Great location, close to everything. If your looking for peace and quiet this is not the place for you! A lot of traffic, sirens and the neighbors have a rooster.

Sayra and Jeff were so great . They were very responsible, the place had everything we needed, very clean , and we will definitely visit again. Mr.Jeff was very responsive when Ms.Sayra wasn’t able to respond quickly. They accommodated us so well . Thank you guys for the great stay .

We rented Valentina's beach house to avoid Hurricane Milton. We had a great time and would stay there again. The host was incredible helpful and understanding of our situation. She made a difficult situation much easier.

Paul and Janet are wonderful hosts, and our stay with our pups was perfect. The house is well-located in a comfortable, quiet neighborhood with a quick walk to beach access and an easy drive to any nearby places in PCB or along 30A that you might be looking to visit. The backyard was great for the pups, and the house was well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Paul and Janet really go all out with personalized touches to make it a fun stay; we had a great time spinning records on the record player, playing games, and enjoying the Christmas tree/outdoor lights they had put in to make things feel festive and cozy. Paul and Janet were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with; we would definitely stay in their place again.

The house was great and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and carefully stocked with basic household items. The location was perfect and conveniently located within walking distance to the beach as well as many attractions and restaurants. Our host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend. Me and my partner rented this for my birthday weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the property. I’ve stayed at several different places in Panama City Beach and this one is at the top of my most favorite list. Everything was clean, smelled good, and just felt like home. Check in and out process couldn’t have been any easier. Everything was labeled so there was no need to message the host for any small questions. If there was more than five stars to rate, this place would get them all!

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

Great place and very kind owner. I love the place and everything is clean. One thing I want to point is the gray blanket. The blanket is not clean and smelly. Also, dishwasher was very smelly. I think because the one who was there before washed the dishes with no soap. Overall, great place and highly recommend. Thank you.

We had the best stay! First, Mark reached out about changing our Airbnb to another one of his locations since the first location had construction going on next door, which was so thoughtful since we have kids. The place looks just like the pictures and it was very clean. On top of all of that being literally 30 seconds from the beach, you can see schooners from the front door, and you have your own pool! We had a blast and Mark was the best! We will definitely be back to stay at another one of his locations!

I had a wonderful stay at Alen's Airbnb! The space was exactly as pictured and described—perfectly sized for a relaxing getaway. It was peaceful, easy to get to, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Allen was a kind and attentive host, making sure I had all the information I needed. I will definitely be visiting again! Highly recommend!

The Hunny Bunny was one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at so far. Everything was clean and the rooms are decorated and furnished in a very welcoming manner. I immediately had a cozy feeling when I entered the door and saw all the warm lights that Alma and Michael had turned on for my arrival. I enjoyed sitting in the backyard in the evening. I liked that the bedroom was not to the street and except for people walking above, it was quiet. People around really sticked to the quiet times, even though it was labor day weekend and the town was very crowded. In my eyes the place is best for 1 to 2 people, but might work for a family of 4. A recommendation: Topsail Hill Preserve state park (approx. 6 miles), park at the parking lot and either walk (20 min) or take the free shuttle to the beach. The water quality is so much better than at Frangista Beach and there are not a lot of people, especially if you walk a little bit to the left or right. There was even a pod of dolphins nearby.

Description & pictures are spot on and we NEVER heard any neighbors! Elevators were not a problem as we were weren't staying during peak season. Keith had great suggestions on being prepared for potential long check ins and elevator waits. Check in was less than 5 minutes & we had a 5 minute wait one time for the elevator! 180° view of the ocean is breath taking. We saw a manatee, and watched visits from manna rays several times a day. Bed & linens were very comfortable, & I'm picky about linens! My back never hurt due to an uncomfortable bed. I would find myself waking up at night and going out to the balcony to take in the sights & sounds. With a full moon during our stay the beach was fairly bright at night. Several beach towels, chairs, & umbrella were available for us. The walk to the water is a shorter distance than other beaches. Bring a scoop of some sort to look for the bigger sea shells! Come prepared for a very pleasant week & a lot of time at the beach!

My family had a nice stay here. It is a ground-floor unit in an older complex called Gulfgate Condominiums. The thing that makes this unit worth it is the convienence. You can park right outside your front door. You can walk off your patio to a mostly fenced in grassy area shared with three other units. The pool is just steps away; it's on the other side of the wall lined with bushes in the pics. You walk across the pool deck, out a gate, then you are on the beach. Being so close to the pool and beach was super convenient with our kids. The complex and area in general were surprisingly pet friendly; we brought our small dog. The complex is in a nice neighborhood. It is not directly on Thomas Drive which is nice. The unit was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals. Again, the complex is not new, some areas show its age (I hope the facade of the building above the pool gets fixed) but the convience is what would bring us back.

Our stay at Debora's listing in Panama City Beach was amazing! We had lots of space for six of us and the rooftop was absolutely amazing. The rooftop was completely private with no rooftop neighbors. The views were also beautiful from every room! Only concern was the cleanliness of the bathrooms and there was some sand in the sheets of one bed upon arrival. Other than those two areas the space was clean. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Best Airbnb we stayed at with friends- will be a place to return throughout the year! Sunny corner unit, 4th floor, amazing balcony, can see the beach and waves clearly. Go to the beach in a minute or the heated pool, park comfortably in this safe and secure area. Publix across the street, many great restaurants in the area. We all loved it!

Condo was clean and spacious and exactly as described and it’s located in a great location. Right across the street from Sharkys and Senor Frogs and beach access. Will definitely be booking with Lev again in the future

This condo is beautifully renovated with an amazing view. The host is very responsive. There were minor cleaning inconsistencies, the master bath needed to be scrubbed again, the rack in the stove needed to be cleaned also. All else was good. I would suggest adding information to how the door locks automatically after it's unlocked. We wanted to make sure it was locked but had to reach out for clarity. Two beach cabana's are complementary to this booking, I suggest adding the detail of how to access the beach chairs. These things were easy to figure out and the host was quick to reply, but being proactive in sharing details would add clarity. PLEASE KNOW that there are only two elevators in this 18 floor building. It got really busy at check out. I spent an 1 hour hauling luggage down the stairs and we were only on the 5th floor. This is not a controllable of the host, but needed information for those who cannot walk stairs.

This condo was our Anniversary getaway and it was absolutely amazing! If you want a beautiful convenient location to the beach, shops, restaurants and beautiful views then this is the place for you!

Our 3rd stay at Doug & Mary's place which is all you need to know. Frankly we are disappointed they let anyone else stay there. The balcony view, the comfortable couches, the very comfortable bed are all awesome. And I will note we visit in January and really enjoy the uncrowded streets and beaches. Doug & Mary very responsive to any questions but we had zero issues. We are fans.
