This was my 5th trip to Rosario and by far this was the nicest apartment. Not only was Ms. Andrea the nicest host, she was very accommodating to my needs. The apartment was so clean. The location also was great due to so many things being walkable. I will definitely be staying here in the future

Very nice house, we had a beautiful weekend with friends. The house is very functional, the neighborhood is quiet and you have a supermarket next door for whatever you need and many things nearby such as an ice cream shop, bakery and so on. Everything was impeccable and Violeta was always ready for any questions before and during the stay. I recommend it and I'll definitely be back!

I was in contact with the co-owner (Zoraida). Everything was excellent, from the predisposition to the way she welcomed us. Without being obligated, she waited for us with fruit and cold water in the refrigerator. The apartment is very well laid out and very comfortable. One small detail, and just a personal preference, it could use a TV, but we were always comfortable in every way. On the corner there is a SUPER COMPLETE store. Very good energy in the environment, I recommend it!

We stayed this weekend and the truth is that the house is very nice, well maintained and the pool and park were impeccable. Just like the description and photos. The only detail to keep in mind is that if you go with children, the pool has no fence. But everything was a 10, very good service from Sol and the area is very quiet. Thank you for everything! You have a very nice house!

Amazing place to spend some excellent days, it is the same and better as the photos.. What we really thank is that they give you everything you need, not only the facilities but you can see that they are in every detail leaving things that may be useful, I would recommend it and hopefully I can stay again!

The location is splendid. The first time it is a bit complicated to get to the parking lot and then to the apartment, but Imanol's instructions are clear and if they are followed to the letter you reach the destination without inconvenience. At all times he was very attentive to us. The apartment was very clean and very nice. Completely equipped. In the Complex hay cafeteria, ice cream shop, pharmacy, restaurant and pizzeria. I would definitely come back.

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The place is as shown in the pictures, no surprises. It is small but very cozy, with a quiet and comfortable atmosphere that allows you to rest perfectly. In addition, I was impeccable and well cared for, which demonstrates the attention and commitment of Mari, who was attentive at all times. Without question, a great option for those looking for a cozy and well maintained space. Recommended by mil! I'll be back soon.

Barbaric dept, with a very nice view of the Rio and in the middle of what would be the Puerto madero rosarino! Nice for walking, dining out, all very close and accessible. Thomas a genius as he was at all times attentive to what he was asked and always well predisposed, he would come back without a doubt.

The place is beautiful, the apartment is spotless and with a beautiful room if they go with children. Fully equipped kitchen with many utensils. It has parking if you come by car and if you move by public transport you have several stops of colectivos a half block that take you to different destinations. In front is the Shopping Alto Rosario with food court and a huge hypermarket. It is less than a 10 minute drive from the bus terminal and about 15 minutes from downtown. A few blocks from the river. Both Sofi and Ramiro were very attentive. Thank you for everything.

The monoenvironment is as well as the publication and more, very warm, comfortable, equipped with top quality appliances. We felt very comfortable, like being at home. The host was always aware of any questions, excellent in the treatment. Everything was very clean, tidy, and easy to access. Thank you for allowing us to be in a beautiful place. Highly recommended and we would definitely rent again

The apartment was spotless - new, clean and very comfortable. Everything was as described in the listing and even better. The location was excellent, and Barbara and Silvana's service was unbeatable. Always attentive to any questions and willing to help at all times. In addition, they were very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more comfortable. Definitely a place we would go back to. 100% recommended!
