Great host, welcoming and responsive. A great breakfast will be offered. The proximity to the train station is great but not inconvenient for people who are sensitive to noise.

Andrea is very friendly and communicative. She responded quickly when we encountered some problem in the flat. The local restaurants she recommended is also very good. The place is clean, well equipped and decorated with a good taste. It is also a short walk from the airport and local buses. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Its location is ideal—just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the city center, yet far enough to enjoy a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Everything was spotless and perfectly organized, showing the great care and attention the hosts have put into making it an exceptional space. The thoughtful touches really made a difference. Communication with the host was always smooth, clear, and friendly, which added to the overall great experience. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Pisa!

Great solution outside the ZTL, ideal for parking by car and the center is easily reachable in a short walk. We stayed with 2 very young children and the solution fully responded to our needs. Lorenzo was very responsive and helpful, definitely recommended for families!

Carla's place is exactly as described and what we needed! Spacious dining area. We comfortably sat around 2 tables in 18 to celebrate Christmas with my family who lives in the town. The kitchen is very well equipped with pans, pots, kettle and everything else you need. Both bedrooms are also very spacious, there is a single and a double bed in each. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and the building has a communal lift for those with mobility issues. Both Carla and Nicoletta were understanding and extremely accommodating with our request especially when we asked to invite relatives around for dinner or lunch. The house is located in the town centre of Livorno and at walking distance to the seafront too. Parking is a bit tricky but Parcheggio Cecconi is just a few minutes by walk and not too expensive - €12 per day. I would highly recommend Carla's apartment and would probably book it again in the future.

apartment as described, everything is clean, nothing is missing in terms of bathroom and kitchen, everything is perfect !!! The beach of the Treasure is a 10-minute drive away. We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Very nice cottage with lots of character, perfect for the two of us. Easy access into Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the sea. Giovanna and Antonio were very attentive and gave us lots of good recommendations.

It was beautiful at Eva's house! The bedrooms with air conditioning, a large kitchen with plenty of space and everything you need. And the attached annex offers even more privacy if desired. The pool is super clean and was our rescue this hot summer. There is still an enclosure with tortoises in the garden, which is really pretty. The garden is practically enclosed, a small gap was easily closed, so our small dog was safe. It was really wonderful, the supermarket by car in 3 minutes, A delicious restaurant (da caino la cantina) was even within walking distance. Thank you Eva🤗

We absolutely loved our stay at Podere Collina. The house is a beautiful 300-year old farmhouse with lots of interesting decor and artifacts. It was comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped. But the best thing about it was the surroundings—it's right in the middle of an olive orchard with views of the hills around and Volterra at the top of the hill. We also got to learn how the olives are harvested and Luisa's husband Nicola took us to see how the olive oil is made! A really unique and lovely place to stay.

This may just be the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. We were there several nights, and you just don’t get over that view. It’s a good 40m drive to Florence, but the nearby cities are also happening. Lots to discover, and the distance from Florence is so worth it. Tons of space, private kitchen, access to the whole property which is massive. The host family lives on this multi-generational land which you have a unit above a house all to yourself. Beyond impressed with this one, the family is so kind and receptive. 12/10, wow.

A lovely cosy apartment. We loved it. Patrizia was so helpful. Great location and 15 minute walk to tower. Shops and cafe around and only 5 minutes from station.

The accommodation is very nice, very special with a very nice small terrace. Located near the station and also close to the sea. Viareggio is a beautiful town full of life. We were very lucky to find this apartment at an honest price. The owners were very kind and patient, we really appreciate them. Cecilia is a really kind and caring person. His house is very large and bright, the spaces are divided very well and furnished in a functional way. Nothing is missing in the house and there is air conditioning! Due to the great heat we did not take advantage of the large equipped terrace, it was better to stay inside the house in the cool! the house is located in a quiet area, right in front of a large paid parking lot (25 euros per week), with a 10-minute walk you can reach the promenade of the promenade and the bathing establishments (we recommend Amedeo bathroom) and a few minutes away there are many supermarkets and shops of all kinds. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back next year! Thank you Cecilia
