Apartment holiday rentals in Routt County

This was the absolute best ski trip ever. We have a group of 7 we were comfortable. Other than the flights of stairs this is our new standard for vacations! The Airbnb had everything you need. Lotion, humidifiers, air mattresses and all!

We had a great stay. The place was clean, spacious, quiet, and in a good location. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay for a ski weekend! Ligia was a great host. We didn’t need any assistance during our stay, but she was very helpful during booking in answering all questions. Comfortable beds, clean, sauna, hot tub, pool. Short shuttle away from the base of the mountain. Great weekend!

Great location, close to so much but peacefully just away from the main street to relax! Can't wait to come back and stay here again!

A great clean apartment-style condo tucked away in a beautiful steamboat neighborhood. Close to the meadows parking lot and downtown. Nice spot to park. Good view of the mountain and snow cats at night.

I came here with my parents and arrived pretty late due to a delayed flight. Even though I forgot to inform them in advance, someone was still there to assist with our late check-in, such excellent service! The place itself is spotless and super cozy. We also tried the sauna, and it was incredibly relaxing. Plus, the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, with a free bus to downtown!!!!super convenient! Definitely a great place to stay and totally worth it!

Great studio-sized condo only a few minutes gondola ride to/from Steamboat Springs Ski Resort and less than 10 minutes to downtown Steamboat Springs. Condo was very clean and had all of the amenities I needed for an almost 2 week snowboarding stay in Steamboat. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. A reliable internet connection allowed me to work from the condo a few days. Full kitchen let me save some cash by cooking meals on occasion. Having a washer/dryer allowed me to pack less winter clothing. The only issue encountered the entire stay were a few days of loud guests in the unit above us. I let Nicole know and she proactively addressed the issue. The shuttle service was very reliable and took me anywhere I wanted to go. The lodge houses 3 hot tubs and a heated pool, a gym, locker rooms, a cool game room and a business center and is a short 2 minute walk from the condo. I would absolutely stay here on my next trip to Steamboat. Five stars!

Great apartment for exploring Steamboat! Easily walkable to tons of restaurants and shops right in the heart of town, and around the corner from the shuttle to the mountain. Very clean and spacious!

The condo provided everything we needed. It was very clean and well provisioned. I liked the way it was decorated. We were lacking for nothing there. I could not figure out how to get the lid off the coffee pot but it worked.

Lofts On Main was a pleasant place to stay! The listing was accurate, location was easy to find and everything inside was extremely clean. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was fantastic and we had a great trip! Drew was very communicative in advance of the trip and throughout. Would definitely stay here again. Highlights were the gondola to the base, hot tubs and other amenities on site, filtered water in the fridge, soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc provided during stay.

This place worked great for our trip. We did wear regular shoes and boots to walk to the base of the mountain and stored them in a locker each day. However, you could have worn your boots there. We felt like the walk back (which is uphill) would not have been fun in ski boots.

We had a great stay at the condo. It was close to the slopes and the shuttle service to downtown and the village was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

True ski in ski out. 10 steps in the parking lot and you can throw on your skis and cruise down to the gondola.

This is a great spot to stay at. Very nice little ski resort right on the mountain with great amenities. Super comfy bed! Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at this cozy condo! Close proximity and walkability to the gondolas even when carrying my skis. It's also a short 10-min uber ride to downtown where all the restaurants are, and uber availability is great between the two spots (<5 min wait time). We didn't use the hot tub or pool during our stay but I see others using them at the apartment complex. They had a community-wide internet disruption during our stay, but the host was incredibly communicative, responsive, and apologetic. The room was quiet as well during our stay. We highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved our 3 night stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our time there. Extremely walkable to the gondola for snowboarding. We loved the hot tub, used it everyday! We will definitely be back!

Unbeatable location. We could not have been closer to the gondola and main square of Steamboat, which made everything super convienent. Easy parking. Great condo for our family and we were very happy to call it home for our one week ski vacation. We cannot wait to be back!

Very spacious, and very close to the resort. I loved having a shuttle to bring us to the Ski base from the complex.

Excellent experience. Easy check in, clean space, and nice view. Host had great communication. Would stay here again.
