Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Roschbach

For our family weekend in Durlach, we felt welcome in Ralph's house and we were pleasantly welcomed by him. He communicated smoothly in our communication. Furthermore, easy to drive to and having a parking option. And have enjoyed the music in the house by means of the record player. Great!

We loved our stay in this lovely, cozy house and the stove is fantastic. Unfortunately, unlike the photos, the bath was no longer present, but that was not allowed to spoil the fun. Selina and Torsten are really friendly hosts and responsive. We will be happy to come back, also to explore the area further, because there is plenty to see and do.

Very warm hosts Jakob and Olga, we felt very comfortable in the accommodation, which is equipped with everything you need including a fireplace. All destinations easily accessible from there, relaxed. separate entrance with terrace.

We had a lovely weekend in Kesseldorf. The place is very cozy, super quiet. You definitely need a car to get to the bakery or supermarket. We were warmly welcomed and inquiries were received directly. The highlight was of course the great sauna :)

We felt super comfortable in the accommodation right away. Communication was always super friendly. Julia was very accommodating and we had the opportunity to check in earlier as well as later. The house and garden are a dream. Perfect to spend a weekend in idyll and see!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Everything was sparkling clean, and you can tell how much attention is placed on details and well-being. The hosts were extremely attentive and made sure we didn't miss anything. A special highlight was the sauna – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The garden is also beautifully maintained and invites you to linger. The entire atmosphere was simply fantastic. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

We stayed at Ursula's for the new year 2024. We were two people and a dog. We were hosted very well. The house is spacious and very very quiet. It is very well equipped, the wifi is perfect, the bedding is excellent. The large courtyard is really great for parking. The large lot in the back of the house is very nice, especially with an animal as this lot is fenced. There are bikes available, very functional and very convenient. Convenience stores are 10 minutes away by bike and supermarkets are just 10-15 minutes away by car. Ursula is very welcoming and very responsive. We spent the New Year at the Royal Palace in Kirrwiller, just 30 minutes away by car. It's a house that is in a great location. So it's a very nice place and I recommend it without reservation.

We felt very comfortable in the house. It was cozy and the heaters warm up the rooms very quickly. Towels, toilet paper, etc. were not lacking and the kitchen was very well equipped. Lukas was always immediately available if you had any questions or problems. There were super many toys for our children (4 and 6 years) and the adults loved the pool table in the living room. There is a lot to do in the area and the house is very well located. It was a lovely stay in a well-equipped cozy house.

I have already booked Franca's beautiful apartment several times and was very satisfied every time. The apartment is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Franca is incredibly friendly and accommodating, she always makes you feel completely comfortable. The stay was fantastic every time. The location is also particularly beautiful, the Odenwald is right next door and invites you to beautiful excursions. Highly recommended!🤗🪻

We were with two children (6 months. & 5 yrs) for two nights there and the accommodation was perfect for our needs! Comfortable bed, good amenities, sufficient size. And matching the 4th Advent, we were surprised with homemade cookies:)

We visited for the second time now and it felt like coming home, I don't think there is anything nicer. The hosts very friendly and accommodating and always helpful. We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Frank’s fantastic place. We were met by Frank, and he gave us a full tour of his gorgeous flat. He was so friendly and incredibly helpful. The flat itself is so cosy, it was a wonderful place to rest and relax when we needed to…however there is so much to see and do in and around Heppenheim! Frank showed us two different hiking paths near the flat: one that goes up to a castle and another one that takes you through the gorgeous vineyards. We loved it and our dog especially enjoyed it. The town is adorable, with grocery stores and a butcher within walking distance, and many cute and tasty restaurants. It’s also the perfect location to drive to a few bigger cities nearby (Strasbourg, Mannheim, Heidelberg, etc). When we would get back to the flat at night, we could walk up the stairs to the terrace and gaze and the stars, go inside and have a beautiful fire, followed by a great night’s sleep on a comfy bed. It was absolutely perfect!

We stayed with Andreas for the 2nd time. We liked it super well again. The house and garden with donkeys and pony are really nice and we felt very comfortable again. Andreas is really warm and nice and we will definitely come back again. The place is nice and quiet. You can also start several hikes from there on foot.

We celebrated Christmas with 9 adults and 2 children here and felt very comfortable. Service and communication were fantastic, the house is stylishly furnished and has a beautiful view. Saartje and Raphael even set up a Christmas tree in the apartment:)

Villa is just beautiful – we loved it! We celebrated our baby shower there, and it was just perfect. The location has a fantastic atmosphere that made our celebration unforgettable. Everything was superbly organized. We highly recommend the villa!

A very quiet and quiet place. A little chilly, but the fireplace and electric heaters make it up. Especially recommended if you want some peace and quiet.

Claude is a warm and convivial host who is very interesting to speak with. The house has been beautifully renovated and the ambience (particularly at Xmas) was very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious.The room is large and the bed very comfortable, the bathroom is modern and well equipped.

My one month stay has been brilliant. I felt at home right away. Brigitte and Daniel are incredibly helpful and compassionate. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kesseldorf. The room is clean, cozy and comfortable. There is always a friendly face at home, and the fireplace is wonderful when the nights get cold. I am super satisfied and have felt at home here from the first moment I arrived. A massive thank you to my wonderful hosts !

This was a last minute stay for my friends and family. Vadim was instantly responsive and sent us the entry instructions immediately. This place was excellent! The neighbor even gave us a small tour of the house and described how the coffee, child amenities, and Wii worked. One outstanding overnight. Perfect sized place and really quiet. Thanks again!
