A short trip to university headquarters. A well-stocked kitchen and a well-stocked kitchen. Bedroom has a comfortable double bed for two. extra mattress upon request. Open doorway to bedroom. Bright and clean one-bedroom apartment with a sauna on the shore of Jyväsjärvi. A house completed in an apartment building area along the Rantarait. A spacious balcony opens an unobstructed lake view in the direction of the city center. Beach. Dedicated parking spot next to the lower door. The area has beautiful and diverse jogging terrains and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive dishes, appliances, sleeping places for four, 65” smart TV with streaming services, air source heat pump, hammock, etc.).

Bathroom renovation in progress! Half of a duplex has 100m2. Two bedrooms, a large kitchen, a bathroom renovated in spring 2024 with a sauna and an always-ready stove, toilet, and living room. Perfect for 4 people, but with the possibility of two extra mattresses. One bedroom has motorized beds and the other bedroom has a TV. There is free parking for three cars. The house is located close to the services, but in its own peace in the middle of the forest. The price includes sheets and towels.

Finest spot in Jyväskylä, brand new appartment, lake view, reasonable price, 600m from the center, car parking. What more can you ask. Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko. Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. Grocery store is just close by and technopolis business center.

Sari's Place is a brand new 29 m2 in a unique new residential area, 10 min walk from the walking street and travel center. Come and relax at our Petäjävesi cottage. The cottage is located in a beautiful forest courtyard, on a lakefront. In the yard there is a main cottage, a barn, and a sauna building with a separate sleeping area. So there are three different buildings that guarantee their own peace and quiet with a larger group of people. Petäjävesi cottage is located in the middle of nature, on a quiet and large plot. Winter cottage with all amenities on the lake. Cottage upstairs and downstairs bedroom with double beds and living room sofa for double bed. The household building has a wooden sauna and a sleeping area with a double bed. Gas grill and wood-fired barbecue can be found in the yard and can be seated under the lava. Easy to come by public transport. Ice rink on Lake Vesankajärvi in winter and sled track. Frisbeerata Vesala pit 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Broad Mountain 9 km.

Located in Hakakatu 6, this home is a newly renovated and cozy space for 1–4 people. There are two 90cm wide beds in the home that you can choose to connect an extra water double bed. On the sofa bed, you can relax on the book, and if necessary, it will also form a 120cm wide bed. Luxurious cotton linen sheets ensure a good night's sleep.
