host are so helpful and responsive, place are also perfectly described by them. clean, feel peaceful place and privately secure and safe with a nice sea view city of the place. definitely will coming back to this place next future. recomend for those who wanted to find a family suited private place whoever want to come sandakan.

The house was in great condition, and the owner was very responsive. The owner also kindly allowed us to check in early, which was much appreciated. However, it would have been more convenient if self-check-in was arranged, as I was in a rush because someone was waiting for us to hand over the key. Other than that, everything was good.

It is very close to the internet sunset beach, you can walk to it, and the infinity pool on the rooftop is also very nice!It was a great trip.

Near to city centre, cozy and equipped for family stay and entertainment, got nature view, host is readily available for help. Road access is steep but still can be accessed with all types of personal vehicles. Host also provide guides for travelling in Kota Kinabalu which is helpful for new travellers.😎👍

Even though we arrived late, the host personally showed us around the accommodation! The spacious bed was very comfortable and they were very helpful until the end while taking care of our luggage even after checking out:) KK Plaza and Filipino Market were very close by on foot and centrally located, but the outside noise wasn't relatively loud. It's very nice to know a good space!

No 5 star review can give this magical place justice!! From the minute we checked in Reed and Nor went above and beyond to accommodate our family. The house is absolutely stunning and the views are spectacular! Nothing was too much and Reed and Nor who set the bar high to make sure all of our bucket wish list was met! We experienced the most magical snorkeling, swimming with over 50 turtles on a majestic wall outcrop. My 10 year old son swam, played and fished with the local children. The home cooked food and company was incredible, making the whole experience feel like Christmas. I cannot recommend this place enough as you are guaranteed not only to stay in an incredible water front house, meet incredible locals, experience incredible adventures but create amazing memories with amazing people to last a lifetime. A massive big fat thank you to Reed and Nor for taking care our us and for making us feel like part of the family x

Our stay was perfect for our needs. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and only a short grab ride away from the town centre and other places of interest. The place was clean and comfortable, and the air on excellent. Marc was very helpful and communicative from the start, and also provided useful tips about local places of interest. We were also able to check in early which was great for us after several hours of travelling. Although a few more cups/glasses would be useful it wasn’t a problem for us as we were out exploring for most of the time. I would absolutely recommend Marc’s place and wouldn’t hesitate to go back there if I was in the area again.

Had a splendid stay for a few days. The place was really nice and clean. It has that comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped too and it looks the same as they've shown in the photo. Had no problem at all while staying there.

Everything is great! Responsive communication from their team! Great view, my family love it. Only concern is the road going in and out of Hidden Hill. We used a van to commute, so its quite slow to drive in because of the holes and rocky road. But overall, we love it!

I had a really good stay with a family of four. It's right in front of Sunjakjang, and it's a walking distance from Gaya Street. Quick response from the host and good condition Good for you. They also increased the checkout, so it was even more comfortable because it came out without a medium gap. This is an accommodation I really want to introduce if anyone is going around.

Owner is helpful and friendly

The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay over the weekend was smooth and enjoyable. We were also able to rent a car directly from the host at a very reasonable price, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the waterfront and a 20-minute walk to Gaya Street, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The unit itself was spotless, cosy, and thoughtfully designed, making us feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu.

The apartment is located in the city center, making it convenient to visit all the attractions. There is a seafood market right downstairs, a Filipino market next door, and the durian market under the overpass is just a stone’s throw away. It’s very convenient to go anywhere. However, it’s worth noting that you need to be patient when taking a taxi because the area is quite congested. It is recommended to call a taxi in advance.

Great Apartment at a great Price! it was really clean! had filtered water dispenser which was great and a washer as well. every room was with AC and most importantly everything was neat and tidy. bathroom was equipped with water heater as well. The Condo Complex itself was full with amenities and it was kept and maintained properly. really enjoyed my stay at Mr.Pang's unit & he's a really responsive and helpful host.
