Villa holiday rentals in Rovaniemi

We loved staying in Elina and niko's house. Very nice house equipped with everything, also appreciated by children, lots of games to play, and beautiful garden outside. Elina and niko are very helpful hosts, gave us some advice and offered us also winter clothing for kids. I highly recommend staying here!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb, and it was an experience we won’t soon forget! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable we loved the fireplace and the sauna, which not only added a cozy atmosphere but also became a central gathering spot for our family. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. A highlight of our trip was witnessing the breathtaking northern lights right from outside the house on two separate occasions. It was truly a magical experience that we will cherish forever. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a tranquil place .Thank you for a lovely stay

We will never forget our stay here. Beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood. Exactly as the photos and description. Really comfortable beds, perfect temperature in the house, fireplace and firewood available. To top it off a sauna to relax in after a day of adventures. Great yard for kids to play in and sledges for them to use too. One of the best hosts we have met, very friendly and considerate. Quick to reply and checked in with us if everything was OK. In February 2025 we were able to spend 4 days in Hanna's accommodation in the deepest Lapland. The accommodation is in a very quiet and remote location. You can really relax here! We were given a very warm welcome on the day of our arrival and everything was shown to us. We immediately felt at home. On 4 hectares of land, in a very quiet location, with lake access, a sauna, a wood-burning stove and a fireplace, we were able to relax and enjoy the Finnish winter. We would definitely come back. Many greetings also to Aini (co-host) and Risto, both explained everything so wonderfully and the communication was perfect.

We had a great vacation with friends, the room was clean and tidy, the host was very warm, our car couldn't go uphill because the ice was too slippery, the host immediately helped us, even when we didn't know how to turn on the dishwasher, came to the house to help us open it, it was a warm house, we had a bonfire with friends, chatting, grilling, watching the aurora, it was a pleasure to spend time here.

An excellent lodging option in Rovaniemi. Totally recommended. Very good location, very nice area, super comfortable and nice. Kristian was always aware of everything.

A beautiful location with great amenities. Pentti was very helpful and responsive to messages. Check in was super easy and the house was easy to find with the directions sent. The large living area was lovely for 9 of us and didn't feel cramped at all. Bunk beds were perfect for the children. An amazing private location with lovely walks and surroundings.

Seppo is a great host. Always courteous and helpful. His house is really cozy and beautiful. The view of the river is wonderful and when the sun shines into the house in the morning, it is simply fantastic. Finland in winter is so idyllic and close to nature and Rovaniemi is a great city.

Annukka's house is just perfect, perfect location, beautiful surroundings, it had everything we could ever need to enjoy our stay plus more. we felt so at home and had a perfect family Christmas here. could not wish for anything more. Annukka also went above and beyond if we needed any help or advice.

Jaana, Matti and Joanna were great hosts. Their hospitality was incredible during our stay in their beautiful home. The setting was absolutely amazing and it truly added so much to our experience in Finland. Their responsiveness to our questions along with their suggestions made our stay even more special. We would love to return someday.

Jari’s home is amazing, and Jari himself is genuinely the best host we’ve ever had. We were two families staying over NYE. 3 kids under 5 and four adults. The space was perfect for us - everyone had their own space, and there were even tons of toys that the kids could play with during our stay (which they loved!). The home is modern with everything you need, and the views over the lake are incredible. We thought we would be traveling into town a lot, but ended up loving the home so much that we spent all of our time there. Jari also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Was super responsive with recommendations and answers to questions, and really helped us feel at home during our stay. Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone. Thank you, Jari, for making our trip so great!

A perfect villa in a perfect location, with a perfect host. Everything that you could wish for was in the villa, it was definitely a home from home. Extremely spacious, comfortable, toasty warm and really well equipped. The hot tub was fabulous, along with the splash pool, however, we were not brave enough to try the splash pool. The sauna was also really nice. A lovely 10-15 minute walk into town or to the nearest supermarket. Fetching shopping from the supermarket was made a lot easier by using the sledges. Lots of things to have fun with - sledges, ski sled for the winter, and bikes for the summer.

Our family (2 adults, 3 children) enjoyed our stay in Ville's very spacious and spacious house. We have never had a better equipped kitchen! The location is very quiet, the house is in the forest, 3.5 km from the village of Pyhä. Based on the photos, we assumed that the house is alone in the forest. However, it has several houses nearby, but the neighborhood is very quiet and the access road is hardly used. The cross-country skiing trail is about 400 m away. There are many great winter activities in and around Pyhä. Ville was a great host. He was always available for our questions and responded very quickly. A note for future tenants: in the basic amenities it says that towels and bedding are included. However, this is not the case and can be rented for EUR 30 per person. We had a wonderful stay and would rent the house again at any time!

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at the luxury loft and it was beautiful. 5-10 minute walk into town but out the way enough to feel very authentic, the property is exactly as photographed and described all the appliances worked great and the beds and pillows were super comfy. Aapo was a great host reaching out as soon as we booked to offer excursions and recommendations for the local area. We booked all our trips with him and they were fantastic and also a lot cheaper than most I priced my self. I would not hesitate to return here and to deal with Aapo again he was great and made the booking and planning of our Lapland trip stress free and magical. 5 stars from us and Thankyou!
