As a group of friends, we booked the house for a weekend and had a great time. The house is perfect for larger groups, everything was available, we didn't miss anything. The communication with Manuel was also very easy, he was very flexible. Thanks for a great stay, we will be happy to come back!:)

The Losenbauerhütte is truly special. The chalet combines the charm of a quaint mountain hut with all modern conveniences (sauna, large kitchen, washing machine, heating, Wi-Fi)

Fantastic stay in a beautiful lodge! We had a wonderful time at Josef's place. The lodge is beautiful and equipped with every comfort: upon arrival, the beds were already made, there were towels ready and there is even a dishwasher. The view is breathtaking, with a beautiful panorama over the landscape and the mountains. During our stay there was snow, which really made it a winter wonderland. The location is perfect: you can get into nature directly from the cottage for a nice forest walk, and just 5 minutes away is a toboggan run – ideal for some extra fun in the snow! In short, a fantastic place where we definitely want to come back. Thank you, Josef, for hospitality!

We 2024/2025 between the years for a week with two families (4 adults 5 children) in the chalet in Annaberg. The chalet is in a great location, right on the ski slope and also easily accessible. The kitchen was really fully equipped. We didn't miss anything. The chalet itself is nicely built, well equipped and has a great view of the surrounding mountain. We felt very comfortable there. Unfortunately, someone had probably smoked in the chalet before (is actually not allowed), which is why it smelled of cold smoke in the basement. The landlord quickly tried to help here via a room scent, which unfortunately only reduced the symptom. But as a landlord, you are also not in it and we were grateful for the help offered.

Lovely, quiet chalet in a tranquil environment, set among beautiful countryside with views to match. Lots of different walks and hikes nearby and local villages within 15 mins drive, should you require them. They also provide breakfast and a home cooked meal service for the times you don't want to prepare anything. The chalet has a very nice sauna and huge ensuite bathrooms in the main bedrooms. Katharina and Andreas are the nicest, most helpful hosts you'll ever meet! I feel so relaxed after the stay. Would definitely stay again and I imagine this would be brilliant in the winter, too!

Easy communication, clean building and facility, the love of the building and the facility can be felt in every fiber. It is eavesdropping, so respect is important to the other guests in their own room and patience in the sense of "living and letting live". The proximity to the mountain and the wind bag baron is amazing! I love this sauna!!! And can only recommend everyone to switch off and find contact with nature and like-minded people. 🫶🏻

The place was beyond our expectation. Fully equipped, and was more than spacious for 3 families with children. The skilift is a bit far on foot, especially with children, and the ski in/out works only when all the slopes are in operation, that was a minor inconvenience in our case, but that depends solely on the weather. The host was responsive, and promptly answered all of my questions. After all, i'd recommend this place!

The place was perfect for our snowboard weekend. Everything necessary is available in the apartment and the location is also great. Ski bus stops right in front of the house. You can reach the gondola in 5 minutes.

This was one of our peaceful short vacation , we loved everything about the Place n specially the View , we had Luck that in November it was Sunny so we could enjoy the View , Place was Neat and the Hosts were really Friendly a very positive point was the Pool which should be taken in Consideration of the opening Hours 7-11 am and from 04:00 Pm to 08:00 Pm , overall we as Family with two Kids loved the Place , it was up to our Expectations. The cabin is very nicely located in the middle of Falkertsee, right next to the lake, where you can ice skate and cross-country skiing. The kitchen equipment has everything you'll need. The view and location are beautiful, there are tobogganing in the shed and the small ski resort is ideal for the children to learn to ski. The adults then also drove to a larger ski resort. Angelika and Jürgen welcomed us very kindly and were always available for questions. We enjoyed it.

super house well insulated with spacious bedrooms. The beds are a bit on the hard side or a little saggy. But for a week, neatly tidied up, of everything present sled or games. Close to the slopes and easy to drive to. Next to the house also a slope. Nice for the kids to see. Easy parking. Plenty of towels, bedding, etc. you could also wash yourself. was a nice week thank you!

Really a great, very well maintained and clean house. The sauna is great and so is the location. The ski resort can be reached in a few minutes' walk and there is also a larger ski resort not far away if you need it. We were all very comfortable. There is plenty of space and everything you need. Communication was always super fast, helpful and friendly. Thank you for the lovely holiday!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Great location and very nice for hiking. We were 4 adults and 4 children. They had a lot of fun and fell in love with the mountains.

What a great place! Very clean cabin, surrounded by breathtaking views, ski slope behind the house, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a great holiday. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Also the host and house owners were very helpful and communicative. They helped us with everything we needed ! We will definitely return!!

renate's place is beautiful and cozy. Totally equipped with everything both in the rooms and in the kitchen. Everything is working and functional. The garden is manicured and from the outside you can enjoy a spectacular view of the valley. The silence at night is absolute so that it is not difficult to see the fawns approaching the house. Renate is a kind and helpful person, always ready in case of any problem. We had a beautiful, relaxing and restful vacation. Renate's house is an experience that we will absolutely repeat in the future

We felt very comfortable in the very well-kept and well-equipped wooden cottage with the small barrel sauna. As non-skiers, we had "good terrain" to walk. Thanks to the friendly hosts - we'd love to come back or recommend the chalet!

Beautiful, cozy holiday home with everything you need for a few days of relaxation. Nice surprise on arrival with chocolate and sparkling wine! Monika was always easily accessible and there were still many helpful instructions in the house. The living room is a little dark - you want to sit outside at the dining table or in the warm season during the day and sunshine. The sauna is great!

We had a very nice time in the cottage. The two children enjoyed the animals & the many play opportunities on the outdoor area. It was all very clean and well maintained and even more beautiful than in the pictures. Thanks to the sauna and hot tub, we were able to relax well and the view was fantastic on all sides!

Andreas Hütte is cozy and lovingly furnished. We didn't miss anything during a week-long stay. Self-catering is easily possible in the fully equipped kitchen, but you can also dine well on the farmed huts that are easy to hike. The arrival is explained in detail by Andrea and the walk in winter takes about 15 minutes with luggage. Everything is as described and in the photos. We had a wonderful time. A warm thank you to the hostess!
