Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. Our apartment is furnished with old wood, stone, and high-quality materials in alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful. We have broken our heads as we can create the greatest possible sense of well-being. The goal was to come in and feel good, while enjoying the great view of the sermon chair in the best possible way. In the apartment house there is a large panoramic pool and a meager fitness area😂The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. The log cabin is esconced in nature, surrounded by forest and meadows. Also ideal for dog owners. A small guesthouse is nearby and can be used for breakfast. You'll love my place because of the healthy wood construction, tasteful kitchen-living room, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views, fresh air. My place is nice for couples.

The cottage with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. Beautiful panoramic views of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal are available from the terrace. The location is perfectly suited for nature hiking and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are a 40-60-minute drive by car. The house has about 60 m² and also includes a sauna.
