Family-friendly holiday rentals in Rotonda West

Exactly as pictured, excellent layout for our family. Pool and hot tub were great, having an electric heater made a huge difference. Very private setting. Would stay here again!

This condo is exactly as it was described in the listing. It was pristine and had everything we needed when we arrived. Bill responded immediately when we texted with a question. Love this area of Florida. It was peaceful and beautiful! Short distance to eateries and things to do. Loved walking or taking a golf cart ride around the marina where you see manatees and an occasional dolphin and listening to the conch shell blown at sunset. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay this week at "Our American Dream" was truly a memorable experience that exceeded all expectations. This charming abode turned out to be the perfect choice for our vacation, and we couldn't have been happier with the warm and welcoming atmosphere it provided. The location of this Airbnb is an absolute gem. With an array of restaurants, the allure of Siesta Key Beach, and the vibrant activities of Downtown Sarasota all within a stone's throw, we found ourselves spoiled for choice when it came to things to do. The convenience of being in proximity to national parks and shopping malls was also a noteworthy advantage, making it so easy to explore the area. Walking into the home, we were immediately taken by the thoughtfulness put into the recent renovations. The modern kitchen, complete with brand-new appliances including a washer and dryer, proved to be a handy addition to our stay. Great vacation at Mikes! (Again!) Very nice home in a very nice neighborhood with a very nice pool and hot tub. We have rented from Mike a few times and honestly, I would never rent in Florida from anyone else. The property is as advertised and anything you might need is one text message away. I Highly recommend this house as well as any of Mike’s other properties. The peace of mind, knowing that if you have a question, it will be answered, if you have a glitch, it will be fixed, and that the house will be spotless, is priceless.

Our fourth trip ❤️ - what a great price point and central location! We spent most of our time at Manasota beach and found LOTS of sharks teeth. Thank you once again for sharing your property! You know we will be back again!!

Another wonderful stay at Diane’s villa.Everything anybody can want on a vacation ,lovely villa ,very peaceful location,driving distance to beaches and large choice of restaurants.We had our flight home to UK cancelled due to hurricane Helene but Diane checked in on us all the time and allowed us to rearrange our departure which was such a relief.Not an experience we wish to repeat but look forward to a return visit next spring.

This cottage was the perfect place for our family to stay and enjoy everything the area has to offer! Our host went above and beyond to make sure we were able to have a great weekend! She had great recommendations and lots of little touches that made us feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We really loved the house. It was clean and exactly as described. We are a family of 3. The area feels very safe. The community is kind and well maintained. There is almost no traffic around the house. We had a good night sleep, because there was no noise or alarms. We had a 15min drive to Siesta Key Beach which has a lot of free public parking and good restrooms. Its also 15min to I-75. In the garden you can watch lots of birds, rabbits and squirrels. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking and dining. The washer and dryer is also located in the kitchen and worked well. There were also lots of towels, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, drying rack, fast internet, tv with streaming box, toys, cooler, a drawer with essentials like batteries and yarn. In the garage you find a lot of beach stuff like poolnoodles, chairs, umbrealls and more toys. Check in and check out was very easy.

We so enjoyed our stay at Helen's!. We would go back in a heartbeat. Helen left supplies for us that we needed, which was helpful as she had driven for over two days to get there. Her house was clean, all the televisions worked fine-bed was comfortable, bathrooms were neat, tidy and supplied with basics for us. Helen left some local suggestions for us which was great also. When we had a question looking for local information she called us right away--she was so friendly!!! Don't hesitate to stay, her home is so cozy and welcoming--the fenced in back yard was great also! The neighborhood is very walkable and there are tons of restaurants close by.

This lovely 2 bedroom 1.5 bath was immaculate, and very comfortable. The bed and bath linens were luxurious. Dorus could not have been a more accommodating host. Unfortunately the refrigerator went out on a Sunday during our stay. She was on top of it and it was fixed the next morning. Without request, she offered us a refund for the inconvenience. I would definitely rent from this host again at this property. Only 3.5 miles to Englewood Beach and well equipped.

One of the best rentals in Punta Gorda and I've done a few. Deanne and Nancy really push the limits to make you feel at home. Location is great, nice and peaceful. I walked into town or over to Gilchrest to the 41 bridge regularly for my daily walks. The rental had everything I needed plus a few nice touches which made the stay more enjoyable especially the parking next to the property. I'll be back !!!

Great stay, we had all that we needed for a wonderful time. A few steps to a beautiful private beach. Would recommend to friends and family. Just bring your swim suit!

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

Well laid out home. Kitchen well stocked with dinnerware, glasses, pots, coffee pot and Keurig. Very clean home. Neighborhood was very quiet.

What a lovely house. Super convenient to beach, restaurants, and for us the horse show grounds. The hosts are amazing, the house was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed.

Dana’s stay was perfect for the Fourth of July weekend. It had a nice homey feel and reminded me my childhood home. It was well stocked with everything you would need to enjoy the beach - beach cart, beach chairs, shelling nets, cooler … I could go on and on. There were nice restaurants all within a few minutes from the beach house. Looking forward to coming back in the near future!

We had been staying at another rental in Venice every year since 2020 and when it sold recently we thought we'd never find a house that compared. Not only did it compare but we think it may be our favorite vacation rental ever. We found ourselves not wanting to leave several times and instead hang out in the beautiful backyard area. We appreciated being able to bring our pups and allow them to relax in the living room when we did take a trip out. Thanks Greg for trusting us with your beautiful home and we look forward to coming back next year!

Our crew really enjoyed their stay at Dawn's home. It is spacious with plenty of room for each of the crew to find some alone time. It is beautifully decorated as shown in the photos. They loved spending time by the pool in the evening enjoying the quiet and golf course view. Dawn is a great host, very responsive and proactive. Would love to stay in the home on a future trip to the area.

The home was very spacious and comfortable. Because I do a lot of cooking, I was grateful the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, baking glassware, and lots of cooking utensils. The rest of the house was also well-stocked--plenty of towels, sheets, beach towels, etc. The lanai area had plenty of seating and was a great area to hangout around the pool. We had family visit for a week and the kids (and adults) loved the pool. Jennifer was great to work with--good communicator, very knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is in a beautiful location, a 1 or 2 minute walk to the beach (you only have to pass about 3 other properties) but it's quiet and off the main road. There are a few great restaurants and ice cream shops nearby, farther than the beach but we still enjoyed our walk there via the beach. It's probably not as luxurious as some of the new large condo buildings but it is likely quieter and more private and has everything needed to enjoy the beach, and the pool was great as well.

Sam's place is the real deal! Great location with peace and serenity in the neighborhood. The location is only minutes away from many cool things to do. There is a caretaker who is very responsible as well. They are very responsive and considerate to their guests with great communication should it be needed. I would stay here again anytime. Wayne

The stay was amazing. The house is amazing, as shown in the pictures. The hosts are very reactive and helpfull. The pool is huge with a breath taking lake view. We enjoyed our stay and it was the best Abnb we stayed at in the area in the last 3 years. Absolutely recommended.
