Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Also the garden with terrace was very nice for grilling and sitting outside. We were completely satisfied!

Rahel's cottage is beautifully located, in the middle of the countryside. We really enjoyed being able to walk directly in the forest from here. Due to the open design of the house, a lot of light comes in. At the large dining table you can sit wonderfully in large groups and play board games and let the stoves warm you through in autumn or winter. The cottage was very lovingly and cozily furnished and we didn't miss anything. Rahel was always available for questions and gave us valuable excursion tips. It may be important to mention that the house is only within walking distance and you have to carry your luggage about 50 to 100 meters. But you will be rewarded with a fantastic location.

We booked the place for a weekend and celebrated our family reunion there. We particularly liked the secluded location and the proximity to the forest. The children could play carefree outdoors, also the large group room with long table and cozy oven was just great! Thank you!

We stayed with Jessica for the first time and the property was as described. Unfortunately, our dogs didn't like the spiral staircase, but Jessica had an alternative for that. The views and the surrounding hiking trails have been perfect for us. We highly recommend this place. It was a pleasure to stay there. We were all very comfortable.

We stayed at Schmidt's guesthouse for the third time and had a wonderful few days together again (5 families with children). Only the house was very cold on arrival this time and additional firewood was unfortunately charged quite expensive. Otherwise, everything is great as always! Thank you!

We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is really totally cozy and lovingly furnished. It has everything you need, soap everywhere, enough toilet paper, etc. Astrid even provided the small additional apartment for us, so we had more space. Thank you! The location is also great, you are super fast in Bamberg (also by bus) and in the immediate vicinity are bakery and supermarket. We will be happy to come back!

We arrived as a family with 8 people. The place is nice, just outside, but offered us space for 2 cars. The garden is beautiful and large. It offers 2 football goals, volleyball net stands and terrace (but we were there in winter). That's why our boys' darts and ping pong were more important in the basement. Everything being clean. The decor was a little older. The kitchen was modern and well appointed. The living area is spacious and furnished to feel good, but the bedrooms are functional but rather small and older. The landlady is very nice and helpful, even with special requests (Christmas tree stand, lighting and jewelry). We can recommend the place and would book there again!

Sabine made our Christmas in Germany unforgettable. From the start, she welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and incredible attention to detail. She thoughtfully assigned rooms for our large group and arranged the furniture to ensure everyone felt comfortable and at home. Even though we arrived early, Sabine greeted us with her son, giving us a warm, heartfelt welcome. She provided a detailed tour of the house, patiently explaining everything and answering our questions. To make our holiday special, Sabine decorated every room with glowing Christmas decorations and left thoughtful treats—candy, beer, and wine. Her generosity brought tears to my eyes, and we began our trip with laughter, hugs, and a deep sense of care. Meeting Sabine and her son was the highlight of our trip. We’re so grateful for her thoughtfulness, warmth, and the love she put into making our holiday so memorable.

I was at Rolf & Sebastian´s place with my family, we liked their place very much. It was well-located, very spacious and the process to get in was so easy. Totally recommendable.

The place is well located - close to the train station and downtown. The location makes it a little less quiet, but you can think of it beforehand. It was clean and tidy and matched the photos. It's not the coziest or nicest place I've been to, but totally nice for 3 nights :) The communication with Dana was great, she always responds promptly.

Clean and tidy apartment. Had concerns about a parking spot, but they were unfounded. I found a free parking space in the two cross streets every night. On average 50-80 m to the front door. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Thanks to the landlady

Do you want to go to farm for a few days and ask yourself the desperate question beforehand: Where should I stay? Where do I go? I can tell you: just go to Tim! Location of the apartment: close to downtown, still quiet, you have your peace and quiet, Amenities great: everything is there, the cleanliness was wonderful. I slept like a rock, beds should always be comfortable. The car is also free, when you go around the corner. Message response came really quickly, Tim was always available for questions. We had a great week at Jana's place. The apartment was very clean and practically furnished, it had everything you needed. We only missed a coffee machine or did not understand that it does not exist, because Jana had actually written everything in great detail in advance, which is available. The kids loved the playroom, and the ski cellar was extremely convenient too. We were there in the off season and the weather was a bit mixed so the place was very extinct. But there's more going on in the season.... Thanks so much for a great week!

We had a very nice weekend in Bamberg. We enjoyed the apartment very much, everything as described. We would book the apartment again.

Large impeccably clean apartment, lovingly equipped for the perfect stay. The surrounding area offers all the rural charm. Bus station and train station are a 5-minute walk away. Hourly cycle to Bad Rodach (thermal bath, shopping) or Coburg - best to try both directions. Definitely great even with younger children (the equipment of the playroom certainly doesn't let you get bored even on rainy days). Teenagers especially liked the comfortable couch in front of the TV. Mutti was very satisfied with the kitchen (and the huge wardrobe and other storage facilities and many hooks for jackets, towels, etc. Absolutely recommended, especially because of the friendly and committed hosts. Super nice. Thank you for this lovely stay.

We liked Tanja's apartment very much, we felt right at home. The kitchen equipment is great, we found everything super clean, the sauna was a big gift in the cold season, for music lovers the well tuned piano is also great. We were very happy about it. We would come back anytime we are in the area again.
