Beachfront holiday rental in Rota

We have spent a few spectacular days,the house is exactly as in the photos,we were with two dogs and they have enjoyed very much x the garden so large and the best of everything completely fenced,the attention of the host is unbeatable...the house is in a very quiet area but very close to everything,in ten minutes you are on the beach and shops,and the pine forest is next to it is perfect to walk.... we will be back soon....

This is the second time staying in this place, when you repeat staying in a city it is because it is truly worth it. The apartment has absolutely everything you need to spend the days without you missing anything. The location is perfect, close to everything. The great Falla theater a 2 minutes walk. The Lie 1 minute walk away. Caleta a 10-minute walk away. Parque Genovés a 5-minute walk away. Cathedral 5-10 minutes walk. Nearby parking for parking, specifically the Parking San Antonio is the closest. Miguel is always operational, very friendly and helpful. So how Pepi, who in this case was the one who took care of us and cared about our stay. Highly recommended to enjoy for example the carnival contest because of its proximity to the GTF.

Isabel was a great host ---communicated well and flexible. We arrived rather late to the house due to some challenges with our arrival in Madrid. She was patient and always responsive. The stay was amazing. Lots of privacy! Very comfortable and steps away from the beach. It was also nice to see people walking their dogs. A wonderful place to avoid the holiday rush.

We had a very nice stay! Everything was clean, tidy, and well taken care of. The location is ideal, close to the beach and supermarkets. Beatriz was very helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions and make sure we were comfortable.

Great house, clean and well equipped. Antonio attended us and helped since we contacted him for the first time, everything was very easy and pleasant.

We stayed here for 6 weeks and had the most fantastic time. The house was set in private grounds with a relaxing feel and a great private pool. The house had everything we needed for long stay, I can't think of a single item that wasn't provided. It is an easy five minute walk to the most fantastic beach with plenty of activities and beach bars near by. Again, shops and restaurants were within a short walk or larger stores within a 10 minute drive. The Chiclana area is beautiful and easy reach to Cadiz and Seville if you want to explore further. Susana was a great host, extremely responsive making sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. We would highly recommend this listing and we will definitely be back.

Francisco is a very good host who was responsive at all times and responded immediately to inquiries. The apartment is very nice, with a large terrace and in close proximity to the beach. Good restaurants are also within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay (5 weeks) very much and would very much like to come back.

The accommodation is in a quiet area and has everything a stone's throw away: restaurants, supermarkets, beach… Paul is a 10-star host. She was very helpful at all times. 100% recommended.

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

Super great house, everything available, spacious, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, very tasteful style, cozy beds, large pool, everything well maintained - you walk 7 minutes to the beach where the nearest bars, supermarket and restaurants are. Bea is a knowledgeable and friendly host. We 100% recommend the place!

Victor was very friendly, responded very quickly to messages, the place was clean, literally 2 mins away from the beach.

Very cozy house and very well located a few meters from the beach. It has all amenities. The house was impeccable when we arrived. Victor, who is the one who welcomed us, is very attentive and pleasant and gives all kinds of facilities.

Susana was always super communicative and kind. Upon our arrival, we were given all kinds of directions. The house was very clean. Spotless linens and towels; equipped with everything you need. We were with a baby and she provided us with a baby and a park. The location is perfect, it is a quiet area and the house is cozy. Ideal with children. Easy parking and with the beach very close. We enjoyed it so much.

We came to be in our Son's wedding in Rota and this location was the perfect blend of beauty and convenience. our view of the ocean from the balcony was stunning. We could watch the sailboats from the marina across the bay and the kite surfers closer to our beach. There are several bars around with a wide variety of cocktails and a small grocery market with fresh fruit and groceries on the corner. The rooms were clean and well stocked. A bottle of Sherry and some Almond brittle (?) were on the kitchen table as a welcome. Both were delicious. This was our first visit to Spain and the hospitality shown by Amaya and the locals was wonderful. We will definitely return soon.

We had a lovely stay here. Everything was comfortable and homely. It's so close to the beach which is beautiful and kept very clean. You can see the sea from the balcony, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Manuel was a lovely host.

Good communication with Jaime, the apartment is very nice and in very good condition. We will be back!!

Great location right in the heart of Rota. Lots of natural light and comfy beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay 👍

Very well located house a few meters from a family beach, the house meets what is necessary although some aspects to improve so that everything is 5 stars. 5 star Jesus both in communication and in treatment, good directions to go to eat and get to know the surroundings.

Only stayed for one night, but the home is beautifully appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Alberto was proactive and communicative throughout the reservation and check in process. Highly recommended.

My family were delighted with our stay at Sandra’s very lovely apartment. The sea view was breathtaking! Sandra accommodated everything for our 2 years old. The check in was easy and Sandra let us check out comfortably even helping us getting a taxi. I would 100% recommend a stay there!

The apartment was a perfect location near many eateries. Very walkable to various locations in the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very attentive to any questions. Will most definitely look for this hosts properties during any return trips.

We stayed at the apartment for a week. It has everything you need, very equipped kitchen. Carmen is very attentive to us during the stay. We'll be back Thank you
