Enjoy a beautiful brand new duplex in the heart of the Maipu apartment's wine route, in a very quiet and pleasant complex, with mountain views and 150 meters from a cute gastronomic and cycle path center at the gate of the complex. The accommodation has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 beds, in addition to an armchair bed in the living room. Super comfortable and modern house, totally sustainable, away from it all, on top of a hill on the Costa Norte of the Potrerillos dike with incredible views of the lake and the Silver cord. A very quiet and absolutely private area. (The house is located 10km from the center of Potrerillos, 7.5km of which are a shelf) It has a rear apartment for exclusive use by the caretaker of the house in charge of maintenance and cleaning.
