Great house, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor kitchen as well as bathroom with both washing machine and dryer. Lovely deck, super easy check in, nice neighbourhood with shops close by as well as the beach all by walking distance. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back sometime again.

We had a lovely stay at Allan's. The house was in a lovely peaceful street, with everything we needed only a few minutes drive away so it was perfect for us. We had 6 adults and 3 children staying and there was plenty of room, more room then we expected actually which was great. The house itself was beaufully furnished and decorated throughout. Everything from the appliances, the kitchenware, mattresses, couches etc we found of a higher quality then previous places we have stayed. Overall we were very happy with every aspect of Allan's house and hosting and would definantely stay there again. Thankyou :)

Perfect place!! The perfect spot for a couple! Walkable to the Main Street, beach, entertainment & restaurants. Clean, neat and tidy & easy to check in & out! Would stay again!

This is the perfect house for a family that enjoys spending time at the beach and loves the convenience of a short stroll to the shops for coffee and breakfast or the water for a swim or a walk. The house is clean, bright and has a fantastic deck that we enjoyed dinner and drinks with friends on. There was plenty of room for the kids to play and they especially loved swinging on the tree. The linen feels brand new and the beds were amazingly comfortable after an active day at the beach. The 2 living spaces allow the kids to have their own space and the adults to also retreat. Overall it is a great place for a family getaway in a beautiful part of Victoria.

Such a lovely stay. Lian (host) communication was flawless; it was a last minute getaway and it ran smoothly. Also, I had some questions throughout the visit and he was super attentive and lovely when supporting me. I would definitely recommend, such a lovely warm place to stay close to everything. I’ll definitely come back again.

Great, clean place with short distance walk to main street. Everything as described, with a generously sized bathroom and living space. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Craig’s house in Rye. The heated pool was spectacular and very relaxing. The grass area was great for kids to run around and play and the house was warm with nice modern bathrooms. We also loved that it was pet-friendly. Rye was a great area to holiday with lots to do for both teenagers and younger ones. Craig was very responsive, friendly and helpful as a host, and we definitely hope to return another year. Thank-you!!!

We stayed at beachside Grove for the weekend as we had a wedding nearby. It is a beautiful house, clean and exactly as the photos show. The house had everything we needed and more. Lovely outdoor spaces, pool and BBQ area. We will definitely stay again next time we are on the peninsula

Stunning and well-appointed home in the heart of Mornington Peninsula wine country; with a view of landscaped gardens and a vineyard. Having an amazing kitchen, pool, several areas to chill out & two queen-sized bedrooms with ensuites was fabulous. There were handy supplies provided. Would be excellent value if 3 or 4 couples were staying.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

Lovely villa at the Ramada Resort. All mod cons available and right on the doorstep of the heated pool and outdoor pool, so super convenient with 2 kids in tow.

A fantastic experience for my family. The accommodation was exactly what we were after - clean, functional and spacious. The pool was spotless and a perfect temperature and nice and close to our villa so that we could have a swim while the baby slept. Mathijs was a fantastic host - very responsive and friendly. He was accomodating as well - allowing us a late checkout while the baby had a nap. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks so much Mathijs!

Great little villa with brand new kitchen and amenities. Well appointed. Perfect size for our group of 7 with two bathrooms and one room on one side of villa and the rest on the other side. Great location, the Ramada resort is always lots of fun for the kids and they love it here. This is one of the better villas we have stayed at in the area with its freshened up look. Host was extremely responsive and attentive, would book again!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Avila by the bay We had to all the families going away with us each family had it’s own private bathroom which we absolutely loved. I do definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely return. I rate this place 100% in location, cleanliness and a beautiful home

Holiday cabin is in a beautiful quiet spot. The cabin was very clean and new, lots of room and all amenities you require.The park has lots of great facilities two swimming pools, tennis courts, playground, BBQ’s and a jetty close by for fishing. The reason we visited was it was a great place to take our dog, the cabin had dog bowls and a bed for veranda. There is also an off leash area provided. Had a great time would definitely visit again.

This space was fantastic for our family holiday. So many extra helpful items for the kids like high chairs and children’s dining utensils/plates. Spacious and clean, we had a great stay!
