Family-friendly holiday rentals in Rotonda West

This condo is exactly as it was described in the listing. It was pristine and had everything we needed when we arrived. Bill responded immediately when we texted with a question. Love this area of Florida. It was peaceful and beautiful! Short distance to eateries and things to do. Loved walking or taking a golf cart ride around the marina where you see manatees and an occasional dolphin and listening to the conch shell blown at sunset. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a lovely place to stay! Sandra and her daughter were always warm, welcoming and helpful. My dog loved the yard, and the surroundings were so peaceful. The apartment has everything we needed and more.

We loved our stay here! Leslie was very easy to communicate with. Beach is not walking distance but a very short drive with nice amenities. Home had extra beach chairs, and pool/beach items such as noodles and boogie boards. Home was everything we expected and more. Beds were super comfy and AC extra cold. Highly recommend!

Great vacation at Mikes! (Again!) Very nice home in a very nice neighborhood with a very nice pool and hot tub. We have rented from Mike a few times and honestly, I would never rent in Florida from anyone else. The property is as advertised and anything you might need is one text message away. I Highly recommend this house as well as any of Mike’s other properties. The peace of mind, knowing that if you have a question, it will be answered, if you have a glitch, it will be fixed, and that the house will be spotless, is priceless.

Our fourth trip ❤️ - what a great price point and central location! We spent most of our time at Manasota beach and found LOTS of sharks teeth. Thank you once again for sharing your property! You know we will be back again!!

Another wonderful stay at Diane’s villa.Everything anybody can want on a vacation ,lovely villa ,very peaceful location,driving distance to beaches and large choice of restaurants.We had our flight home to UK cancelled due to hurricane Helene but Diane checked in on us all the time and allowed us to rearrange our departure which was such a relief.Not an experience we wish to repeat but look forward to a return visit next spring.

Rented the house for 6 weeks and had a wonderful time with my family. Lisa.and Robert responded very quicklyon the very few questions we had and they were very serviceminded. . E.g when the dishwasher broke.. Replacement installed immediately. We highly commend Lisa and Robert as hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay in North Port. We were visiting relatives that live nearby and it proved to be the perfect accommodations for all 6 of us including my 92 year old mom! When we all arrived we had a delicious dinner cooked by my brother-in-law and the kitchen had everything we needed! The stores are all nearby and easy to get to. Helen was also a WONDERFUL host! She was super responsive! Especially when the wifi went down and she confirmed it was a system-wide outage. Fortunately it was back up at the expected time and hotspot worked in the interim. We really enjoyed our stay and may need to make it an annual event! There's nothing like getting out of the midwest and east coast cold in February!

Debi was great to work with! No glitches! Response times were short and she followed through with everything promised. We would recommend her and be glad to work with her in the future.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

Well laid out home. Kitchen well stocked with dinnerware, glasses, pots, coffee pot and Keurig. Very clean home. Neighborhood was very quiet.

The house is super clean & the beds were very comfortable, with soft bedding & sheets. FYI - there are no TV's in the bedrooms but we had no issue with that since we don't have them in our bedrooms at home. There extra pillows in the closets which we appreciated because we sleep with multiple pillows. There's a Keurig AND a drip coffee maker (you have to look in the cabinet for that) which is great. I found one blow dryer in the hall bathroom so the house DOES have that. We loved having full access to the garage, & there are 2 bikes with helmets that you can use to tool around the neighborhood, which I did and was pleased with the views and the friendliness of the neighbors. The curtains in the master bedroom quite sheer and there are blinds but they did not block the light well so expect to have light streaming in fairly early in the mornings. We got used to it and it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, the house and location are great and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Turtle Nest retreat. It was nicely furnished and fully supplied with items needed. The view of the water and sunsets were amazing. Dana was very responsive when I had questions. I would definitely recommend Turtle Nest Resort!

It was a really great vacation thanks to the care and updating Adam and Mirka had done to the house. Very pleasurable experience.

We had been staying at another rental in Venice every year since 2020 and when it sold recently we thought we'd never find a house that compared. Not only did it compare but we think it may be our favorite vacation rental ever. We found ourselves not wanting to leave several times and instead hang out in the beautiful backyard area. We appreciated being able to bring our pups and allow them to relax in the living room when we did take a trip out. Thanks Greg for trusting us with your beautiful home and we look forward to coming back next year!

This is an incredible house. The location is perfect and private. We had our little pug with us and it was exactly what we needed. The pool is warm and clean and very enjoyable as the sun goes down. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well appointed. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is one of the best. If you’re looking for a rental just book this one. You won’t be disappointed.

lovely house Vladimir gave my family and I few recommendations about places to see and beaches to walk on. the house was amazing along with the pool. Vladimir made us feel welcome and went beyond our expectations.

We really enjoyed our week at Troy’s lovely home in Port Charlotte. He is a meticulous host and everything is in perfect order & very comfortable. The location is close to my favorite Italian meat market as well as to an abundance of great restaurants. We also enjoyed the waterfront in Punta Gorda which is only a short distance away. We met several neighbors who were incredibly friendly & cordial. Wonderful place. Thanks!

A wonderful location: close to amenities but a private setting. The house was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Everything we could have wanted to make our 5-week stay easy was available—cleaning products, grill, seasonings, and sunshine!

Sam's place is the real deal! Great location with peace and serenity in the neighborhood. The location is only minutes away from many cool things to do. There is a caretaker who is very responsible as well. They are very responsive and considerate to their guests with great communication should it be needed. I would stay here again anytime. Wayne

Tom's place is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and spacious. It has everything you need to prepare meals. We used the pool everyday. Living on the canal was peaceful and relaxing. Tom is a great host and very responsive. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning next year.

Katrin’ s place was very accommodating for our large family. Plenty to do at the house - pool, tennis court, basketball. We enjoyed a ~30 min drive up to Siesta Key as Manasota was crowded post hurricanes (‘24) w minimal parking. Loved the stocked kitchen and space to spread out. A great stay overall! Neighbors were friendly and host was helpful with questions answered quickly. 10/10!
