Glyn’s house was just as the listing said. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family with 4 children. Even with 4 little ones it was within easy walking distance to both train station and bus stops. Glyn was friendly and helpful and gave some great suggestions on things our children would enjoy doing in London. I’d stay here again.

My friends and I came to Margate for a relaxing weekend away and this gorgeous house was absolutely perfect. It’s brilliantly located, allowing us to walk everywhere with ease, even from the station. The house itself was beautiful and brilliantly equipped with lovely, clean rooms and bathrooms, with all necessary amenities and plenty of cutlery, cooking utensils etc. It felt like we were staying at a serviced boutique hotel! Our hosts were absolutely wonderful, very responsive in the lead up to our stay and once we were there and also flexible to our check-in and out. I will be recommending The Pink House and weekend to Margate to my friends and colleagues!

A fantastic place to stay in the quaint village of Reading Street, especially with a young family - the children absolutely loved playing on the trampoline in the garden! Also a really good base to explore the area - the beach at Joss Bay is walkable and Broadstairs is only 5 mins by car. Thanks Marie for being an excellent host!

We had an amazing time at Mark and Sonya's place! It's beautiful, well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely reccomend.

Ideal house for a family Christmas stay. My grandchildren loved the triple bunk bed. Close to the sea for walks along the beach and chilly dips in the sea. We loved the sauna on the beach.

We stayed at Karl’s home over the Christmas period and it did not disappoint. We were 2 families with 4 children age range 5yrs-3mths. Karl’s house was home from home. We immediately felt comfortable, there is tonnes of space for the kids to roam and very safely. The kids themed bedroom was an absolute hit, couldn’t get them out of it! You have toys galore to keep them busy. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable all with their own bathrooms. Everything felt very clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need especially if you want to cook in as not a lot of options to locally eat out. We had a slight technical issue in the kitchen during our stay and Karl was super responsive. He came to the house first thing the next morning. Tricky time to get something fixed at Christmas but he worked to give us everything he could to ensure we were set and checked back in with us. Can’t fault this property or host, would absolutely come back and highly recommend!

Alan’s room is good and tight, and next to O2, it’s a good place for visiting Greenwich.

Boobo's place was as described; modern, clean and convenient for the Elizabeth Line. Boobo was very responsive and helpful but perhaps some written instructions for appliances and the wifi code would have meant I didn't have to message him so many times! Otherwise a great experience.

Excellent place and neighborhood. It is definitely a home away from home. I am a long term guest and this is a place I will return to again next year. Thanks to Aza for being a wonderful host.

We had a lovely weekend here, great location for exploring - so much to see and do in the local area as well as a great base for going into the city. The guide with where to visit and places eat and drink was fantastic. The pub next door is lovely as is the place itself, would have quite happily stay in and made ourselves at home! Already planning our next trip!

Great accommodation for the price, location was handy for what we needed. Clean and spacious enough for two, like others have said, the kitchen just needed a quick wipe on the surface. The rest of the property was spotless. Various people signed in to Firestick apps so didn’t get a chance to try them out, I am confident the host would have replied and sorted it if I had asked. Regular apps like BBC worked with the user signed in. Parking is the only frustration as you are not near the place, a 5 minute walk isn’t too bad. Fantastic guidance on where to park and you can get near on Saturday evenings and Sundays. There is road noise, sounds obvious based on the location, the bedroom is on the corner so you hear a fair bit of the traffic going past. Cannot hear it in the rest of the property. Kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of space to store and cook. Overall, happy with the stay and was what we needed.

Very nice tastefully decorated apartment, it is a pleasant cocoon to stay. We enjoyed the location: close to the old town, beach and aquarium. Thanks to Cindy and Ludo for the welcome touches in the apartment and for their responsiveness. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a great time, very accommodating host. The apartment is right on the beach with stunning views and lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

Really lovely clean space right on the water front. It could do with a bit of a refresh paint wise but it really didn't affect the overall great feel of the place. Accessing the building was extremely easy with the codes etc and we found everything we needed in the place, there is also a convenience shop right next door for all your basics like bread and milk etc. We stayed in Winter, I expect it would be even more amazing in the summer season. Would 100% stay again.

Katie and James run a beautiful Airbnb within a scenic sea view walk of central Brighton. It was fabulous from the start - from the wonderfully quaint lift in the entry lobby, the gorgeous flat with pier and sea views to the spacious bedroom and lounge. We really enjoyed the decor of the bathroom - that wallpaper is something special. Both Katie and James were quick to respond to queries and very helpful. My Daughter stayed with me and goes to uni nearby, so showed me the places to go…she loved the apartment too. Would we go back again, definitely.

Kirsty's apartment is beautiful - fabulous view across the beach, lovely balcony, everything inside feels brand new, really nicely furnished and well equipped, super cosy and comfy.
