Apartment holiday rentals in Ruifang District

Friendly and helpful hosts, both husband and wife. We traveled with elderly parents and the hosts were caring and helpful with transporting luggages while we cared for parents during stormy typhoon weather. The lady host waited for us at the street and lead us to the restaurant which cooked good food. This was our second visit booking the same room. Highly recommend this place.

this is my 3rd year celebrate Chinese New Year holiday In Taiwan. and this is the unit i always stay when i reach jiu feng!

The place is clean, comfy and everything as described. Overall good stay. Just mind that if you carry heavy suitcase you gotta take stairs and carry it on your own.

At 10am let us drop off our luggage first and it was very thoughtful.Had a great time during the day and had a comfortable space to rest at night, which was great! Thank you

I felt very comfortable staying for three days. The house is cozy. The bathroom and bathroom are clean and clean. There is also a parking spot. There are convenience stores and many food shops within 2 minutes walk downstairs of the house. The location is really convenient. The host is also very friendly and friendly. The message is very quick. The indoor toys are very good. Kids don't want to leave. CP is really very high.Next time I come back, I will choose Vivian's house again😊

A comfortable and convenient place to stay. We enjoyed the breakfast that the owner bought for us. This place has great view of Jiufen. I highly recommended this place to stay for at least 2 nights so that can truly enjoy the view and getting around to Jing gua Shi and Yin Yang sea.

Gathering with friends for the New Year, the kitchen utensils are fully stocked, the overall atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the price is very reasonable, will definitely come back!

Excellent stay within walking distance of the Geopark. In addition, the perfect base for discovering Yangmingshan NP. Only downside is that there is no stove, oven or microwave available. Fortunately, there was an incredibly nice hotpot restaurant in the village!

I stayed twice already. Felt like home. Ann is a great host, very responsive. Definitely will come back again. Planning my next stay now...

Wendy did an excellent job hosting me. Her instructions were detailed, clear, and precise. She also has a quick response time. Now, the hot springs jacuzzi overlooking the river was truly magical. Then let me not forgot how comfortable the bed was. You will enjoy the area with a wide array of restaurants with very friendly locals. It’s simple I am coming back!

Very spacious and centrally located. Plenty of shops and restaurant near by. We had a great stay, highly recommended.

Can only say that next time you come to fresh water will consider a place to stay again. Secluded and safe neighborhood, the room is clean and warm, the bathtub is large two people and a one-year-old daughter is just right, soak with a beautiful view of the sunset, and relax with a glass of red wine. The host was quick and attentive in responding, because traveling with my daughter and thoughtful body wash for the baby could be used, To pick up the bones in the eggs is the closest parking lot that takes 8-10 minutes to walk and it will be less raining.

Eric’s place was great! Loved the neighborhood we were in - there’s a night market right around the corner. Enjoyed our time!

although it was a little tricky to get the keys and find the apartment, once you got it, it was easy to navigate to the apartment. the location is amazing. being right above the taipei main station, it was easy to access the mrt, subway and buses to get around the city and to the outskirts for a quick day excursions. also there is a shopping mall right below the apartment so you can go shopping, get groceries and grab something to eat. but if you're a light sleeper I recommend you bring some earplugs as the apartment is right next to a highway and there is no soundproofing within the apartment (if your family or friends are out in the living room you can hear everything from your room). also the bed is very firm. but the water pressure was strong and there was an abundance of hot water. David was an amazing host, he was easy to get a hold of and was very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again when i re-visit taipei in the future

It was all perfect. It felt like a New York apartment with amazing views. There was a seperate bedroom for the kids which was so nice to find in the CBD of Taipei. Such a great area for shopping and eating and we took advantage of that!! 😉. It was a nice quiet residential building and for its size we never had to wait for an elevator for more than 5-10 seconds. The only thing we could fault was the toilet seat which was as a bit wobbly and my wife and I both slipped in a couple of times. If the host got the toilet seat fixed we would give 6 stars if we could. ☺️ Value for money - this amazing stay will be hard to beat!!
