Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Rye

Glyn’s house was just as the listing said. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family with 4 children. Even with 4 little ones it was within easy walking distance to both train station and bus stops. Glyn was friendly and helpful and gave some great suggestions on things our children would enjoy doing in London. I’d stay here again.

Tomoaki's house was perfect for our girls weekend. It was walkable from the station along the seafront, close to Turner Contemporary, and close to a number of good restaurants and cafes - the cafe right next door was fantastic for brunch and coffee. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou

This house is wonderful. It is the perfect beach getaway. The rooms are all massive, the kitchen had loads of space. Took 2 mins to get to the beach. The best stay I’ve had.

We stayed here for a week and it was a great location for us , the property was warm , clean and relaxing during our stay . Will definitely stay again when back in Hastings. Thank you .

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Good honest rental. Needed somewhere with easy access to Newhaven and this suited my needs perfectly. Thandi was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Good value for money for this area

We had a fantastic weekend using Janice’s property as a base when we visited London to go to an event at the O2 Arena. The property was great and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for a group of five adults. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again if we are going back to the Greenwich area again.

Alan’s room is good and tight, and next to O2, it’s a good place for visiting Greenwich.

Great venue. Would definitely recommend if staying London for an event at the o2. The o2 is a 6 minute uber away. Instructions for stay were clear and apartment was spotless. Parking was a 5 minute walk away which was really handy. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

What an amazing apartment! Fully equipped kitchen, cazy living room/ dining room with a lovely view to Eastbourne Pier! Really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back!

We had a lovely few days stay in Richard’s flat. Perfect quiet beach location with a nice 15 min walk along the promenade into Margate. Really well equipped especially for families with kids- cot, highchair provided and games a plenty for the older children. We can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you!

A brilliant place to stay for a weekend. The place was clean and Chris the host was extremely proactive and kind. Close to the sea and it’s a lovely walk along the front. Lovely local places to eat. The bagel place was amazing and this fantastic cafe next door with mega friendly staff and delicious food. Had the avocado, radish and onion sandwich, highly recommend!

Melody was so helpful and accommodating. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need. Melody prepared for our arrival and provided milk and coffee and the apartment was very cosy when we arrived on a foggy cold day. 10 mins walk to the town so situated very well. I would not hesitate to stay again and plan a trip in the summer as the apartment is close to the beach.

Great stay at Seastay Ramsgate - great location right by the beach and close to local towns. The apartment was fab, very modern with lots of space, the balcony had great sea views. The beach was great and we spent lots of time on the beach with our paddle board and the beach was never too busy. Walks along the coastal paths were lovely as were the recommendations from the host of local restaurants.

A lovely apartment which exceeded our expectations - great location with walking distance to all amenities. Patricia was always quick to respond - a wonderful time had by all.

Really lovely clean space right on the water front. It could do with a bit of a refresh paint wise but it really didn't affect the overall great feel of the place. Accessing the building was extremely easy with the codes etc and we found everything we needed in the place, there is also a convenience shop right next door for all your basics like bread and milk etc. We stayed in Winter, I expect it would be even more amazing in the summer season. Would 100% stay again.

Really enjoyed our time at Kirsty's place. Check-in was a breeze and the apartment is very modern. The view was amazing and the balcony was very nice to sit out on. It's in a great location right beside the entrance to Ramsgate tunnels. Very much recommend and hope to return one day!

Spent the loveliest weekend Bexy’s place. Perfect location. Such a fun decorated apartment while feeling very homey and comfortable too. Would 100% recommend!

A great one bedroom flat just minutes from the beaches and with all described features. Parking space is not guaranteed but there are other options once unloaded. It is a personal thing but I did not like the bedroom mattress as per some other reviewers and could feel and hear the springs. Otherwise everything was excellent.
