communication, a very pleasant stay, I stayed here again next time.

I could enjoy my holiday thanks to the perfect house. The view was great from the balcony and roof top. And the pool was good to relax my mind and body. The house was clean and has everything I need to stay over a week. I want to stay again.

It was good value for money, and the host was so kind It's quick to respond. It's a little far from Jesselton, so I took a Grab ride, but if I go to Kota Kinabalu, I think I'll use Arusuite again. ♥

It was a really satisfying accommodation. There was a review that said it smelled like the bathroom, but it didn't work at all. Instead, there was a slightly unpleasant smell from the towels, but it was okay. It was nice that the blankets and pillows were very fluffy, and the host was very kind and quick to respond. It's a really good location to buy mangoes at Filipino Market, and it's nice to be close to KK Plaza. There is a washing machine, but it is not a good place to wash and use towels, so please note that the swimming pool is not in water quality, so I didn't go there more than once. The 2 king size beds were very comfortable and the mattress was nice.

The host and Gary are very warm, meticulous, responsive, responsive, the room is clean and tidy, the bed sheets and bath towels are very clean, the bathroom on the second floor is very good use, all the facilities in the room are fully equipped, suitable for large families to stay.In the rainy season, there will be some damp smells on the first floor, so you can think of a way to improve it.

It was a super place and my family and I had a very memorable 2 days.Everything including the views, the food, the drinks, and the service were so perfect and everyone of us loved it.Nor is a really great diving instructor, he knows so many snorkeling spots, and although it's not the first time for snorkeling, we reap a new wonderful experience here.Everyone sees the turtles as they wish, as well as a variety of beautiful fish and corals.It's worth mentioning that the food is fantastic, and every meal is delicious and abundant, and my family especially love Nor's well-cooked sea fish and blended lemonade.Also, it's not a pleasure to buy seafood here and the Ba Yao people.I very much like tiger and jiji, tiger relatives are calm, jiji is lively and cute, in such a nice environment, spending time with two small cute, also good memories of our trip.Finally, thank you to all the staff here for everything, they were friendly and attentive.Special thanks to Nor for the tuna meal (he heard that Chinese eat fish when they celebrate the New Year).Would recommend for all to come and experience it was definitely more than I could have imagined and a great value for money.Hope to be back again.

Our stay was perfect for our needs. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and only a short grab ride away from the town centre and other places of interest. The place was clean and comfortable, and the air on excellent. Marc was very helpful and communicative from the start, and also provided useful tips about local places of interest. We were also able to check in early which was great for us after several hours of travelling. Although a few more cups/glasses would be useful it wasn’t a problem for us as we were out exploring for most of the time. I would absolutely recommend Marc’s place and wouldn’t hesitate to go back there if I was in the area again.

Very comfortable place. Bed and pillows were extra comfy. Nice and quiet. Convenience store and fast food restaurant available downstairs.

And of course, the highlight is the stunning view of Mount Kinabalu – waking up to that majestic sight every morning was truly a highlight of my stay. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with incredible views, excellent service, and immaculate facilities, Komfy Villa Kundasang is the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended!

The environment is very good, you can see the sea, and the socket is enough, which is quite excellent.

Next to a Forestry location which giving you sound of the nature. Direct access from the main road and not far from the city.

Great place and full of character, just like the pictures. It's right by the mall so extremely convenient and 10 mins from the airport.

I had a great stay at this homestay and this is my second time to stay with it last 2 year. The environment was pleasant, and most importantly, the room was very clean. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I was especially impressed with the spotless bathroom. The air conditioning worked well, and there was a small refrigerator provided, it was convenient. The TV had Netflix and YouTube, making it easy to relax. Thus, there were enough pillows for a comfortable rest. Overall, a great stay, I would definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed our short stay in this appartement. It is very good equipped and was a perfect option for our family. Especially because there is a possibility to wash and dry/hang your clothes.
