Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ryde City Council

Paul's place was excellent. Situated in a quiet street, although we were there during school holidays, so I don't know what it's like during other times. Within easy walking distance of Ryde Aquatic Centre. Very clean and tidy. 2 bathrooms was very handy. A spacious private backyard. I stayed at Paul's with my 87 year-old mother. Apart from the 2 steps to get to the front door, there were no other steps, so this was excellent. Paul was very quick to respond to any queries I had. A little home away from home. I highly recommend.

Although we arrived late, the check-in process was quick and smooth. Amy was very responsive and answered our questions promptly. The granny flat in Epping is located in a residential area within walking distance of Epping Station, with nearby connecting buses available if you prefer not to walk. The place is spacious, clean, and feels just like home—very comfortable. Next time, we’ll definitely choose Amy’s flat again, and hopefully, we’ll have a chance to chat in person. Thanks, Amy!

Great house with swimming pool & great size. Would have liked to have been informed about the broken air con though as some of the rooms were very hot!

Very tidy place, in a quiet location. Lucy was great to deal with and provided a cot/high chair/baby bath at no additional cost. Highly recommend.

Working away from home, I appreciate your peaceful unit overlooking the bush, with easy access and all the necessary ammenities (inside laundry/coffee machine) to ensure a comfortable stay away from home. Extremely pleased. Bus stop 100 meters away to/from Macquarie University Hospital. Metro Station 10 minute maximum walk or 3 minutes by bus. Unit to Sydenham 35 minutes. Totally recommend.

We felt like home, definitely recommended place to stay in wentworth point, supermarket just around the corner, and there is free bus access to go to the nearest station. While the unit was very comfortable, the cooking utensils were fully provided. They also provided us with water jug filter, so we did not need to buy mineral water during our stay. Very Excellent service from Chloe & Jason.

Great spot. Clean & Bright living area. Quiet & great air-con which cooler down the whole apartment quickly. Parking easy to access! Had all amenities we needed.

Paul was a wonderful host who was happy to provide detailed instructions on check in/out and also provided me updated instructions when the check in process had slightly changed. His apartment was very clean and looked exactly as expected! I would recommend staying with Paul to anyone and I would also stay again if I find myself in Sydney again!

This apartment is in a very convenient location, with good eat places and supermarkets close by. You can dodge using the lift with a side access door around the corner that leads straight to the 3rd floor. It'd a big apartment, with generous sized bathrooms and comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen and nice big outdoor space. It was a bit noisy of a night, with sounds echoing up from the front door of the apartment building. Overall we had a great stay for our work event and would recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Wei’s apartment. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location- walking distance to train station . I would book again. Wei was great at communicating with us and checked if we were OK during our stay & assisted with instructions for PMV. We enjoyed the complimentary goods provided as well.Highly recommended

The apartment is near the ferry terminal and train station in 2 different directions (left, right). Shopping center, IGA and Fresh Asian to buy appliances and food right at the foot of the building. Jason is a friendly host, always responding immediately to handle guests' inquiries. There is only one small thing to note that you should check with Jason about kitchen utensils if you intend to cook yourself here in case staying for a long time.

Absolutely loved this apartment. So clean and comfortable. The apartment felt like home straight away. The building amenities are next level with a huge pool and gym. A quick 5 minute walk to Macquarie Centre. Daisy is an amazing host. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment 🙂♥️
