A great peaceful stay ! The house was very clean and well looked after overlooking the olive groves. Although be mindful that you are right next to two other apartments (while not an issue) this should just be noted. Beautiful and relaxing and a short drive from ocean grove beaches

Amazing stay!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great location only being a short drive to many wineries and beaches around the Bellarine, and a shopping centre close by for everything else. Like many of the reviews, this place definitely exceeded our expectations from the photos!! Much nicer - big, spacious room and bathroom with everything we needed for our stay! Bed very comfy and sheets luxe. Sheer curtains we beautiful to provide privacy for the big windows overlooking the olive grove. Peaceful, relaxing and private. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck taking in the view and sunshine, with the added joy of being able to bring our fur baby! Easy check in and great communication with host. Thanks for making our weekend special!

This is the perfect house for a family that enjoys spending time at the beach and loves the convenience of a short stroll to the shops for coffee and breakfast or the water for a swim or a walk. The house is clean, bright and has a fantastic deck that we enjoyed dinner and drinks with friends on. There was plenty of room for the kids to play and they especially loved swinging on the tree. The linen feels brand new and the beds were amazingly comfortable after an active day at the beach. The 2 living spaces allow the kids to have their own space and the adults to also retreat. Overall it is a great place for a family getaway in a beautiful part of Victoria.

Such a lovely stay. Lian (host) communication was flawless; it was a last minute getaway and it ran smoothly. Also, I had some questions throughout the visit and he was super attentive and lovely when supporting me. I would definitely recommend, such a lovely warm place to stay close to everything. I’ll definitely come back again.

Great, clean place with short distance walk to main street. Everything as described, with a generously sized bathroom and living space. Highly recommend!

Helen and Andrew were amazing hosts! Their home was in pristine condition and the renovations made to the property, styling were of a very high level. Helen was responsive, flexible and made things very easy for us from the onset as well as giving us great recommendations and the location is just moments away from the beautiful backbeach where you can observe an enviable sunset each day. Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Great house, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor kitchen as well as bathroom with both washing machine and dryer. Lovely deck, super easy check in, nice neighbourhood with shops close by as well as the beach all by walking distance. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back sometime again.

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Craig’s house in Rye. The heated pool was spectacular and very relaxing. The grass area was great for kids to run around and play and the house was warm with nice modern bathrooms. We also loved that it was pet-friendly. Rye was a great area to holiday with lots to do for both teenagers and younger ones. Craig was very responsive, friendly and helpful as a host, and we definitely hope to return another year. Thank-you!!!

We stayed at beachside Grove for the weekend as we had a wedding nearby. It is a beautiful house, clean and exactly as the photos show. The house had everything we needed and more. Lovely outdoor spaces, pool and BBQ area. We will definitely stay again next time we are on the peninsula

The Glasshouse Villa is an excellent venue. Looked exactly like the photos, and everything so clean and spotless. Miffie extremely accommodating to all our needs. The welcome goodies very much appreciated. Gorgeous views too.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

Lovely villa at the Ramada Resort. All mod cons available and right on the doorstep of the heated pool and outdoor pool, so super convenient with 2 kids in tow.

What a great spot for the family! We chose this spot because of the cool weather options of spa and games room. It was perfect space for the family with large rooms, close to Cowes, and peaceful location where kids can meet other kids to play. The wallabies out the window at the fence was a bonus! Sure some of the amenities are a little dated, but they are safe and clean and kids don’t care about that stuff. This is a place to make memories!

Great little villa with brand new kitchen and amenities. Well appointed. Perfect size for our group of 7 with two bathrooms and one room on one side of villa and the rest on the other side. Great location, the Ramada resort is always lots of fun for the kids and they love it here. This is one of the better villas we have stayed at in the area with its freshened up look. Host was extremely responsive and attentive, would book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

The villa had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated, really comfy big beds and a wonderful deck. We will definitely be coming back.

Swan bay was a beautiful stay I’ll be definitely staying again the front desk was easy check in and check out we didn’t get clear instructions on check out with the rubbish we were told to get rid of the rubbish but wasn’t told weather we needed to dispose of it or leave out front of cabin we took to front desk and was told to leave out front of cabin next time but we were able to dispose of easily out front of reception other then that the stay was super peaceful and clean I’d definitely stay again was an amazing birthday weekend away we traveled to Geelong racecourse for the M5 rodeo and travel to spring creek horse riding in bellbrae

This home is beautifully presented. 5 large bedrooms with ensuites. 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 large sinks, huge kitchen and separate pantry. Clean washer and dryer. An amazing swimming pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. Amazing views even though the beach was not that close to the property. Nena was very attentive. A good locality. A good home and a good host. What more could you need. Thanks Nena
