Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Rørvig

We had a lovely time staying at Jacob and Mette’s place. It is clearly a much-loved family home and we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The outside space in particular was perfect. And it’s just a short walk to the sea with plenty of beaches to choose from.

A very spacious and cosy house to relax. The place is beautiful and very quite especially in low season. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the bathroom, the hot water tank is quite small and only allows 5-10 minutes of continuous hot water, which is not very practical when there are more than 2 of you wanting to shower I think. The sauna is truly a pleasure of intimacy and relaxation, it's amazing! On the other hand, I think that the electrical installation is not necessarily adapted to support such a heating power: after having the circuit breakers tripped several times, I had to cut several other devices in order to be able to continue heating the sauna. The wood stove requires a lot of wood but its heat is so comforting. Don't buy the wood in the little shop next to the house is too expensive, do some km to lidl or discount shops, it's the same and burns good. Otherwise, great place for a peaceful vacation. I recommend.

We were so so happy with Nanna and Søren‘s incredible house! We loved the spacious living room and the lovely hand-selected vintage furniture in every room. Even though it was cold we loved sitting at the porch or in the greenhouse in front of the garden watching the stars. We felt really at home. The surroundings were beautiful, offering perfect locations for great walks at the beach. But really, we didn‘t want to leave the house, haha! Definitely coming back in the summer! :)

Well-kept apartment with attention to detail in a wonderful, quiet location, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The outdoor sauna with wood-burning stove was a dream!

A lovely summerhouse, with hugely lovely surroundings. We were sorry not to have to be there longer.

There were two of us staying in Pauline's beautiful house for four nights and enjoyed the time there. Pauline is a very friendly and reliable hostess. She communication was perfect, you get a lot of helpful information about the area at check-in. The house is comfortable and fully equipped. The only personal criticism is the very soft beds and the shower could use a small fresh up. We will definitely recommend the house and Pauljne as a host. The surrounding area is beautiful, even if the nearest beaches on the right and left of the property are not sandy beaches but stone beaches. But you can also go for a swim and walk there. So in this house you can also have a great time in the low season.

I must give the owner of the apartment a 5 star rating.. it’s just like an hotel in an apartment building .. very friendly and he’s very active in response to anything. The apartment is very beautiful, clean and well arranged.. I hope to come back some other time if possible .. thanks for the accommodation and hospitality..

We had a very nice short break at Karin's place. All as described. Breakfast is absolutely phenomenal. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see Karin ourselves, but we at least talked to Brian a bit. Being able to turn on the small oven in the evening is definitely a highlight.

We had 2 amazing weeks here. Amazing surroundings with proximity to great hiking/biking trails and beautiful beaches. Extra plus with all the toys in the cabin that the kids had a great time with.

Claus’s apartment was perfect for my business associate and myself. We were in town for the week for some training for work. Nice quiet location right across the street from the castle. Nice little bakery and a grocery right down the street . Place was very clean and a lot more comfortable than a hotel. We arrived early in the morning and our host didn’t have any problem with an early check in. Actually way cheaper than the hotels in town and more room to relax in after long days working. I will definitely book the apartment again next time I come over for work.

The Rikke’s apartment is a fantastic option for families with children or people looking for a place to work remotely. The apartment is spacious, I have the impression that it is larger than it seems in the photos. There is a kitchen with a living room, bedroom, children's room and a room for work. Only the bathroom is tiny but it has a comfortable shower. The apartment is equipped with the necessary things for cooking and cleaning. The area is quiet and good for walks: close to the sea, the port, the Viking ship museum or the city center. For (cyclists) eager for big-city experience, the proximity of Copenhagen (to which a great bike path leads) is a big attraction. I highly recommend the Rikke Apartment.

This was our second day here and we spent 4 wonderful days in Liseleje. The apartment is really cosy and has the best sea view and beach access in Liseleje.

Lovely hosts, a great stay, and lots of amenities and activities in the home! So much space. Would definitely come back

We had a great stay at Carolina’s cosy home! The house has everything you need and is ideal if you are travelling with children. The garden is fabulous and the gazebo is very comfortable too. Her home is a one minute walk from the beach and there are plenty of things to do in the local area. Her neighbours, Thomas, Lotte and Leo the dog, were very friendly and helpful too! Hope to visit again sometime. Highly recommended!

Pure nature in an historical house

We had a wonderful time at Soren's place. The house is clean, free of clutter and everything worked to perfection. We appreciated the Nespresso, coffee pods and inviting space with clear instructions for everything. Soeren was responsive and easy to communicate with. I know the village of Jyllinge as I grew up there and would definitely stay at the house again! Highly recommended!

Great time, wonderful house and great place to relax. Yoga studio was a huge amenity but never an issue on privacy or noise. Trails right out the door and if you have a car there is parking right up at the house, very convenient. Mia was as friendly and welcoming as if we were friends not guests, appreciated meeting her.

Our group of 6 had a wonderful time. Anna was super helpful and accommodating. we cooked and the kitchen has everything you need. the beaches nearby were a highlight. shopping is convenient. a great experience!

There were four of us in Morten's very nice Airbnb over New Year's Eve. It was beautifully decorated and everything necessary was available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Morten was a great host and always available.

Wonderful place to stay for family and friends. Quiet location about 15 min walk to explore Roskilde center & 5 min drive by car from train station. Comfortable, clean and well equipped home with lots of extra facilities, as well as indoor and outdoor areas to relax. Responsive, friendly owner who also provided extra sightseeing information. Highly recommended.
