The apartment is situated on a private Lake. You have access to the beach and lake and can also go for a swim. Great Pub and many other restaurants and lots off takeaways in walking distance. (5 – 10 minutes) Many shops just around the corner. Bus-station 2 minutes. Closest Train station is around 20 minutes walking distance in Carrum. Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available.

Little Retreat is relaxing and in a great location. We didn’t use the spa but it looked inviting. The bathroom was fresh and clean and I appreciated the Turkish towels. To me it felt like bush meets beach. It is bushy all around the accommodation and the lake. It felt relaxing and private. I really appreciated the electric barbecue to cook on. Suzy and Rick were easy to communicate with. They obviously love sharing their property.

Spacious and comfortable apartment immediately in front of the beach. Rooms were comfortable with fans and air-conditioning in every room. Generous living and dining areas meant a family of six were not cramped. Supermarket downstairs was a bonus allowing us to buy fresh bread/pastries and produce daily to prepare our own meals and eat on the balcony with amazing views. Ample outdoor space to unload all of our gear coming back from the beach. Area felt safe and locals quite friendly. We had an amazing and memorable family holiday.

We had a wonderful time! It was the perfect home for our pre Christmas family break. Walking distance to the beach, great cafe and kiosk within walking distance as well. The house had everything you could possibly need including all the kitchen utensils, boardgames, pool table, tv’s, Wii and PlayStation for kids. The team were really responsive and helpful, hopefully we’ll be able to stay again soon! Love Point Leo

We had an amazing stay at this holiday house! The location is unbeatable, with just a short walk to what feels like your own private beach—truly breathtaking. It was also a lovely surprise to find amenities at the home for our dogs, which made the stay even more special. Vicky was so helpful, positive and responsive to queries. Killy Views is light, bright and has such a spacious feeling with high ceilings in the dining and lounge areas, also nice little homely touches with the white, beach blue and sealife pillow designs and well equipped kitchen. We sat on the back balcony for sunrise across the rural hills and the front balcony for great sunsets over ocean and hill, also views along the coast from the front balcony sun chairs and the seeing the Milky Way milky with so many stars was a bonus. There were throw rugs and logs for the fire (didn't use them as hot weekend, but noted for the cooler months) such a lovely change from our usual 'no view' homes. The house is on a slip road behind the main Bass Highway, with a steady stream of traffic on the Friday and Monday of a public holiday long weekend, but such a convenient spot to just walk to several attractions (bridge, beach, rail trail) and close to other rivers and Archie's Hotel for a music gig.

Our family absolutely loved our time together at the Waterfront House to celebrate my 60 th birthday. The house caters for everyone. With a huge selection of games , billiards , table tennis etc etc . The grandkids loved all the activities , as did the adults ! Not to mention the Stunning location , right on the beach . Glorious sunsets and wildlife to greet us . The house had everything we needed! A bonus for sure is that each room has an ensuite !! We loved to congregate upstairs all together . Plenty of room for us all . We enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and the surrounds , with the Autumn sun streaming through all the large windows . Thanks from our family . We would definitely like to come back to your home . 🙏😊

Hi Deb! Today we left your wonderful house unfortunately after 6 weeks. We had a phantastic time and didn’t want to leave… We got in contact with so many nice people in Surf Church and Baptist Church. The Catholic School was also wonderful for our son. We loved Surfing at Smiths Beach, hiking at Pyramid Rocks, swimming at the Beach at your House with the black swans, Jogging at Silverleaves and writing a Book on the terrace of your House with the Most wonderful panoramic view ever!!! How can I now live without it?
