Luxury 4bedroom cottage 2 mi. from Lake Cumberland

This brand new cottage offers four bedrooms and two full baths that sleeps 8. The spacious floor plan allows for plenty of room for everyone to unwind. Cottage 1 is located next door to our sister property, C2 that sleeps 8 also for multifamily rentals if needed . The cottages are located 2.1 miles from Jamestown Marina. Three of the four bedrooms have ceiling fans and TV. Our back deck offers a spacious area to enjoy beautiful sunrises also family meals and conversation after a day on the lake.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful, recently renovated cottage nestled under large shady trees. Located within one mile of two public boat ramps for launching your boat, fishing, or swimming. Five miles from Conley Bottom. The house features a hot tub with room for up to four people. There is room to park one or more smaller boats (23 ft or less). Two bedrooms, one full-size sleeper sofa, one bathroom with shower only, a large deck, outdoor wood-burning fire pit, and gas grill.

Clean and Cozy. Only 175 yards from the water.

Cabin House is located at beautiful Lake Cumberland near Monticello, KY. It is located approximately 175 yards from Old Fall Creek boat ramp. This is a Free boat ramp. No dock. If you should need to rent a boat, we are located close to the resorts at Conley Bottom and Beaver Creek. The cabin is known for being clean and comfortable. It is nestled among the trees next to land overseen by the Army Corp of Engineers. The area is always beautiful no matter what season. Come and Enjoy!!

Shuttle services are even provided to the dock (in season)!! Walking, biking, and carting welcomed! Attention Fisherman!!! Locals believe Beaver Creek has some of the best fishing in the area!! Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. 5 minutes from Conley Bottom! This is a duplex and could be possibly rent as a whole(depending on availability). Sleeps 2 adult couples or small family. Will supply air mattress on request. Comes with private bedroom, futon, kitchenette, gas grill and separate outside cover grilling area. Please note if air will be needed please let me know and I will make sure it’s set out. Air mattress only upon request.

The Cozy Lake Cottage

This little cottage is in the woods and very private and just minutes away for Lake Cumberland. You are about 5 minutes away from Conley Bottom and there are also two closer docks that is a couple minutes away. You can take nature walks and see deer and other little animals or sit out by the campfire roasting marshmallows. We have a small drive that can fit two vehicles in and a driveway on the side that is big enough and long enough to park your boat in.
